- Peter S (8/5): - A nice hotel, good facilities, lovely staff, very helpful. pools super nice. there is actually only one thing that didn't work, breakfast, breakfast ended at 10:00 but several times there was simply not much left at 09:30 and the staff couldn't help, 2 days there was no milk after 09:15 so had to get it from the room where we had from 7 eleven. not ok

- Ricky (10/5): - From 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. there's live music playing from a restaurant a few doors down. It's rather annoying but once it stops it's pleasant stay. The only other complaint is the noise of the door in adjacent rooms reverberating through the hallway.
- Kit Ling (8/5): Given its price point, I highly recommend - I had a delightful wedding anniversary stay here. Apple at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile, and the bell boys in the lobby greeted us with a friendly "welcome" every time we returned. We booked a North Wing Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to handle my work needs, and the Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic. The balcony offered stunning views of both the sea and the beautiful pool area. The pool was absolutely amazing, with a fun float area for kids—lots of children were having a blast. The breakfast selection was average but covered all the essentials. The gym, however, had several facilities that were out of service. This is a historic hotel, so it’s not fair to compare it to newer properties. Given its price point, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
- Jonas (8/5): Bra hotell med noe å gå på av service - Bra hotell med store rom. Virket kanskje litt upraktisk innredet rom mtp.størrelsen. Sluket i dusjen var dårlig, vannet rant ikke ned. Og det var veldig lite lys på rommet. Men god og fin utsikt mot havet og grei frokost. De kan bli bedre på å følge med og sørge for at det nok utstyr og mat under frokosten. God plassering og stille og rolig område.

When I arrived to check in, nobody say “hello or anything”, only “Door man” came to help my suitcase and show to checkin desk. The I stood there about 10 mins while staffs just kept their eyes on paper, noone care customers. After check in, they not even show me where is my room, how to go there or any property’s information . I got lost and had to ask Housekeeping to show me my room.

Habe dem Zimmermädchen dann gezeigt wie man den Dreck und Schimmel in den Fugen wegbekommt. Zumindest war das Bad dann etwas sauberer. Das ganze Hotel macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Personal völlig überfordert, spricht kaum Englisch und auch sonst kein Engagement. Warme Speisen beim Frühstück waren alle kalt. Außer Toastbrot keine Brotsorten. Kaffee ungenießbar.
- Martin (8/5): Comfort on the beach - Nice open hotel in 2 wings with large pool in between. Room are pleasant and airy with balconies. Convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff could be more friendly not wait for a greeting from the guest. Attention to detail, room maintenance, gardens around the edges. Overall a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

- Odd Ingar (6/5): En stor skuffelse - Hotellet var preget av dårlig renhold, generelt dårlig organisering og elendig service. Frokosten kunne vært vært bra om de ansatte hadde ryddet og vasket litt. Det var i utgangspunktet fine rom men dårlig renhold trekker ned. Utendørsområdet med fine basseng fungerte heller ikke særlig godt. Det fantes ikke parasoller f.eks og dermed var det umulig å oppholde seg der særlig lenge.

- Verified traveler (6/5): のんびり過ごせます - チェックイン時にデポジットを3000バーツかUS100ドルで要求されます。クレジットカードは不可でした。持ち合わせていなかったので、1万円で交渉してみた所、1万円でもOKでした。エントランス受付女性の対応は顧客目線ではなくマニュアル通りの対応しかできない印象。部屋は清潔感があり満足ですが、部屋のカードキーの開け方が非常に難しく、10回に一回位しか開ける事が出来ませんでした。部屋に入るタイミングでボーイさんに必ずカードの差し込みの向きや開け方を一緒に確認した方が良いです。総括すると日本のホテルの様な顧客ファーストのサービスは受けられないホテルだと思います。近隣には飲食店もありのんびり過ごしたい方には良いホテルだと思います。帰りは朝8時頃バスターミナルまでタクシーを手配してもらいましたが、パタヤバスターミナルまで400バーツでした。ちなみに夜はGrabを使いホテルからパタヤの繁華街まで250バーツでした。

- Ralf (8/5): - Hotel mit Licht und Schatten. Dies Swimmingpool Anlage (3 Swimmingpools) ist wirklich toll und zum Stand sind es nur ein paar Meter über eine kaum befahrene Straße. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Bett ist bequem. Abstriche gibt es aber für das Frühstück. Jeden Tag dasselbe und geschmacklich nichts besonderes und der Kaffee fast ungenießbar. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir das mehr erwartet.

