- Tamayo (1/5): Disrespectful - I did like the location where the hotel is at in the bathrooms were clean The staff was rude the hotel was empty and they still couldn't help you I travel with 11 year old down syndrome my daughter so we asked for a room away from other people and they put us next to this young couple who are having sex all night I asked if we can have another room since the hotel was empty they said no all they can do is tell the other people to be quiet in the morning I let them know what happened and they said it was my fault next time I booked for a better room

- Sherry (5/5): We got what we paid for with late holiday notice. - The AC worked and the room didn’t smell bad! The shower drain was clogged. The floors were nasty, they need to be mopped. The sheets don’t fit the bed.

Too much noice from the other rooms that caused I couldn't have a good sleep. I couldn't have a good rest because the noice. You know, is specter that people unload baggages but at the room next to where I was there was a trailer and people were unloading some product and that continued through the night.

We were leaving the room when a mattress was thrown from the second floor and almost hit my wife. We left, deposit be damned. Went up the road to La Quinta which was beautiful

- yolanda (2/5): - The property is old and in bad condition. The water faucet in the sink was had a big hole around the base! Bathroom faucets hanging by a thread the “sofa bed “ sunk when you sat. The whole place was dingy and dirty!

The blankets had cigarette burns on them. I had to ask for sheets, soap, and towels because there wasnt any incrhe room. The walla were unfinished in the room. Random paint apots everywhere.

Cockroaches were running.Humid air blew from the air conditioner almost until the morning. The sheets became damp.Because of the noise of the street and neighbors, it is impossible to sleep.

- Maria (2/5): Nasty, dirty hotel. - This was my worst experience. The room was dirty, the floor was gross, we had to wear flip flops. The towels are nasty. The pillows smell like vomit. We woke up in the middle of night and saw roaches on the bed.

Somebody from the health department needs to to check this place,too expensive for what you get,definitely zero recommendations.

- Beatriz (1/5): Very dissapointed you need to change your claim on your website from 3 stars to 1/2 a stars your gi - It didn't offer any breakfast we ended up using the room only for showering my husband killed 2 big roaches the night we got there, they only had towels for one day when I asked the housekeeping for more they gave me a big hassle to handle me more towels for the second day I will recomend taking the sofá out or at least have it cleared. WASTE OF MONEY WE WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN. Everything the toilet seat cover broke, the hair dryer plug didn't work the fridge was not cooling, sofá filled with grime, roaches in the room not sanitario at all.

That's pretty much it The room had definitely not been properly cleaned. I had to go ask for towels and more pillows and blankets. The pull out bed was horrible. Graffiti everywhere. The pictures are nothing like the real thing. I sure won't stay here anymore. For the price I paid I expected way better.

- Kitty (4/5): - I scheduled a last minute trip to Brownsville so admittedly went for 'cheapest rate' (my mistake). The condition of the place surprised me. It looked like something that was rented out by the hour, with several men drinking liquor on the steps. I climbed past them and got to my room which was old, musty and due to the broken air conditioner was apx 110 degrees. They offered to replace the a/c unit, so I went to lunch. But eventually I found a safer option and cancelled my reservation. Good news! They were kind enough not to charge me.

- Fritz (1/5): Dear future travelers, if you end up in Brownsville, Texas, do not pick the property. - Nothing. The place was terrible. Bathroom door was jamming, tub was not draining well, the shower was not working properly, moldy walls, food label stuck on the wall, tobacco smell despite requesting for a non-smoking room, room was not suitable for a family with young children, sprayed too much Lysol to mask the tobacco smell, floors were over sprayed with cleaner making it sticky, room phone to call for service was not working, not enough towels in the bathroom, staff was unhelpful.

Sent message to booking dot Com asking if I could get a refund for the second day that I didn't stay. Still nothing resolved on the issue. Will never stay at this hotel or use booking dot Com again. Some things in life are unforseen and we shouldn't be punished for them.

We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. The shower was dirty with hairs all over the bathtub. The sheets were stained with yellow spots. The room was not clean at all. There were some "plants" in the room that were filled with water and mold. I paid $65 for one night in a room that was not cleaned. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It was my first and only time staying there.

The towels were rags and not worth using. Had to use our own. The pictures of rooms posted were definitely fake or photoshopped to make them look more attractive yet very deceiving. Worse place every to book a nights stay. No refund and anything. I will never rely on this booking agency anymore, they should be embarrassed to recommend this place.

I paid for my room but did not stay there because it looked so unsafe. I went up to my room just to check it out and the door was open--I didn't even go in. Instead, I got in my car and left.
