• Erdem (8/5): - Temizlik ile ilgili yorumları okudugumuzda biraz tereddut etmistik ancak konaklamamiz sirasinda karsilastigimiz direkt bir temizlik sorunu olmadi. Ornegin bardaklarda su lekeleri vardi ve tekrar yikamak durumunda kaldik ama bu bardaklarin temiz olmadigini gostermez. Genel olarak kaldigimiz odayi begendik. Odanin deniz manzarasi ve kullanisliligi gercekten cok iyiydi. Tekrar gider misiniz? Gideriz.

• Francesco (8/5): - Hotel in posizione tranquilla a Kadiköy, a 10 minuti dalla stazione metro di Söğütlüçeşme. Bellissima la vista sul Mar di Marmara. Consiglio le stanze con vista mare più grandi che sono al secondo terzo e quarto piano. Tv con canali internazionali, pulizie costanti se lo si desidera. Gli ambienti sono un po' datati e alcune cose in stanza necessitavano di essere riparate. Molto comodi a 2 minuti a piedi alcuni posti dove fare colazione, sia dolce che continentale. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Told them it was a special occasion before we arrived and they upgraded us for free to a room with a hot tub looking over the Sea of Marmara which was luxurious. A nice little balcony as well. This was great service and I would recommend this to anybody. We were excited about the telescope shown in the photos but it wasn't there when we arrived. Overall I loved the hotel

• Ali (10/5): - Das Hotel ist von der berühmten Bullen Statue in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. In den Zimmern zur Strasse hin kann es manchmal laut werden. In den Zimmern nach hinten hin gibts eine grandiöse Aussicht zum Meer . Werde selber bestimmt wiederkommen und eines der ruhigeren Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. In Istanbul sollte nicht nur der Lärm , sondern auch die Sicherheit stets ein Thema sein. Kadiköy bzw. Moda ist ein gehobener Stadtteil also, keine Sicherheitsbedenken . Geschäfte für alle möglichen Einkäufe , die Fähre,ÖPNV, Metrobüs, Cafes, Restaurants und auch das Nachtleben sind vom Hotel fussläufig in maximal 15 Minuten erreichber.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Great views - Poor Assistance - The Seaview room had amazing views but too far from anything, it was on a residential street with no parking available and paid parking was at least 20 minute walk away. I think it was a residential building made into a hotel because it was old style, only 4 floors and elevator was small which took awhile to reach each floor. Reception was in the basement, street view of building was empty and we thought it was closed down! The room was clean and furniture was suitable for the suite room. Before arriving, we had emailed for parking and they responded that there was parking and they would assist but once we arrived he claimed no such email was sent and we had to search & find it ourselves. Poor reception& assistance for all matters! The price was too much for the location & service!

• Benjamin (10/5): Recommended - We had an amazing stay in this hotel. At first sight you have to question whether it’s opened or not but the entrance is on the right side! Staff was very welcoming. We haven’t tried the food but we booked the room with jacuzzi.. what a view, with a balcony! Moda/ Kadikoy area is definitely our favorite in Istanbul so we can only recommend!

• maruex (4/5): Night reception service is terrible - We stayed there for 2 nights, August the 23rd and 24th. We spoke to the girl at the front desk on 24th (super nice and friendly) that we needed her help for a transfer back to the IST airport, since the TAXI's don't speak English and try to cheat you, she told us that they would take care of it and that she would let her colleague know. His colleague at the front desk of the night shift fell asleep, leaving a phone number at the front desk to call if there was a problem, there was no one at the front desk and he did not answer the call we made, leaving us abandoned and without a cab back to the airport at 4 in the morning.Sincerely left a horrible impression of our stay in that hotel and we almost missed our return flight because of this awful service.