- Martin (8/5): Beach with a view - Great location right on the beach all rooms with balcony overlooking the massive pool. Rooms are well appointed clean but if not up in time can miss being refreshed. Gardens especially in the front and by the beach exit require a bit of attention. Restaurant on the ground floor,is ok, offers basic nothing exciting, great for the groups. Very convenient to local area for shops and trips into Pattaya. Would stay again.
- FEI FEI (4/5): - 我們當初訂的房間是海景房,到了飯店櫃台,竟然說當天海景房滿了,只能給泳池景房間。覺得非常誇張!打電話到hotel.com客訴,最終也無法換房,只能等隔天才能換給我們。隔天換的房間的確能看到海,但也不是全然的海景房。房間的視野右手邊可以看到海,僅此而已。訂房與實際得到的房間不同真的很令人生氣!此外飯店整體感覺略舊,毛巾浴巾也感覺使用已久,早餐非常普通,房間隔音也很差。除了泳池很好、離海邊很近(就在飯店後門出去,過馬路就到)這兩個優點外,其他部分不符合五星飯店規格。

- LAURENT (4/5): Bof bof - Beau complexe hôtelier avec 3 belles piscines mais manque d’entretien général. Les piscines mériteraient un meilleur éclairage de nuit. Mobiliers extérieurs en mauvais état. Certaines parties communes méritent un rafraîchissement rapide. Chambre désuet qui mériterait un grand rafraîchissement y compris pour l’éclairage, le frigo sentait mauvais. La chambre n’a pas été faite alors que le voyant Make up room était allumé. Point positif de la chambre vue mer, on peut admirer le coucher de soleil. Personnel ne parlant pas anglais voir très peu anglais, et pas souriant. Petit déjeuner extrêmement basique, surtout adapter à la clientèle chinoise et la salle n’est pas climatisée. Cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles et en terme de rapport qualité/prix, c’est décevant. Un autre point positif, l’emplacement face à la mer.

Men ved utsjekk ble jeg forevist to regninger satt på ett av rommene våres, signert med mitt navn (men ikke min signatur). Regningene var på mat kjøpt på restaranten (thai mat) og på ett tidspunkt vi ikke var på hotellet. Ingen unskyldninger og helt fravær av å ta ansvar for dette. Trakk stort ned på totalopplevelsen

- NS (6/5): leuk maar stil - goed hotel. dichtbij jomtien uitgaans centrum en op 100m van het strand. toen ik er was werd er wat onderhoud gepleegd. ontbijt was goed maar niet heel erg uitgebreid. de zwembaden zijn wel erg mooi en goed onderhouden. de kamer is erg ruim. de gym was verouderd en niet erg uitgebreid. er is ook geen restaurant of kamer snack service. dit is echter wel direct buiten te vinden. goed aan te bevelen als je ook het uitgaanscentrum in wil gaan.

- Maria (6/5): - Заселение быстрое, как и выезд. всю неделю пребывания не было горячей воды в номере. поменяли номер, все тоже самое. в итоге во всех гостинице нет горячей воды. это проблемно, особенно когда пришел холодный и сильный ветер. завтраки до 10 утра, хотя везде кругом до 11. Если прийти уже ближе к 10 утра, то не стесняются сотрудники подходят и говорят мы уже закрываемся. завтрак очень скудный. Для заявленного уровня отеля это не приемлемо. Лежаки у бассейна постоянно занимают туристы с утра полотенцами и потом не убирают за собой и сотрудники у бассейна это тоже не делают. поэтому мест много у бассейна, но все с полотенцами и не понятно свободно там или нет. Номер понравился сам и уборка номера тоже. пляж неплохой. в общем побывала во многих гостиницах там рядом, эта однозначно самая худшая. не советую

Breakfast is poor choice and the same every day,far to walk to main road,at least they could have shuttle bus, Our room was big with nice view but thats it,anyway not 5 star thats all.
- Lasse (8/5): Nybyggt hotell nära stranden - Vi bodde på detta hotell 25 dygn. Rummen och balkongerna är stora med utsikt mot havet och poolområdet. Personalen gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas och ställde alltid upp efter bästa förmåga. Ryska barnfamiljer och kinesiska gruppresenärer dominerade bland gästerna liksom på de flesta hotell i Jomtien.

