• Jemil (8/5): Très bons séjour. - très bonne chambre qui correspondez à mes attentes, pour ce qui est de la piscine rien à dire parfait, et nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner. Hotel très qualitatif. Je n'ai pas apprécié la première nuit car il y avait trop de bruit à cause des crapauds suite à la forte pluie. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de moustique.

I almost didn’t stay in Patong thinking it would be too loud or low quality but I’m so glad I stayed here! Staff are so cute and helpful. The restaurant/pool bar is so cheap and the food is beautiful. Hot shower / clean room / extra care and attention staff. This is hotel number 7 and it’s been better than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. Great value. I would stay again.

No complaints bit of a steep incline then some stairs when entering to get to your room will be a problem for persons with mobility issues.

The pool was lovely, the restaurant and bar at he pool were also affordable, as was the minibar. The location is good, there is a market nearby and all the popular beaches are close. The staff was lovely. One problem was the Wi-Fi, on some nights we even had to make a Hotspot from my phone for the TV to be able to watch Netflix. Still, would recommend to everyone. The breakfast is the same everyday, it cand get boring. Still would recommend to everyone

• Valentina (10/5): Incleible experiencia 🙏🏼✨ - Realmente me gustó todo, la atención del personal era 10/10, muy amables y atentos a todo lo que podiamos necesitar, el lugar es bonito y bien cuidado, con muchas plantas. Al llegar de la playa siempre teniamos la cama hecha, toallas limpias y botellas de agua. Viven unos gatitos preciosos ahí, así que hicieron de mi estancia un recuerdo muy tierno, si vas tratalos con amor 💕

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, bedienstete sind super freundlich und wir konnten nach dem auscecken noch bis abends am Pool verbringen was wirklich sehr cool und für uns voll entspannt war für den letzten Tag in Thailand. Taxi zum Flughafen wurde auch organisiert, günstiger als Grab. Nichts alles super, fairer Preis, faires Angebot

It was not clean . It was tidy but NOT clean look at fridge pics look at shower pics . Door lock was broken off . The apartment smelt of sewage due to hole in shower they covered over with waste paper basket . When I arrived all windows of the room was wide open there were two air fresheners . I didnt understand why until I closed them and started to smell sewage . So they knew about smell . The bedding has stains on it . I had no choice but to stay one night and I got bites . I complained about the sewage smell . No one came to inspect instead accused me of putting tissue down the toilet and went on the attack . Pictures speak for themselves review my pics before booking . I left after one night they refused to let me cancel the remaining nights and kept my money . I have started a claim with my credit card . This review has been posted when I am back in UK. Avoid this place . The owner threatens people with arrest for any negative reviews so I guess previous reviews have been removed . I will not be threatened hence why I posted my review whilst on UK soil and using UK site and UK laws !

Bereits das Standardzimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Balkon in den Garten der Anlage, die sehr schön im Berghang gelegen ist. Sportliche Gäste sind mit sehr gutem Fitnessraum, Swimmingpool und Spa versorgt. Ich hatte das Zimmer wie überall ohne Frühstück gebucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

• Arjun Reddy (8/5): Overall a wonderful experience in the resort - The resort was very well maintained and within the close proximity of the city center and to beach as well. The cost is very high.
• Marta (8/5): A respectfully dissent hotel for the price, but the communication at the reception is poor. - The Superior Double Room we booked was a great choice, both comfortable and spacious. Nice views and calm environment. A SPA area is located just next to the hotel, proving the guests with bonus discounts and well professional spa service. We had the massages and the body scrubs, absolutely recommending them! Close to the hotel 5-7 minutes you may find shops, restaurants and many places to enjoy food and drinks. Patong beach with a motorbike takes around 5 minutes with no traffic. The hotel offered breakfast for an additional charge of 250-300 Thb. which is actually to expensive for Thailand, so we definitely recommend the restaurant just across the street from the hotel, offering great Thai food for good prices. Plus, on the day of our departure the receptionist asked me to pay (1000 Thb.) for an umbrella that was no longer in the room. THE UMBRELLA WAS NEVEN IN OUR ROOM, since the arrival. So I would suggest ALWAYS, to take a video before you use any the rooms (as I did thankfully) in Thailand in order to provide them a proof of evidence. The lady then let me depart from the hotel, while I was rushing to get the boat for Kho Phi Phi Island. In general the staff does not speak well English and that's a minus for them and the guests experiencing that.
• Wilhelm (8/5): - Am Hang gebaut, und unter Palmen . Weg vom Schuss (Bangla Road) und trotzdem was los in nächster Umgebung. Das Restaurant, obwohl fast immer nix los, war hervorragend. Der Pool super! Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, 3 Stockwerke, aber nur bis Pool und Restaurant und ein Stock höher, aber man muss Viele steile Treppen gehen bis zu den Zimmern. Für schon leicht gehbehinderte absolut.nicht geeignet.

• Markus (7/5): - Wir waren nur zwei Nächte am Patong Beach und das hat uns auch gereicht. Wer Party, ein reges Barleben, tausende Massage Buden (auch für "Zusatzleistungen") und einen sehr ansprechenden Nachtmarkt sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vom Hotel aus lässt sich alles locker zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel bietet für Mietwagen kostenfreie Parkplätze, was in dieser Gegend sehr von Vorteil ist. Trotz der sehr verkehrsreichen Lage, waren die Zimmer ruhig. Es gab unterschiedliche Angaben zum Fußweg bis zum Strand, aber am Ende ist es ein knapper Kilometer zu Fuß und somit nicht gerade leicht zu erreichen. Wer länger plant und jeden Tag am Strand liegen will, sollte sich unbedingt ein nähergelegenes Hotel suchen. Wer nur kurz bleiben will, für den ist es allerdings sehr zu empfehlen.

• Laura (7/5): Good but not as good as expected - The reception staff was fab going above and beyond their duties....nothing to complain there. The room was of decent size and the view was ok (though not as expected). The pool (on the small side) was ok as well and the discount for the spa was welcome (the massages were good, almost very good - had the thai and oil ones). Gym was very good. The road traffic, the very simple breakfast (more linked to a *3 than a *4), the fact that a dead fly appeared in my machine-prepared coffee on my last day.....and a cocroach in our bathroom on our last night. Those 2 issues made my view of the hotel go down considerably.

Bisogna lasciare un deposito extra per la camera oltre a pagare l’importo ( probabilmente perché hanno subito danni ?), al rientro dal ristorante non trovavano la nostra prenotazione e non ci davano le chiavi, la mattina seguente pur essendo in ritardo con il taxi, non ci hanno fatti partire finché qualcuno non è’ andato a controllare la camera ( nuovamente per vedere se avessimo fatto qualche danno).