The sound proofing was not good though, you can hear other people’s sex noises which is weird but not so rare when you’re staying in a hotel. I could stay again for that view

Ödeme alındı ve odaya çıktık. Oda kapısı 4 kere in çık yapmamız sonucu anahtarların bozuk olmasından dolayı anca açıldı. Oda fotoğrafta göründüğü gibi güzel. Fakat klima çalışmıyor ve kaloriferler biz söyleyip, tamir edecek biri gelene kadar açılmadı. Odada havlu sayısı eksikti. İstedik getirdiler. Tuvalet kağıdı v gibi ürünler eksikti. En kötü yanı ise Getir'den sipariş verdik ve getir görevlisi resepsiyondan odamız aranmadan, bilgi verilmeden, oda kapımıza kadar geldi. Bu bir otelde en olamması gereken şeydir. Ya resepsiyondan arar haber veririsn gönderelim mi diye, ya da siparişiniz geldi, aşağıdan alabilir misiniz dersin. Kendi ortamınızı kendiniz yarattığınız için oda güzel onun dışında asla tavsiye etmem.
• kyle (8/5): Perfect for those traveling on a budget - Definitely a budget room, especially the super water saver shower and room size. Overall though it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Location was very convenient to walk by the water and to be close to all the amazing coffee shops. Great place for those on a tighter budget. Would love to see them transition away from single use plastic shampoo/conditioner bottles!

Duvarları biraz ince bu sebeple gürültücü insanlar var ise yanınızda biraz rahatsız olabiliyorsunuz, sınav sebebiyle gelmiştim , gürültüden şikayet ettim hemen ilgilendiler. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek rahat temiz bir işletme.

Tanımadığımız onca insana bile nezaketli davranmaya çalışırken, hizmet satın aldığınız bir yerden de bekliyorsunuz. Oda normal, ısı sorunu olmadı, banyolar eh işte. Bir daha gider miyim, zannetmiyorum.

• David (8/5): Worth the Journey - From the road the hotel frontage looks unprepossessing and the path into the hotel is across uneven flagstones and down a steep flight of steps. However, once inside the hotel lobby is full of quirky objects arranged in a pleasing way. Reception is friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor had superb views over The Bosphorus and a small balcony. The room was relatively spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a little basic by modern standards, but had all the necessary amenities. On return from our sightseeing each day we found the room immaculately clean and tidy. The commute to the European side of the Bosphorus by ferry was pleasant - either views from the top deck or live Turkish folk music in the saloon - and this plus the value of the hotel we think justified our decision to base ourselves in Kadikoy rather than Sultanahmet.

Moda'da heryere yurunerek gidilecek bir konuma sahip. TERTEMİZ. Dsmart receiver var odalarda. Iki sise 0.5lt ucretsiz su, kittle ve cay/kahve. Banyo yenilenmis, temizlik urunleri kaliteli.
• MychelleF_12 (8/5): Sweet Suite - If your going to stay at this boutique hotel I would highly recommend that you stay in one of their suites with a water view. We rented the suite for over a week and loved it. We enjoyed staying on the Asian side of Istanbul because it was less touristy and had more of a local feel to it. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to get to the ferry building. The staff is very friendly and helpful in getting a taxi to the airport or laundry service. They cleaned our room every day and had a nice upper deck terrace that was available to all guest. I would recommend that you try to stay on the 3rd or 4th floor because the restaurant next door can be a little noisy on the weekends. You might also hear a few dogs barking in the night but that is part of the "neighborhood" experience.
• Mychelle (8/5): Amazing Views - We had a suite overlooking the water. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. They allow their customers to smoke in the rooms so our room did smell like smoke. The top terrace is nice and has a large table that can be used for small parties and meetings. We loved the location. It is near a park and close to the water walkway that takes you to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Welcome and check in was warm and fast. No parking at the hotel but parking available nearby. Small but cute hotel.

• sonja (6/5): Average stay in an average hotel - Melek Hotels Moda was a bit of a disappointing experience. We arrived a bit late and one of the staff members offered to park our car - which was fine in the long term, but it was a rental and seeing him drive it like a race car around the block gave me anxiety. Additionally, we had to carry our suitcase up the stairs without even the suggestion of assistance by the staff. The bed was two beds put together and the shower had mold. Parts of the building looked like they were still under construction/remodelling. Otherwise the neighborhood is great, there is a brasserie next door that we were too late to try, but a 15-20 min walk can get you to some nice restaurants and cafes. Overall it was an average experience but I wouldnt stay here again.
• 977nimak (10/5): Great hospitality , in the best part of Istanbul - Very warm and kind manager, helpful receptionists and responsible staff , super clean and comfortable rooms and suites ( feel it in both in economic and luxury rooms), enjoy to stay in small and cosy hotel, located in very calm and relaxing area of Moda neighbourhood of Istanbul. Great view to Sea, even if you have street view room you can enjoy the Balcony and there is tea and coffee`s (self-service) provided for you. We stayed in standard room but Mr Manager gave us the golden night for our 4th anniversary and upgraded our room to the Sea view Suite. At the time we stayed there elevator was under construction and I think they want to change it place to somewhere else in hotel, but we did not have any problem about it. In my idea the things that can make this hotel even better place (my tips ) 1. Can make charming pathway toward the entrance. 2. Open the bar or restaurant in garden level. 3. Open the way from the garden to the walking area behind the hotel. 4. Redesign the garden for summer time.