- CityCat (8/5): Nice hotel with great pools and good location - I have stayed in this hotel for a few times. Love the location and the pools. It’s quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but close enough to enjoy the city when you feel like it. Most of the staff are great and very helpful. I encountered some with bad attitude as I was travelling with my European husband. All the facilities are well taken care if and very clean. My only criticism would be the air conditioner in my room which was freezing no matter how I tried to adjust. All in all I love this gem and will definitely stay there again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): In die Jahre gekommen - Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Jomtienstrand und die Vekehrsanbindung ist gut.Das Zimmer ist soweit auch Ok.Das reinigigen des Zimmers ist aber nicht zufriedenstellend und das Personal versteht es leider nicht(z.B. keine Handtücher,Balkon nicht saubergemacht und andere Dinge).Das Frühstück ist normal für Thailand aber das Personal ist auch etwas unbeholfen und versteht uns auch nicht,auch nicht in Englisch. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und grosszügig nur mit den Liegen ist es so eine Sache,Alt Defekt da müssten mal dringend Neue und mehr Angeschaft werden bei der grösse des Hotels. Wenn sich diese Sachen vebessern würden währe es ein gutes Hotel.

На завтраках скудный выбор. Лежаков у бассейна сильно не хватает! Это был один самых худших отдыхов в нашей жизни! Отель который мы выбрали, к сожалению, закрыли и этот предложили на замену! Рядом гейский квартал. Спасало только то, что брали каждый день в аренду катер и уезжали на острова...

- Verified traveler (4/5): Beautiful hotel appalling staff and service - Great hotel facility in fabulous location right on the beach. Room was nice with balcony and sea view. Management of this hotel is disgraceful. Non smiling staff, very little understanding of simple English, requests were often not understood, calls to reception were often just hung up because they didn't understand. Room service took 30 minutes to get menu and another 45 minutes for sandwiches. Dirty tray left in corridor for 2 days. Toilet paper, tissues not replenished. Breakfast poor choice western menu didn't go back after first experience. Staff slam doors of service room at all hours of the day and night that echoes throughout the building would wake the dead!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I call this hotel, the hotel of great potential, but it has yet to achieve it. On the first day, the concierge was quick to offer transport options that lined his & his friends pockets (the most expensive) while not offering or explaining the the very regular, reliable and cheap options for getting into town. On the second day, the power went out in the hotel for 6 hours with no appropriate generator to tide the hotel through. The reception said, "No electricity in this area." But all the shops and other hotels had their power and wifi working, so not true! The WiFi was horrible, very weak and always cutting out. The staff, seemed to act so inconvenienced when you asked them for simple hotel requests, like doing their jobs was an extra burden. The rooms were lovely and the maid service was excellent. As I said before, I call this hotel one of great potential as it needs better management and service.
- Jonathan (6/5): Beautiful hotel but would not stay again - Other reviews on the site are accurate--it's a beautiful, beach front hotel with clean rooms and great pools; there's no bar service by the pool; guests would be better off skipping breakfast; tour groups are in and out. One thing to add (and which affected our comfort rating) is that the rooms have connecting inner doors that are not solid, insulated or soundproofed, rather hollow with design press board coverings. Consequently, we could hear sounds down to whispers and paper being crumpled in the room next door and our neighbors could presumably hear the same from our room. Thus, although we enjoyed the pools and the cleanliness of our room, we would not stay again.

- Mike (10/5): On the beach - This is a great location not close to the beach, but on the beach. If you use the back exit you are on the beach, if you use the front exit you are on the main road just hold your hand out and ride a bot bus in to Pattaya 10 minutes’ or less ride. Hotel staff there for the customer. I ask for a room repair and it was completed on the spot. Needed help with printing some personal documents staff was there for me and I got copies made with no problems. The only reason I would not tell someone about the Hotel would be to keep it for myself.
