Speziell die Betten sind sehr bequem und ermöglichen somit einen komfortablen Schlaf. Für Reisende, welche möglichst schnell und kostengünstig ins Zentrum gelangen wollen, ist diese Unterkunft eher nicht empfehlenswert. Zu Fuß sind die typischen Attraktionen schlecht bis nicht erreichbar, sodass auf Taxis, Grab / Bolt zurückgegriffen werden muss. Diese sind mit wenig Aufwand aber auch kostengünstig zu buchen.

• Husoy (1/5): Worst Hotel ever - Nothing Bad Service, bad wifi, bad food (always cold and not so many options for tourists, angry receptionist (they never smile, and don’t want to help) bad housekeeping (they just do the bed, never got new toilet paper or more shower gel) and the pool area… they never clean it, and its always kids very late like 21-22 there so its impossible to sleep. Don’t book this hotel !

• Balauca (10/5): Exceptionally professional staff who tended to my every need! - Very friendly staff members, helpful with pretty much anything. It has nice amenities and a variety of foods to choose from. I felt very welcomed and confortable during my stay. Also the swimming pool is a big plus, nice warm water and a way to relax one's mind. Many thaanks to everyone there that made my stay so pleasant! 🙏😊 Maybe the vending machines could be switched to card payment rather than coins.

• Ngiap (4/5): Disappointing - I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. I would like to share my concerns: 1. Room Condition: Upon check-in, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. 2. Security: I was given a poolside room, but the security was poor — it seemed that anyone from outside could access the area without control or checks. 3. Furniture and Maintenance: The furniture in the room was old, damaged, and not properly maintained. 4. Staff Service: Some staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. I did not receive the level of service that one would expect from a hotel. 5. Gym Facilities: None of the gym equipment was working, and even after requesting assistance, no help was provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response or some form of compensation for this disappointing stay.

• Nara (1/5): The Worst Hotel. - The only friendly staff at this hotel were the doorman and housekeeping. They were the only ones who were polite. This hotel offers the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was terrible—bland and even the bread was awful. I’ve never had such a bad breakfast in my life. To make matters worse, I saw bugs crawling on the breakfast table. The place may seem clean at first, but in reality, it’s filthy. The reception staff were unbelievably rude, especially the older woman who was the most unfriendly. I stayed for a total of 5 days, and for the first 2 days, I didn’t request room cleaning. I needed extra water, and when I asked for more, that staff member told me it would be chargeable. After I explained the situation, she reluctantly gave me the water, clearly annoyed. If you’re going to treat guests like that, you should just quit. People like her should not be working in hotels or the service industry. If this employee denies it when this review is brought up internally, then she is truly a person without conscience. We are not Chinese, yet the staff immediately started speaking to us in Chinese without even checking our nationality. Why not just speak English? Assuming a guest’s nationality is not only unprofessional, but also insulting. One of the younger receptionists even laughed when we told her we weren’t Chinese. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Train your staff properly! When I asked to leave my luggage at the reception, they didn’t even give me a luggage tag. What if my luggage got lost? When I asked for one, they finally gave me a tag, but it seems like they don’t know how to do their job properly. Overall, this hotel is terrible. There was a bad smell in the room, and when I reported it, no one came to address the issue. The reception staff has no understanding of customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. It’s cheap for a reason, and my money was completely wasted. Also, the soundproofing in the room is awful. It was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep.
