• Filippo (10/5): - Paradise is the perfect place. A five-minute walk takes you to the beautiful, well-equipped Mylopotas beach as well as to the buses, restaurants, and markets. Maria and Panos are the owners, attentive to all your needs but discreet. They also have water sports facilities on the beach for boat trips, surfing, and other activities. The Paradise staff is knowledgeable and cheerful, ready to entertain you with cocktails or food by the pool.

• Paige (10/5): Maria and her team are warm, inviting and always eager to make sure you have what you need. This was a great stay and I’ - This place was a little haven off the main stretch of Mylopotas, incredibly close to the bus stop and a short bus or 30ish minute walk to Chora. It was clean, comfortable and Maria and others were reliable, friendly, warm and accommodating. Great AC unit in the room and be sure to check out their options for water sports and diving since they are also involved in that on the Mylopotas beach. Maria also has great awareness of the island and its charms, so don’t be afraid to ask about things to see that aren’t highlighted as much online. The property also had a great book selection at the front for guest use. The pool area was truly beautiful and the place came with a nice outdoor sitting area and a hanging rack for clothes. Also handy to have the bar and restaurant area available.

• Sara (8/5): A great spot for exploring IOS, we hired a car and saw some beautiful beaches. - It’s in a lovely, quiet location with friendly staff who were helpful in accommodating our requests.
• Louise (10/5): Paradise was paradise - Paradise was great! It’s a beautiful setting with a gorgeous pool surrounded by mountains. Limited number of apartments close to the pool so it has a nice flow and it’s not overcrowded. The baby pool was a hit with our toddler. The staff were so friendly, especially Yanis and Mike the pool bar guys, and Diana the housekeeper. They were all super warm and friendly to our kids going out of their way to be helpful. It’s close to the beach but tucked away from all the loud nightlife. Nights spent watching the sun go down on the mountains and the stars come out are something I’ll never forget. Also the manager was very responsive over text, which helped to organise things fast and on the go! The air conditioning was noisy.

• Stewart (6/5): Pleasant - Great location setback from the noisy parts of Ios. Very quiet, and the pool was lovely for an afternoon swim. The staff here were exceptionally helpful and personable - couldn’t have been more friendly. Exterior was lovely, but the rooms are dated and need a refresh. The bathroom drains also created a bit of a bad smell in the rooms, and we had to cover them with pot lids. The position and pressure of the showerhead was also a bit strange and caused the bathroom to flood.

Room had everything we needed including pool towels and a welcome pack of biscuits, juice and water which was a lovely touch. Maria was very helpful picking us up at the ferry and letting us know what restaurants were open as it was early in the season and what we could do during our stay

The room had every basics you'll need. A small kithen with gear and a comfortable bed. I didn't use the pool but the families who did enjoyed it clearly.

• Kai (10/5): The name is completely accurate - it's a paradise. - First of all: the whole complex is a dream. It is very clean everywhere, the pool is crystal clear and professionally clean, the beds are very high quality and super comfortable, clean rooms, great service. The location is ideal, 2 minutes walk to the great Mylopotas beach. But why is this not just a perfect holiday resort, but a paradise? It's the souls who run it and create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The two good souls Yannis and Lucas run the centre of the action, the pool bar, and know at all times exactly what the stressed soul of the holidaymaker needs to arrive on holiday. This could be the best burger on the island - Paradise Burger - a good cocktail, relaxed music, a nice chat, a friendly laugh or sometimes just a Jägermeister after getting up. We've been here for the second time now, not only because of the fantastic resort, which sows peace and relaxation, but above all because of the friendly, great people who work there and give you the well-known Greek hospitality from morning to night. Sebastian and I will be back and definitely recommend it!

• Thea (8/5): Very good - The apartment is really nice and clean, we went off season and we had all the swimming pool for ourselves everyday 😍. The location is super, in a calm and quiet area 5 minutes from the beach. The stuff is kind and helpful. Sometimes it was a little loud in the morning due to maintenance jobs. I would also recommend to bring a mosquito spray, insects could be annoying in the evening and the supermarket in the island sell it incredibly overpriced.

Lots of extras like a pool towel, two bathroom floor mats, just little things but really helps. Great location next to a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Very informative and you knew you could ask for more but not to much on arrival to be overwhelming. Lots around and close to Chora the port etc. regular bus and cheap taxis. The pool area is lovely if you can drag yourself away from the beach. Nothing.

Maria picked us up from the port and gave us a tour of the principal town before we even got to our rooms. The rooms are spotless, and the people are very nice we liked everything. but we recommend renting a car because it's the most economical way to transport yourself around the island. a rental car will cost you less in just two or three rides than taking taxis everywhere and because of the hills and distances it's a bit much to walk

Great snacks and cocktails. Fantastic pool area with with great lounges, big cushions, tables - all easily accessible and never crowded Set back off the main road so very quiet but still close to everything. Short walk to beach, restaurants, etc Public bus service stops nearby Not a big deal but when we hired a quad we weren’t allowed to park it in the main driveway or parking lot. We had to leave it on the road. No vehicles were allowed the main buildings. Not a huge drama just a little inconvenient as there was no real place to park on the road other than the verge

We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable with great aircon. We loved the pool and the bar, all the seats and lounges around the pool were very cute as well!! It was a great location, very close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and Far Out Beach Club. We highly recommend! Nothing, it was perfect :)

• Matteo (10/5): Exceptional - Locations was really good, next to the beach and not far from the center. The owners were really nice: they gave us lifts from and to the port, and were really helpful in general.
• Claudia (1/5): We are very sorry to say that we weren't at all happy of our staying at Paradise - The structure had a nice pool and a bar on the side. It had typical greek buildings. The man that welcomed us was very nice and polite, and checked up several times that everything was fine. We were told that our room was not available the day we arrived, so we were moved to another structure for one night. Then we were brought back to Paradise, but our room was still not ready; we had to wait outside for three hours with all our luggages and groceries we bought the day before (I was even with crutches). When we were finally able to access our room we found it dirty, with hair sticked to the floor, a mosquito squashed on the door, stained pillowcases. We told them about the situation and while we were out, they finished to clean the room. However when we came back in the evening, we found out there was no kitchen even if it was included with the reservation. I went to the owner to tell her that we couldn't prepare our dinner and I also informed her about the inconveniences during the day. She very disrespectfully started shouting at me and my friends (that didn't say a word, they were just standing by me), and she insulted me as well. There weren't any major discomforts the days that followed.

• Nicole (5/5): Disappointed but not surprised - The bar staff were lovely. Great leisure facility, pool was amazing Nobody at reception at all times. Ants in the room. The room was never cleaned. We enquired about an extra bed and never received it so one person was sleeping on the floor, still had to pay €75 for the extra person even though we didn’t receive the extra bed. No toilet paper, had to get toilet paper off the neighbours because no one was at reception.