• N (10/5): - We stayed at Melek Hotels because we had a conference nearby. Their City View Suite was very comfortable and spacious enough to get work done, eat well, and sleep well. The hotel is very close to the park and the seaside, and only a few minutes by cab to the Kadikoy ferryboat station. Highly recommended.
• pvereecken (8/5): very friendly, helpfull staff and cute rooms.. - Despite the fact the the entrance is not clearly indicated because it's on the -1 level of the building when you come from the street, the hotel and rooms are relatively clean. my double room was spacious enough for me by myself. And at 10-15 min walk you are in hart of Moda area with cafe's, restaurants and shops.
• a_elyas2014 (10/5): Hospitality at its best - Gladthat we had been their guests, very kind and understanding people - they let us use the room back even after check out,suprised us with a nice breakfast and made sure all was fine. Location is amazing,right by the side of Yogurtcu Parki,5 minutes of walk to the heart of Asian side of Istanbul:Kadikoy-where amazing happens :)
• Matthew (8/5): Birthday stay in Moda - It was a decent experience in a decent hotel. My wife and I booked for a night at the hotel for my birthday. We had asked for an upgrade which we didn’t receive, which was annoying but not the be all and end all. The standard room was spacious, especially the shower and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a view of the road outside which is in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in was straightforward and hassle free. No foreign language channels on the TV but again, not the end of the world. The view from the roof terrace was great and it was nice to have access to tea and coffee from there too. The terrace was a little dirty and the stairwells were dark but did give something of an independent charm to the place. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The location was good for relaxing or enjoying the atmosphere of Moda and we would recommend it. The price was reasonable and for a short stay it was fine. Breakfast is not included but, to be honest, there are so many great eateries in Moda that this should not be a decision maker. All in all it was a relaxing stay in a decent hotel.

• DevrimO (8/5): Great hospitality! - Location is good , rooms are clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea brands ( complimentary) can be better quality. At the Reception they had very good people ! Easygoing hotel without luxury. Good choice , fair price
• Nil (8/5): Great hotel to stay at - I enjoyed my stay at Melek hotel for 8 nights. I had a suite with sea view and the room was large and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Room was very clean and quiet My only complaint was with limited channels available on TV. There was not any English speaking news channel available. I would definitely stay there again.
• atoosas2016 (2/5): Terrible management - I'm a person who always stay in small, local hotels so I definitely understand that it might sometimes be some inconvenience, but I never had a bad experience about a management of these kind of hotels. When we got to this hotel today, the couches on the room was covered with dust, the plumbing of the shower didn't work very well so that I had to turned the water off a couple of times to wait for the water to goes down to the drain! Then right on the wall of our room it was a construction with a LOUD noises so we couldn't even rest! Then we decided to leave the room hoping that they stop working at 5 pm when we come back! We came back at 5 pm and waited until 7 pm but it was still construction going on, and with the noise in our room we barely could hear each other voices so we finally decided to talk to the reception. Unfortunately they just said they are sorry and there is nothing that they can do! Until this moment we were so patient, and understood their situation but it was impossible to stay there and relax so we asked them to give us the money back that we can reserve another hotel and get some rest, but the manager didn't care and he said he won't give us the money back even though we just used the room for 2 hours! We called HotWire website that we booked the hotel from and they said they tried everything to be able to cancel the hotel but the manager didn't let them ( and by the way we had the sea view hotel which was more than 100$ per night ). We finally got out of there and canceled the charge on our credit card, but I'm so disappointed with this kind of management of a small hotel which is not even close to what they advertise! I won't recommend the hotel with this situation and a terrible management to anyone.
• blindangel (10/5): great hotel (except the wifi) - it has the perfect location if you want to stay in the Anatolian side of istanbul. you can walk to the port of kadikoy in 15 minutes. the receptionists are very welcoming. the rooms are really clean and big. the rooftop has an amazing view. the only problem that me and my friend had was related to the wifi. it had a very poor signal and disconnected very randomly (maybe it is related to the floor that we were staying - 1st floor).if you are there just to travel it might not be much of a problem but if you are there for business and if you need to use wifi all the time, i would suggest you to check it definitely. I would recommend this hotel to the travellers for the short stays in Istanbul.

