Bellana (8/5): - This is basically like a small cottage, beach front , you can swim, boat and enjoy barbecue with your family every day. One thing there is almost no closet space. However, the room is fully upgraded and everything is new.

The gu view, suite, and the beach. The pool at the sister property was clean and refreshing! The staff were so personable! We had a lovely experience and would absolutely love to stay there again!

Diane (8/5): - Located right on the lake with many Adirondack chairs. Has kayaks that could be used. The motel style room was clean and updated and spacious enough. Also had updated bathroom. Front staff were very friendly. We were able to check in early when our room became available. Walls are thin in motel style rooms. We could hear children crying in middle of night and early morning.

The room we had was clean and perfectly described in the online materials. The room had upscale beds which were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The updated climate control was a real plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Nothing really! The price was what you would expect of a vacation resort during peak season.

Until we were denied booking because the room had some mess on the floor and a few dishes. They expect you to leave the room in perfect condition. If that's the case they need to lower there prices and stop charging premiums. There are many motels around.

Mike (10/5): Biker or Boater, you'll like it here! - Great location, right on the lake!..family owned, with rooms (more like efficiency suites) or cabins to rent. Had a great stay! Staff is very friendly & helpful. Room was clean, comfortable & had all amenities including Wifi. Apparently, they had undergone recent renovations, very nice! My only concern was the parking lot. It's gravel, not paved, but I understand that's to probably keep people's speeds in check. So yeah, it's 'dusty' & on a motorcycle, it's a little unnerving. The lot is also shared with boat people launching their boats at the beach so families with kids should be mindful.

Judith (10/5): Calm and Peaceful - The morning of our arrival the Staff called to check as to when i felt i was going to be there and if i needed anything special. I didn't, and felt i would be there close to 5pm. She explained that a note would be on the office door for me if they were not there. When we got there, they were still in the office and were very pleasant to talk to. Everything was ready to go. I asked if there was a store near by and they gave directions and said that they were having a fire in the pit later andd come join them. When we got to the cottage it was very clean and warm. The rooms were perfect. The sheets were crisp and smelled very clean. Everything seemed to sparkle. The view from our cottage and all of the cottages were breath taking. To watch the sunrise was magical. I know you hear about others experiences, but to witness it myself i was in awe. And that was from my front window. I went out side to get a pic. We had an awesome peaceful time at Blue Lagoon.

Shipra (6/5): - Although it was off season, there should’ve been some staff on property at least to check guests in. There was absolutely not a single staff or manager on property at check in and on all other days after 3-4 pm, not a soul to attend to guests. We had to ask for most basic supplies and our dining table was sticky with fresh varnish. Mostly repairs were going on in the property and we were subject to fresh varnish smell one whole day. Other guests who checked in very late night had no one to attend to them and they were confused and kept knocking and trying to open our apartment door. Although they apologized but they did startle us at late night hours. Not going back to The Blue Lagoon.

Only complaints were the TV didnt work, they do not provide towels although it does say towels are included in the description while booking, and then the office was closed almost all the time.

Trisha (9/5): It was relaxing, close to the village of Lake George for events, shopping and restaurants. - There was not a breakfast served at this time. We liked the location on the lake and the private beach, tables and grills. Staff was great and always helpful. Kitchenette was setup nice and the refrig. was nice size. They did a nice job remodeling and giving the room that cabin feel. There wasn't anything I didn't like just suggestions and comments. I thought there could be more lighting esp. in the corner near the dresser and more outlets. The bathroom was ok, shower definitely small, esp. for a man. Brings socks, tile floor is pretty cold. The traffic on the road was noisy and always busy for a semi-back road.

Kathleen (7/5): Good - Caitlin and Michelle were really personable and friendly. The resort has kayaks free of charge which we used to explore more of the lake and that helped to make the trip more memorable. We loved meeting the turtles in the office. The room was very clean and had a good mini kitchen with enough supplies to cook with that we didn't need to buy plates, bowls, or utensils. Coffee pot can accommodate pods or grounds which is helpful. There is a road that separates access to the other amenities such as the pool, ping pong, basketball, badminton, volleyball so it you have kids, you can't just sit outside on your patio to see them playing. There is however a swing set on the property Blue Lagoon that the kids can use without crossing the street.

The property was right on the water with access to kayaks and boats. Only 10 minutes from the village and other attractions
Joseph (5/5): It was okay, but wouldn't stay there again. - The view at the end of the property was pretty. Location was pretty quiet. The beds were crammed up against the wall. We traveled by motorcycle, so the crushed rock driveway was not a surface we preferred. No view out of our window, only the other units across the way, so had to keep the curtains closed, so it was dark inside. No ironing board or iron, no tissues or hair dryer in the bathroom, and no paper towels in the kitchen. Price per night was on the high side.

Rodney (8/5): Very nice place to stay for a few days. - Friendly staff. We enjoyed the private beach. Being right on the water is definitely a plus! Location is great. It's on the main road, but outside of downtown. Nothing negative to say.

It bothered my hips and my husband's neck. We're side sleepers. But that could just us. I will def be looking g to stay again when come up, outside of car show weekend.

Shawna (10/5): Exceptional - This is such a quaint place. We are a family who is constantly on the go and were in desperate need of some downtime. Clean, quiet, and friendly are just a few words I could use to describe this resort. The property had a good amount of guests, but the noise late into the evening was non-existent, which was a relief having our 7 month old. Bedtime was not disrupted at all. The beach was just the right size to watch our kiddos enjoy the last days of summer and they enjoyed the ducks on the property. It was perfect and just what we needed.
