• Farhat (8/5): - AC kept the room cool when we couldn't open the balcony doors because of mosquitoes. right off İstiklal street, which has all the shopping you could need, from sweet treats to clothes to street food. the hotel's cafe was the best thing - excellently presented and tasting food and drinks every time. the service overall was excellent and the cat was the cherry on top. nice and clean as well.

The staff in the hotels cozy cafe downstairs were awesome! Love that noise from cafe downstairs and restaurants next door ends at 12am. For convenience to Main Street Istikal and to trams to get to other side it was so easy for us to get around. It’s a safe area. If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel, I highly recommend Nexthouse Pera. You get to experience real life in Turkey as a lot of locals frequent the cafe and restaurant so I got to see the culture and customs play out. The housekeeper at this hotel is sooo good she is professional and does a really good job cleaning rooms everyday. If you don’t mind the noise below, the first floor is ok, that’s where we stayed - otherwise request a room on the higher floors . All in all, if it’s your first time in Istanbul, this place felt safe and homey for me. Thank you Housein and the other manager for your lovely hospitality and friendship, and to your amazing staff both in hotel and cafe.

We stayed on the 5th floor away from very active street noise, which can still be heard but not so bad. Spacious room, big bed and lots of little toiletries nice touch. Shower water pressure could be better but overall we would stay again.

The hotel's prime location puts you within walking distance of many of Istanbul's top attractions, making it easy to immerse yourself in the city's vibrant culture. And let's not forget the friendly and helpful staff. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

They were very informative about local necessities that I needed. Rooms are not huge but more than sufficient. Could hear some noise at night but that’s what you get in the amazing location it is.
• Emma (10/5): Rigtig dejligt hotel! - Virkelig et skønt ophold hos Nexthouse Pera. Alt var som det skulle være. Rent, hyggeligt og personalet hjælpsomme. Værelserne var store og der var god opbevaring. Eneste minus var mini køleskabet som ikke fungerede. Men jeg vil bestemt komme igen og anbefale det. Gutterne som ejede hotellet havde også caféen nedenunder som serverede den bedste morgenmad og kaffe - rigtig hyggeligt sted og område.

Very little interaction with the staff but they were friendly enough. Accommodation prices sure have gone up since we were last here 4 years ago but I guess this hotel is in line with similar places.

• Tuseef (10/5): - Nexthouse Pera is perfectly located in Beyoglu district and just off Istiklal Ave. so there are hundreds of shops, eateries cafes and restaurant immediately within the vicinity so expect a hustle and bustle all hours. We literally walked everywhere this side of the river especially Galata Tower was only a few mins walk away which is important as traffic and taxis are terrible in the city. The room was good size with a comfortable bed and housekeeping was very good. There is a smart TV so kept the little one entertained with YouTube. The staff are very attentive especially Husni at the front desk helped me with a lot of queries and where to find the best places on our exploration. The one thing I would say however is the lift is quite small so a pushchair was a squeeze. Nevertheless the price, and location made it feel insignificant. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