Rooms so clean and comfortable, terase have very nice view and so tasty breakfast. This hotels gave very comfortable location, you can walk , near have nice grand park. • sevgicomlek (10/5): Perfect location - Friendly staff, great location and close to the stadium of the team that I support. It was cold out but thanks to working heaters we had a warm space. And it is also close to Bahariye and the bars around Kadikoy..
• onurh2017 (10/5): Great place to stay - I visited Melek Hotels with my girlfriend, and we enjoyed staying here. Considering that we were outside all the time we haven't spent so much time but I can say you definitely get what you paid for. Staff is really friendly, and the hotel is clean and neat and has a beatiful view.
• KaraKedi_Tango (10/5): Great location, hospitality and super clean rooms! - We stayed in a double room with my husband. My parents and brother stayed in other rooms. We were all really happy with the quality and comfort of our rooms. The hotel location is excellent. You have a lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and also Kadikoy port is in walking distance. The room was very clean, the hotel service was really nice and the staff was really friendly. You will definitely have a high quality stay and appreciate the genuine hospitality!
• Joseph (10/5): nice location - Nice little hotel in good, safe location. Friendly, kind, helpful, English speaking staff. Theaters, opera, art galleries, plenty of nice cafes, bars and restaurants are within 5 - 10 minute walk away. I recommend to all.

• gatesey66 (8/5): Excellent location - Chose here to see the Fenerbache v United game; the location was first class 10 mins away from the ground and the same distance from the centre of Kadakoy, with all its bars, restaurants and shops. Perfect really for the kind of stay we chose. You would need transport for all the other features of Istanbul though

• 996harunk (10/5): The best view in Moda.. - Your quiet house in the city center.There are a lot of different coffee and restaurant around the Melek Hotels.Also it has beatiful view.You can see all Kalamış Marine with breakfast.You don't need a lot of thinking,your new home in İstanbul.
• Expat American (10/5): lovely view from the terrace - The room was comfortable and clean, they even moved us into an available bigger room at no extra cost, which was generous. The staff were attentive and helpful with all our questions. We REALLY enjoyed the terrace in the evenings. They provide free coffee, tea, and water, but you can bring your own wine. The view of the Prince's Islands and park is stunning and so restful.
• 494ozgurc (10/5): Amazing city break - Beautiful hotel at the perfect location. Starting from reception to housekeeping, all staff members are so polite and proactive. rooms have great view. Rooms are nicely decorated with lots of luxury details. All necessary amenities have been placed for you..There is a nice park just in front of the hotel if you want to have work out in nature, you can walk or jog.. There are also bicycles which you can take from the hotel and enjoy... All nice restaurants and bars are few minutes by walk.. especially walk on the side of tram way and have a nice turkish coffee... Main ship pier is 15 minutes by walk, so you can easily access to old city which is at the European side , Eminonu, Sultanahmet; by a nice boat transfer and experiencing Bosphorus will be bonus.. Turkish breakfast at the roof top of the hotel is priceless... Hotel manager is always there for you.. highly recommend it to ll type of travelers..
• Dr Deepak geetaprasad (10/5): - It was very pleasant and would again come back to the same place, its very nice,in morning i asked for the transport to go to my destination,the manager came outside the hotel to tell the taxi guy the place name as i was not able to pronounce it properly,its very nice gesture and meeting every one gave a great feeling ,all time happiness and smiling face of all staff.breakfast was cooked very quickly in 10 min though i gave a very short notice and it was very nice.
• Liyana Khairunnisa (10/5): Totally Loved the Suite Room - I totally loved the room that I stayed in. It was the suite room. Large room with lots of space. However, the location is rather secluded but close to Kadikoy. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Service was also good. It was a shame that they did not provide breakfast.
