• Jason (1/5): We were denied lodging. Be careful if you ever want to return. Don’t write anything negative or else. - Nothing Apparently I was denied lodging upon arrival after another booking. I was confronted and surprised when the proprietor denied me y reservation because of a complaint I made here on booking.com in an earlier stay last month. The place is nice and usually affordable. But be wary of management and ownership. I am really shocked because I had used the Desert Inn many times without any problems.

• Curt McCormick (5/5): Spartan accommodations, but fine for one night. - For the low price, I can't complain too much. Lot was well lit and felt safe. Flowers looked nice outside. Easy to walk to several restaurants. Easy to get around. All the towels and washcloths had stains on them. Refrigerator did not seem to cool at all. Minimal accessories: no hair dryer, no kleenex, no coffee machine. But, for one night and the cheap price, it's okay.

• Brian (8/5): Clean and large room at a good price. - Very clean inside. Everything looked pretty new. Also, the price was good for the room size, location, and cleanliness. Everything was good, except one weird thing. The man behind the desk told me he was going to charge me $1 more than booking had said. Honestly, $1 is nothing, but it felt weird. For the potential benefit to him, he probably should not have done this... he stands to gain little, and by changing the expected price (even by a small amount) it felt awkward. This is a small nit, though. Otherwise the place was good.
• Jason (5/5): Worth every penny provided you keep your area not “dirty”! - It’s located in a very accessible location to many businesses and the freeway. The manager knocked on our door the second day and complained that his staff said our room was “dirty”. It was very unprofessional and made me very angry considering that we clean as we go.

• Daniel (8/5): - I stayed here for two nights for a bike use in the area. There was plenty of parking and I was able to get a spot close to my room. The room was clean, but I wish there had been a warmer blanket on the bed as it was a little cold. The heater worked well, but is noisy. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

• Terry (6/5): Old seedy motel, good management - It's clear this is an old motel, not built very well. The rooms are large and the TV is good, but the motel has seen better days and the walls are paper thin. My neighbor played his TV until midnight and I could every word being said. On the plus side, the current owner is working hard to make the motel as good as possible, given what he has to work with.
• Gregory (8/5): Ride Central - The hotel was clean and efficient. The hot water at the bathroom sink was slow to warm up, really only made it to luke warm. The shower, however, was nice and hot! The noise from the street, supposed to be expected. The room heater worked well. The managers addressed some shenanigans with other us quickly on Saturday night. I hosted a group ride with start and end location at the hotel. The managers did not give a fuss with the riders coming in late evening.
• William (10/5): - This is one of my favorite properties to rest my head and be at peace! They have an amazing staff! The rooms are so comfortable and clean with DirecTV. Very good clean safe environment, I highly suggest Desert Inn! Ask for Bob he's a great manager!

• Larry (4/5): Who stuffed the Property Rating Ballot Box? - Location and price. No ability to hang up my suit and shirts. No place for my clothes. I had to hang my clothes on the shower curtain rod. Mini frig was placed on the floor with the microwave on top of it. A 3' x 3' table with 2 folding chairs was the only place for my luggage, not even a folding rack for my luggage was available. The window only had shutters, no black-out curtain, the light outside the room leaked in badly. The rating for this booking no where met the conditions. In their defence the bathroom was renovated nicely, the bedroom was okay but the furnishings was dismal. Rating needs to be re-evaluated.

• William (10/5): - Every time I have the state of this property, the management has been accessible and friendly! Very easy check in process. And the room has always been clean and comfortable! Especially that they provide DirecTV that I love! I highly recommend this property to anybody that wants to just relax and it's very convenient with the freeways to go to wherever you need in regards to the inland empire LA and Orange county very convenient!

• Daniel (10/5): A cozy little place to stay - While it’s no Embassy Suites. This motel is much better than I expected for the price and reviews of other motels in the area. My girlfriend and I spent a couple of nights here to relax and refresh. There were no vagrants on the property. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Upon check in you’ll get the TV remote with your room key that they ask you to return upon checkout. The property is well lit, well kept, clean, safe and quiet. The room was also clean and comfortable. I had a mini fridge, microwave, king size bed, full shower and tv in my room. I travel with my own pillows, towels,blankets and toiletries. Our view was a beautiful rose garden which my girl loved! There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores, CVS and laundromat are down the street. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward in coming back in the future.

When they issue the tv remote with your key and the table in the room has folding chairs and there is no hairdryer or iron you think maybe people take them. It was quiet and well lit and was the comfortable night sleep I needed. Neighborhood felt sketchy

EVERYTHING is just extremely old and outdated. If you are going to charge these kind of rates, the renovations should have started yesterday!
