- ANNE (9/5): Excellent service and friendly staff are the key offerings at this hotel. - The hotel is centrally located in Vernon with all shops, restaurants, and facilities within easy walking distance. The decor has been refreshed recently and the Staff are super helpful.
- Marianne (8/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Komfortabel, separate Toilette, sehr gepflegt, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Tee, gutes großes Bett, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer zur Straße, nachts ist es jedoch ruhig, kaum Verkehr. Lage direkt am Zentrum. Teppichboden im Zimmer stört mich generell.

Also, we were delighted by the complimentary drink offerings (coffee, tea, filtered water, apple juice), and got a good smile from the offered robes (very old-world...great in that way, even if we did not use them). Quiet, cozy.

Bike rental available for 5km to Monet's gardens - -Well appointed, clean and classy -Lift -Excellent on site restaurant with kind service -Bike rental (includes helmet, lock, reflective vest) available for those wanting to cycle 5km to Giverny gardens along riverside bike path -Above and beyond desk staff, especially to two interns who had so much patience to understand my terrible French and helped me with my bike rental set up and return. -Hot shower with good pressure -I could hear the guest above me; it sounded like they were stomping in heavy boots at 6:00am.

- Serge (9/5): overnachting in uitstekend hotel, mooie regio - We hadden een suite gekozen voor 3 volwassenen, gelegen aan de straatkant, maar lawaaihinder was er niet. De kamer met dubbel bed was uitstekend, maar eerder klein. De derde persoon kon slapen in de slaapbank van de "living". Dit is minder geschikt voor oudere mensen (matras/bed was niet plat). WC was apart van de badkamer. Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en goed van smaak/kwaliteit maar alles diende van het buffet gehaald te worden. Enig minpuntje: de waterkoker voor de eieren werkte niet naar behoren. Het avondmaal was uitstekend en zeer prijsgunstig. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, top! Eigenlijk niets ernstigs.

Friendly staff in their restaurant, had dinner there. Unfortunately the spa closed on Monday so didn't get a chance to try.

The restaurant and terrace were a relaxing spaces and the food was lovely. Decent breakfast, quality linen and a spacious room with a separate toilet and a separate bathroom. - Kacer (7/5): - L'emplacement au centre de Vernon près du quartier historique et du bord de seine. L'aspect extérieur du bâtiment. Le côté impersonnel de l'établissement et de la chambre avec une absence de finition et de décoration. La chambre (102) avec vue directe sur un toit de dépendance sur cour et des travaux intérieurs non finis ( peinture plafond, porte intérieure démontée ....) ne correspondait pas au standing d'un 3 étoiles et au tarif facturé pour 1 nuit. S'agissant du petit déjeuner facturé à plus de 15 euros, il comprenait des produits très standards, aucun produit régional, du pain et croissanterie industriels, quelques morceaux de fromages sans pâte cuite et très fatigués, pas de fruits frais hors quelques pommes et oranges idem pour les jus de fruits. Il était aussi triste que la chambre... le tarif global n'était pas justifié au regard des prestations.

- Karine (2/5): - Endroit spacieux et la courtoisie du personnel. Vous devriez demander au préalable si le client est d'accord pour une chambre destinée à des personnes à mobilité réduite. A 148 € la nuit, j aurais aimé être dans une chambre et une sdb un peu plus cocoon. Je ne reviendrai pas malgré mes nombreux déplacements sur le site. Le lit grinçait.
- Delphine (7/5): - L'emplacement est un atout majeur. Nous avions réservé le petit déjeuner en chambre mais à l arrivée on nous a dit que cela ne sera pas possible alors que j avais échangé par email deux jours avant et qu on nous avait dit que c était possible.

- Cindy (5/5): Décevant - Très bon emplacement Une nuit supplémentaire de facturée pour non annulation car j’avais 2 réservations à mon nom (impossible de retrouver ma 1ere réservation, je pensais donc ne pas l’avoir finalisé). L’hôtel n’était pas complet donc aucun impact pour eux mais n’ont rien voulu savoir. Peut-être serait-il plus commerçant d’appeler le client pour confirmer si c’est une erreur ou non au lieu de mettre les clients devant le fait accompli. Spa dans l’hôtel mais pas ouvert tous les jours. Déménagement à 00h30 dans la chambre au dessus de moi et impossible de joindre la réception pour faire cesser le bruit.

- steven (7/5): - Emplacement plein centre ville bon restaurant et petit déjeuné complet en buffet Chambre et salle de bain froide à notre arrivée rideaux de fenêtre de la salle de bain très fin et presque transparent les viennoiseries et le pain étaient moyen (il y a des bonnes boulangeries à deux pas de l'établissement)

- Abigail (4/5): Poor - Location was good The people at the front desk were horrible and rude. Not friendly in the slightest. Elevator was broken, did not even offer to help with bags and we only had small carryons. Tried to ask about parking, they were dismissive. I left something there and it was not recovered… I offered to come back the next day to get it they said it was not found. The excuse was that they were super busy and the elevator was broken, which makes no sense. When we were there it was dead. Would not stay again.

- Christine (6/5): Pleasant - Beds comfortable. Hotel clean. Most staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant outside area to eat. No tea/coffee in room ! No place to put toiletries in shower cubicle. Couldn’t watch TV in room as had no signal. More variety of fruit needed for breakfast. At breakfast coffee cups much too small. There was no marmalade.

- Jerry (8/5): Pleasant, relaxing beautiful environment. - All was good.Staff were brilliant though they gave me little chance to practice my (bad) French as they all spoke English. I would have liked fruit salad on the breakfast menu, and possibly more vegetarian options for diner.
