Guest Reviews
- Valentina (8/5): -
- Tasia (10/5): Great location, room very comfortable and staff were great. - It was a great location, room very clean and furniture looked new. Nothing.
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): Charming hotel with breakfast and a great staff - To be fair, I am reviewing the Akropolis Hotel because that’s where I stayed. When I got to San Andrea Degli Armeni, there was no one there, but a sign there had a phone number to call. The person said to come to the Akropolis Hotel which was just a short walk. Apparently they are sister hotels and my reservation was switched but because I booked on hotels.com they staff couldn’t reach me. No big deal, as it was close by. Once I arrived, everything was great. There were a couple minor issues with the room, but they were resolved right away. The staff went out of their way to help. Two of the front desk personnel spoke English which was a big help. The building has a lot of history as does the rest of Taranto. There is a nice rooftop with seating that overlooks the city. A perfect place to have a drink and relax. Thanks to all the staff that made my stay a comfortable one.
- Rosanne (6/5): The management there behind the counter were exceptional but much is needed to spruce up the rooms, - We actually did not get the property we booked they put us in a sister hotel. The hotel we stayed in needs much work in regards to outlets in the wall, bathroom faucets, bathroomshower heads, shower knobs, all in disrepair.
- Vida (10/5): Exceptional - Hospitality, clean flat It is difficult to find without help, conditioner only in one room, but good quality.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very hard to find this hotel, we went in circles for at least an hour, there was no parking, the safe didn't work and we left after 10 minutes. We were offered a room at their sister hotel Hotel Andropolous and this was ok.
