- radiang2019 (10/5): A Pleasant Stay with Easy Access Everywhere - I had a great stay at Grand Zuri BSD. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. What I liked the most is the location—it’s very strategic and easy to get around. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it’s close to the mall, which makes everything very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
- Riri (9/5): A cozy hotel - The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel's interior was also quite pleasing and as soon as we got in it was quite peaceful. The coffee at breakfast. I never have high expectations to hotel's coffee as long as they have freshly brewed coffee. And with their price I'd expect Grand Zuri would have that. Unfortunately they only have 'set' coffee variations from a machine and ALL are sweetened, too sweet, even. I think they should still provide black freshly brewed coffee for those who don't take sweetened coffee.

Atau di tempel tapi di tempat yang tidak mudah dilihat, karena saya sendiri tidak melihatnya.

- pratiwih2024 (10/5): Recommended hotel in bsd city - Super excited, it turns out there is a hotel in the center of BSD City which has a beautiful interior, affordable prices, and a strategic location. The rooms are very complete with facilities, comfortable and spacious. The plus point of this hotel is that it is kids friendly because there is a swimming pool which is divided into 2 for adults and children, and there is a mini playground so you will feel at home staying here. For breakfast, there is a variety of food from Indonesia and wastern too. Moreover, there is a gelato corner that makes children happy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There are also bicycle facilities so you can go around the hotel. Recommended hotel in BSD City❤️

- utamiputri2401 (10/5): Recommended place to stay - I love staying here, the room was very clean with good and complete amenities. Prayer mat was the plus point in my opinion, not every hotel provide this to their guest. I stayed for one night, to rest and relax before travelling to another place the next day. The hotel is not only convenient for travelling, staycation, or business trip, but also family-friendly. Facilities available in the hotel area include: - Bicycle for exploring around the hotel - Children and adult swimming pool - Gym (cardio and weight lifting) - Sauna - Table football game I tried almost all of these facilities, and I loved them. As for food, don't worry because there's a lot of variety, from western to Indonesian food. The menu changes every day, said the waiter. There also jamu, for those of you who will visit here, don't forget to try the Jamu served at breakfast. If asked if I would come back again while in this area, I would say yes.

Check in had a bit of delay because we were in a large group, but my request to be moved to a non-smoking room was handled swiftly. Thank you, Grand Zuri BSD.

Staff was very attentive to the kids The smells of the room corridor, smells like the old carpet, maybe can add room fragrance or something. And also, Mineral water that provided in the room was only 2 bottles of 330ml and the additional will be charged. At least if you want to limited to 2 bottles, give at least 600 ml, like the other hotel does.

- Prananda (8/5): Worth to stay hotel if you visit Tangerang - They have a pool, gym and sauna. The staffs were very polite, fast response and helpful. The location is in the main road but the room is quiet, near the shopping centre, restaurant, waterpark, mosque, highway, hospital, and only 35 minutes to airport. The food was amazing, have many choices of menus and cooked in proper way. The restaurant is clean, tidy and cozy. The property was good, the service was nice but I have one bad experience with one of the lady’s staff in restaurant who work at night time. When i was invited few of my friends to eat, the way she explained about the food that was not available was but rude and arrogant. She is definitely disappointment that ruined our nice staying in the hotel. Hope they will take action for it.

- Julianawaty (8/5): the staffs are very fast response. - quiet environment facility no hand towel, limited shower gel limited tissue toilet paper no make up mirror in bed room area. it usually put in bed room area with a chair. the make up mirror in toilet (next to toilet bowl) and i must stand. while my leg is after surgery, i can not stand longer. and the space for make up mirror to stand is also very narrow

- Vansdian (8/5): My Experience Transit in Grand Zuri BSD City - Both the front desk employees and management of the hotel were exceptional in their respective roles. There is no room for debate regarding the cleanliness of the Hotel. as well as the Restaurant was great especially during Ramadhan. Honestly the room is not meet my expectation due to the size of bed for Twin Bed are 100x200 which commonly that I'm used in another's place are minimum 120x200 (need to mentioned on description at Booking.com). In addition, I had a negative experience as a result of the fact that the Taxi that I had reserved beginning in the evening was not ready when I went to check out.

Liveable and comfy room but weird. Loud music during breakfast... Had to sit outside because we couldn't talk to each other.
