I woul - • The front desk staff were welcoming upon arrival. • Check-in process was straightforward. • The room looked very different from the photos displayed and felt below expectations for even a 2-star hotel. The room felt closer to a motel standard. • Pillowcases were yellowed and appeared worn, raising cleanliness concerns. • No iron was provided in the room. Requests were inconvenient as housekeeping was unavailable at night. • The room phone was not working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. • The only available iron was located at the ground floor near reception, which was not practical. • The bathroom sink was very noisy when in use. • There was frequent early morning noise from garbage collection trucks.

- Ang (6/5): Everything was fine except water leaking from the wall - It was cozy, beds were able to shift together so that my kids and us able to sleep together. there were leaking of water near the tv area...might be aircon ledge leaking which freak us out and have to put towels to stop the leaking, hotel water have a strong chlorine smell not sure if water.was safe to drink.

- Malcolm (7/5): good location - hotel room is clean and simple with necessity item , good location, surrounding plenty of eatery and drinks, can be overwhelm though because of too many to choose to begin with. hotel room old air conditioning unit's make quite a loud sound, they need to do something about it. Hotel's reserved parking lot are limited, if drive, make sure you arrive early, not like 6pm~10pm, peak hour when people having dinner, 100% wont find a parking lot nearby.

Room no 313 is not really feels safe and comfortable at the same time the toilet and the tv as well. Usually the hotel is highly recommend but not this time round. Please upgrade. Thanks

- Chu (5/5): Passable but will explore other options next time. - Location was very near Sutera mall. Toilet and bedsheets seems clean enough. The lobby and lift had a smell. The ventilation is not good. The corridor and room had a musty smell like mildew. The toilet couldn’t flush well but you can get around it by flushing a few more times. Although the room seems clean enough there was dust at the corners. The room could not be aired as it opens up to the exhaust gases from the kitchen below - smell of fried chicken wings and hot air.

- May Lee (7/5): Average - The location is great. The hotel is near to the restaurant where my cousin is having his wedding dinner. The room is spacious enough. The room is spacious but I felt there should be more chairs. There is a sofa, but I'm talking about chairs. Decoration of the room is average, nothing to shout about. I asked for a room change because one of the room was smelly. The person at the counter didn't apologize but he did make the effort to change the room without smiling.

- Zhang (2/5): 虽然有浴缸，但是很肮脏，不敢用。冷气也不可以关不可以调，冻感冒了。 - 我们在平台已经付了30块的旅游观光费，但是在退房时，前台坚持要我们再付30块的旅游观光费30，我们解释说已经付了，订房网站也没有说要我们在酒店付这个钱，而且Check in 当天也没有说。但是前台的态度很不好，还用马来西亚政府来威胁我们。浪费了我们大概20分钟的时间来找资料证明才肯放我们离开。这样的恶劣态度是很不好的体验。

- May Lee (6/5): Average - I like the fact that the hotel is walking distance to the mall and restaurant Peking. There are many cafes around too. I felt the Suite I booked is not worth the money. Although the size is good. The furniture is a bit old and not modern. Aircon is ok, but there's no fan which is quite common for all hotels. The decoration is average.
