Crozier (3/5): Motel 6 Greenville Tx - The location and the staff. The place was rundown and things didn't work had to switch rooms because the TV was not working and a gap in the door and the wall I could stick my finger in. Moved to a different room and the a/c barely kept the room cool and it was only mid 70's outside. Smelled of mildew in the room. Stair case was crumbling. They advertise high speed internet and only had 2G available. When I asked about it, the staff had no clue what I was talking about. Which tells me that there wasn't ever high speed available had to use my phone hot spot to connect my fire stick to watch movies. At almost $100 a night. Fortunately I had credits with my booking app and only paid $160 for 2 nights.

Margaret N (7/5): Typical Motel 6 facility that is in need of an extensive update. - The location is convenient for my needs and it certainly is a an expensive choice. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. A facility is certainly older and in need of updates both to the facility and the furnishings. There is nothing in particular that I did not like about the facility. It is just an older facility in need of updates to both the building and the furnishings.

Heat unit has a short or something couldn't get it to come on called front desk they got it on.... then I woke up COLD at 3am heat was off tried unplugging didn't work called office they came and got it to work AGAIN.. THE chair in there is VERY wobbly someone is going yo sit in it and it is going to fall apart..only decent part of room was the bathroom..

Good area for fo - The staff was very friendly with 24 hour desk who where always smiling and ready to help. laundry room was nice, front desk had plenty of quarts when I needed to turn bills in for laundry. Was quiet and other guests were respectful and quiet. Good spot for a few night and price was dirt cheap. Restaurants walking distance and gas station nearby. had good AC/heating. Room could have used a good deep cleaning on floors and walls. Seemed like it had been a while.

Enriquez (3/5): - It was close to fast food and event i was attending It was dirty, the staff were rude,i got charged twice after paying thru the Booking app. When the front desk was notified and given confirmation number they still asked for my card and swiped twice.
judy (3/5): I wouldn't stay there again if it was free!!! - price bed had crinkly noisy plastic under the sheets. there was mold on the shower ceiling, there was no real person present at check in, the tv service was down that night. the place is difficult to find.

Verified traveler (10/5): Cozy little room - Clean but older. Very small rooms and the queen beds are more like full. Bathroom was spacious and updated. Rooms are dark orange and red for folks with anxiety.

Joan (8/5): - A friend and I made a quick trip for a meeting. I usually stay at Motel 6 because it is economical and usually located in an easy access area. The beds are comfortable and the water is hot.

Kimberly (2/5): Do NOT stay here! - Do NOT stay here. We were in town for a family reunion and after checking in just dropped our luggage off in the room and left for several hours. Upon our return our room smelled very strongly of weed. Went to tell the manager and his response was “Didn’t you get here hours ago?” Asked to be moved and was told there was nowhere to move us to. When I pointed out the parking lot was mostly empty he said he didn’t have any rooms on the bottom floor. After moving our belongings to a top floor room, which took less than 10 minutes I go to return the key to the weed room and find the manager renting it to someone else without even checking it or cleaning it. The pool had a few inches of a science experiment growing in it and saw I used condom in the grass by the walkway. This was hands down the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed with horrible management.

Jeremy (6/5): - Half the tv channels didn’t work, paint flaking off bathroom door, paint over spray on vanity, shower head deceptive plate loose and dirty behind, shower small and dark, something sticky on wall by fridge, old style card keys that didn’t work and had to get reprogrammed and the a/c made a non rhythmic noise and was hard to get to sleep. Overall I wouldn’t return.
crystal (4/5): - Lots of shady people hanging out. Seems like a very dangerous place to bring your kids to. Staff was not attentive or friendly at the front desk. I believe this to be a drug motel. Bugs in our room. Over all I would not recommend anyone stay there.
Baciocco (1/5): We where off the street but that's because I could pay twice...I want my money back - Room is ugly kind of nasty. Plans for 5 /30 changed so on the fly we made a reservation the representative who helped us spelled my name wrong and I was unable to show i.d for the room and he in correctly took down the wrong e mail so I had no info to secure the room but he git the card # right and I was charged It was late I was mad and if I wanted to rest I had to pay again to have a room bullshit.....we got up left and didn't stay 5/31

Delgado (1/5): Horrible - If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! When I arrived at the property to check in, they let me know that my reservation was canceled even though on my end, it did not show that my reservation was canceled . I had booked this reservation almost 2 months ahead to make sure I had a great price not only did they cancel my reservation, but they up charge me per room to what I was originally quoted on the booking site and on top of that, the property manager was so rude and they did not have a pool. The proper manager continue to make it seem like it was my fault that they canceled the reservation and that it was my fault that they had to up charge and that it was my fault that the pool wasn’t working because in his words, he said that the pool hasn’t been functioning for two years, which on the booking site, the pictures show a full beautiful pool. It was also storming raining and super windy and in the king size room the door didn’t close correctly so much that we had to put the table that was in the room against the door to help prevent the door from all wobbling from the air, and I was so afraid that it was gonna just fly open. There was water coming in from the bottom of the door, which I had to put all the towels that we had in the room to prevent it from wedding are things The sheets had holes from like cigarette burns. The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room absolutely the worst state I have ever had.

Carlos (7/5): Great value for a short quick and inexpensive stay. But don’t expect a pretty place - Location is right off the main road and easily accessible. It seems that the management company tries to make it look nice by adding beautiful rose bushes all over the property and keeping fresh paint but they won’t invest where it really matters. GPS guided me directly to it. It’s a really old building as expected. The railing in the second floor looks very frail and unsafe. Also the concrete was cracked on some parts of the building. Also their pool is unkept/ out of order and although it’s empty it’s pooling with rain water and debris.

Ricky (2/5): Horrible Night - Staff was friendly. BUT all night long people were yelling, arguing, dragging stuff on the floor, dropping heavy stuff, running around outside, making noise. We got NO sleep. It was the worse night we have ever had in a motel. Furniture was old, but we could live with that.

We were only trying to get our family out of the cold but we still didmt get our room we paid for or our refund.
