- Mariko (9/5): Really relaxing and happy stay - Grece Hotel always feels really relaxing. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the upstairs cafe round the corner called Renoir. Unlike the other hotels we stayed in, the Grace hotel had really comfortable pillows. Also, the lighting in the room was very nice. We always feel very comfortable and at home when staying at Grace hotel. The room doesn’t have much space for two suitcases - we had a twin room - I’m sure there are bigger rooms for a higher price.

- Satomi (10/5): 駅近で便利。オススメです! - ロケーションが最高。新横浜駅からすぐで、コンビニも近くにあり、横浜アリーナ(今回の滞在の目的)も徒歩圏内で、とても便利でした。 料金もお手頃で、また新横浜近辺で宿泊することがあれば是非次回も利用したいです。 また、フロントで私宛郵便物の受け取りをお願いしていたのですが、快諾してくださり、受け渡しもスムーズで、大変助かりました。 客室へ上がるエレベーターにカードキーでの認証システムがあれば、セキュリティ面でより安心できると思いました。

- Komo (7/5): その節はありがとうございました - 宿泊予定のお部屋に入った途端に、換気扇付近から低音が聞こえ、しばらく様子をみていたのですが、この一定音の中で一晩は過ごせないと思い、思い切ってフロントに相談した所、お部屋を変更してもらえました。お部屋もグレードアップすることになり、申し訳なかったです。でもとても快適に一晩ゆっくり眠ることができました。その節は、ありがとうございました。 低音の件がなければ、泊まる予定だったお部屋は値段相応のお部屋でした。構造上仕方がないことですが、もう少し広いと部屋にゆとりを感じられると思います。ツインですが少しだけ窮屈な感じをうけました。

- Hiromi (7/5): リーズナブル！！ - 翌朝の出発が早いため、 新横浜駅付近で快適なホテルを探してこちらに決めました。今回はカジュアルツインを利用させていただきましたが、一人で泊まるには十分でした。空調も問題なく、騒音もありませんでした。なにより、カジュアルツインで一泊1万円少しでしたので、大変リーズナブルでした。 浴槽にお湯を貯めて温まってから、お湯を流してシャワーを利用しました。その際、浴槽のお湯がなかなか排水されませんでした。 気持ちのよいものではないので、改善されると嬉しいです。
