• Susann (7/5): Im Sonderangebot okay - Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zuerst bekamen wir ein Schimmel Zimmer. Nach sofortiger Reklamation bekamen wir ein sauberes Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber „Grab“ funktioniert gut und ist nicht teuer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt ältere Zimmer in denen durch die Klimaanlage Schimmel entstanden ist. Er wird zwar entfernt, aber der Gestank bleibt. Die Abflüsse an den Waschbecken sind nicht dicht. Wasser kommt aus der Wand.

• Jareth (5/5): Please revive your hotel - Nothing… The hotel is in serious need of a refresh. The room had an unpleasant smell upon entry. The toilet was not properly cleaned, with hair visible throughout. The mini fridge also required thorough cleaning. During rainy days, rainwater stagnates on the window sill, and there is visible mould growth around the window area. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance standards were disappointing.

• Sherry Simba (5/5): I hope the hotel management will take a serious action to ensure all customers is comfortable and enjoying their stay be - Strategic location The mattress where i stay was so hard like i was laying on a concrete floor....i have back ache when i wake up...even my daughter complaint that the mattress was so bad.....imagine you were sleeping on the floor the whole night....😒
