- Kecy (4/5): - This is not an hotel. dirty room, dirty toilet, no air conditioning. i don’t advise no ones to stay in a place as ugly as this. you should think about renting this place as an apartment instead of a hotel. the beds are uncomfortable, the tv doesn’t work. nothing works in this hotel. terrible place. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I pay the hotel online,then after 3days staying the write guy who is the owner scam me out of money. If you have someone come see you during days time you don't pay until that person spend the night. He want me to pay more tan 200$us because I have a guest during days time, I pay 70$ . I will not recommend this place for someone who will have guest during days time. The write guy will scam you out of your money

There were no outside lights and my room was in complete darkness away from the main area. Didn’t feel safe at all. The staff seemef clueless when asked when breakfast would be. I talked to three different people about breakfast. I was promised a refund but the owner didn’t honor what her staff said would happen. Went to the Palm next door and had a great experience.

All around good place to stay for your money. Clean pool, some rooms outdated, limited A/C 4pm - 7am, no wifi in the room, limited menu at restaurant and pricey.

He did an amazing job had a calming spirit and was very kind and respectful. Overall good stay. They have best coffee. One thing I would add is a coffee maker in rooms or at least small portable ones guest can have available in room for trip.

- Karls (6/5): It's just ok! - My experience was ok. The food was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I hate the fact that they shut off the AC in the morning until 0400pm. Plus you have to pay to have your guest to sleep over or to use the pool.
- Pete (6/5): Not your best choice, but will do - the Wifi and water pressure is a hit or miss at times and breakfast is not buffee you get a choice of this OR that not both. if you have a bad back this stiff bed is for you. you can here the people across the street making a lot of noise from the mission.

- Wes (8/5): Near the PAP airport - Nice older hotel near the PAP airport. The flowers and greenery/vegetation on the property were a very nice change from the cement and dust of the streets. Room was nice and clean. Good water pressure and hot water for the shower. A/C worked from about 5 PM through the night (only runs when the public utility is providing power). Restaurant left a little to be desired- Not bad, just not the best. Some food on the menu wasn't available. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, just OK. Some fresh fruit would have made it a lot better. The parrot in the lobby was fun to watch. Advertised as having cable TV but only 3 or 4 channels came in, most with poor quality. Nice looking pool (did not swim this trip). Overall a nice experience.

Cons: They do not change my bed sheets daily; the road leading to the hotel is needs major consideration.

I put in the pocket of my vest with some papers, I found the papers but I didn't see the money. And they took some jewelries gifts that I brought for my close ones. - Verified traveler (8/5): An Older Hotel a 10 Minute Drive from PAP - An older hotel. The room was clean with hot and cold running water. The A/C does not turn on until 5pm, but it operates all night. The food service is up a full flight of stairs. The menu is in English and the prices are similar to those at Servotel (a 4-star+ hotel airport very close to the airports.) I like the open-air feel of the dining area and wait staff were attentive. Free wi-fi and TV in the rooms. The check-in process was easy. Front desk staff spoke some English and my on-line reservation via Orbitz secured a slightly discounted room rate. The hotel is not too far from PAP and the small airport. I stayed for one night. Armed security guards the main entrance. The pool area looked attractive. The complimentary hot breakfast is a choice of eggs, pancakes or oatmeal with a little meat, toast, OJ and coffee/tea. Rooms are accessible from outside doors (not interior hallways). My room was on the 3rd level, requiring some stair-climbing.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent hotel but not really spectacular - The room was mostly clean, there were stains on the bedspread, but nothing really bad beyond that. The pillows provided did not seem to have fresh pillowcases, they were more like decorative cases you don't change between visitors (I just put a towel over them). The show was warm, the pressure was decent. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly as always, good people all around. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is a litte sub-par, but it's not a bad place to stay either. The fact that my toilet flushed, I had good water pressure, and my A/C worked was enough for me to be happy.