• Jalan2Yuk (10/5): Great experience in the heart of Taksim! - I chose Nexthouse Pera due to its strategic location, which is in the heart of Taksim! You can walk anywhere in Taksim without the need of dealing with Taxi, Metro, etc, yet public transportation is only within short distance. Plenty selection of great shopping, restaurant, and Cafe nearby. Ali is also a great receptionist who is very friendly and can assist to make your visit more enjoyable. The hotel itself is well maintained and in my opinion, pretty. Despite being in the center of the city, it also offers good amount of space. Ignore the other reviewer's comments about the hotel being old, ran down, or noisy. This worried me at first but it's not true. I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. There were obviously some noise from the street when people were shouting or very loud, but the hotel had good windows noise insulation. I could sleep very well. If you are that sensitive about noise, you shall avoid staying at any city center at all. The only small downside is that the hotel is not in a street that is car-accessible. So you need to get off at a nearby street and walk a little, ie 50 meters. Just make sure that you plan this ahead of time if you have a lot of heavy luggage with you. Enjoy your stay at Nexthouse Pera!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, amazing location, lovely people! - Great hotel right in the middle of the city. The guys were really hospitable and the value for money was incredible. There is a lovely little cafe downstairs where you can relax at anytime with classic Turkish coffees and teas and chat with the locals. I had a friend visiting at the same time who stayed in a different hotel and was amazed at the convenience of where I was. The bed was really comfortable and, one of the more important things, the shower was powerful and warm. You also get a little balcony on all floors apart from the 6th. I pretty much walked everywhere, but would recommend the public transport pass for those that want to visit Sultanahmet as the hotel is about 5 mins walk from a number of major stations too.
• Ethan (8/5): A reasonably priced, comfortable boutique hotel - Nexthouse Pera is a comfortable, reasonably priced boutique hotel in a good location. The bed is comfy, the shower is excellent (very good hot water pressure), and the rooms is well appointed. Service was friendly. A couple of warnings: The hotel is around the corner from one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Istanbul, so there can be a little noise at times. (Though not enough to be a bother.) The hotel can be hard to find; the signage is small. And they do not accept American Express as payment.

It is definitely located in the heart of Taksim. I would like to thank Baris bey at the front office and Ömer bey for his help for great restaurants and places to visit! If you are Istanbul and want to experience it at maximum satisfaction, you should definitely stay in next house Pera!

• romteenz (10/5): Awesome place - This place was an awesome experience for a couple of reasons: Firstly, the staff were truly helpful and friendly. Secondly, the location was superb, İstiklal street, the most famous tourist-inundated walk in Istanbul- is just a block away from the door. Furthermore, it’s very convenient because you can use a cool button to let the housekeeper know when not to bother. Last but not the least, if you have a well-trained dog, he/she can also enjoy the snuggly beds and pillows. On the flip side, make sure if you want a B&B because breakfast is not served. Not to mention the neighbor’s hooka lounge, which spreads a terrible smell of coal. especially for non-smokers at the lobby. Overall, an ideal place for couples and friends who wanna discover Istanbul for the first time.

We requested fast WiFi so my could work while we stayed, and they gave us a room with a router👍 Also, the location is great and it’s pretty quiet even though it’s close to the main strip. There is also a great coffee/hookah bar below that we enjoyed almost daily. We tried other hookah places and the price and quality couldn’t compare. Great place. I highly recommend people stay.

I hit my head against the ciling a few times. They only cleaned the room on the third day, but never replaced the toilet paper. There were bugs in the room.

We were looking forward to going out that night but the soft beds nearly seduced us from our festivities. Fortunately the lively sounds drifting up from the street once we opened the window beckoned us back to the full life of Istanbul occurring right outside the building. A beautiful place worth staying in if you want to enjoy the full forced beat of the city's heart.

Check-in was easy and I was happy to discover the air conditioning in the room worked very well, however the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and it didn't look like anyone had been in since the previous guest as some of the provided toiletries looked used. The shower had dirt stains allover the glass and the towels were dingy, luckily I was only here for two nights so I disregarded it as I didn't want to deal with finding new accommodation. Overall, I'd suggest looking elsewhere as my biggest priority when staying somewhere is cleanliness and this hotel failed to deliver that.

When we arrived there was only one towel in the room and the phone wasn't working so I had to go back down to ask for more towels which wasn't given to us until next day The second day the elevator broke and wasn't fixed until we left. The worst part was the AC which also got damaged the second day and we had to sleep in hot room because we cannot open the windows due to how loud it's outside

At the hotel you can have a Turkish café traditionally. The staff of the hotel fans for Besiktas. I recommend
• Verified traveler (6/5): - No good service in room, You could smell people are smoking in hotel. Pillow had previous guests hair on it, which was disgusting and the worse thing it is I saw Cockroach at room .
