Guest Reviews
- Pendlebury (10/5): - The host
- Darren (8/5): Cheap and fine - Spacious room No hot water
- Glyn (1/5): Avoid this hotel if you want a good nights sleep - Not much Where do l start location was awful the rooms are next to an all night bar so no sleep at all fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning owner said it was a fault but l suspect someone was smoking in their room as evidence of smoke damage in ours but the breakfast was good
- Savage (6/5): - It's ideally located. The bathroom wasn't very clean.
- Elizabeth (2/5): Didn’t stay - Only looked into the room and walked out never stayed terribly smell of musty The look of the place didn’t look clean on arriving the person wasn’t at all pleasant a musty smell so we looked at our room and then handed the keys back to the miserable man, never even asked for our money back just went and found others digs,no lift to rooms.overall I would give it 0 although in all fairness we didn’t experience their meals the look of the place was enough.its in a fabulous place near the central pier.
- Marc (10/5): -
- Sharon (2/5): Cheap - The location, easy for everything A lot.curtains let too much light in. Had to run the shower and hot tap for hot water.cold room,no bedside lamps.I requested a quiet room but got the room next to a noisy road and pub.and much more
- Allison (7/5): - The location was great, close to all activities.
The breakfast was substantial.

- Lisa (5/5): Couldnt Get my money back so I had to stay. But if I could have got mymoney back, I would not stay . - The pool table Everything the host was a bit unfriendly I know it's cheap, but they could maintain the property are much better than how it is. I had to go out and buy cleaning products. Also, pillow cases aren't some covers.Just so we felt a little bit better.and thekids didn't get bits for old beds
- Gaynoy (1/5): Horrible so drove home instead of staying in the hotel. - nothing everything. Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful. Building is run down and looks tatty. Room was not clean, smelt, looked like a five year old had decorated it. Stayed in better hotels for less money
- Paul (10/5): Very enjoyable - I can not fault it in any way breakfast was spot on could do with a large version but excellent Extractor fans in bathrooms
- Satnam (3/5): - Loction ok
- Peter (5/5): - Friendly staff clean and tidy Beds hard as lying on floor pillows flat
- jodie (10/5): Great value for money hotel, clean place, warm host - Great value hotel with a lovely warm host. Clean room and a great balcony in the bar for people watching! Positioned perfectly on the seafront close to the central pier. Lovely breakfast cooked well.

- Simon (7/5): - Great location to the sea front. Management were welcoming and helpful. Decent breakfast.
- sagandeep (1/5): we had really bad experience Iam saying every one don't go there - Behaviour was very shit
never going there again hotel was very dirty full of dirty smell shower wasn't working and they provide only 1 towel and room was too hot and we ask for fan and said we don't have any fan ! The owner behaviour was really rude and he doesn't know how to treat customers we check in 10 at night and when we about to check out We get 10 minutes late and he start kicking us out he come more than 5 times and knocking you have to leave now
i recommend everyone don't go there better spend 10 pounds extra and find another hotel there

- jeanette (8/5): Had another great stay - Close to the bar we go to at night and not too far from the shops and attractions Would be nice if there was an entrance without steps but won’t stop me returning
- jeanette (8/5): Lovely break thank you - Comfortable and clean Need more draft beers
- Beverley (8/5): Blackpool with grandkids - Staff were great, patient and helpful
- Helen (8/5): A pleasant stay - The staff were very welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay, Room was basic but had what you needed, a clean bed, a clean bathroom, clothes closet, TV and hospitality tray. Breakfast was freshly cooked and came out hot, I changed my egg type and this was carried out for me throughout our stay, we was also asked on a morning if we needed anything for our room.
Location is ideal , just situated below the central pier on the Promenade
- Keith (8/5): -
- Coman (10/5): - Everything was ok
- Kenny (2/5): Not very good hotel -
- Rebecca (8/5): - Great location right on the front, friendly staff, comfy warm beds.Nice breakfast and served quickly. You get a key for front door so freedom to come and go as you please. Decor is dated however that didn't really bother us as we're out straight after breakfast till late so only needed warm clean beds, shower, breakfast and cup of tea and we got all that so negative was more an observation rather then a problem.
- Tarek (10/5): - Great hotel Clean and the location
- Caroline (7/5): - The breakfast is always very good.
- kelly (3/5): - Breakfast was lovley The room was very dated dirty and not nice to stay in we left after 1 night and should have had 2
- jeanette (7/5): Clean close to amenities value for money - Very close to all the activities in the promenade You could hear the activity going on in the other rooms not the hotels fault, just some noisy guests
- lisa (10/5): - Great location great sea front veiw .great value for money nice breakfast too.would definetely stay here again.
- Tim (7/5): -
- Barry (8/5): Good hotel in the end - Great location within walking distance of the main attractions. When we arrived we were put into a very very small room which only just fitted 2 single beds and was nothing like the pictures. The next morning I asked the owner who was more than happy to move us.
- Mark (8/5): Decent place to stay for Rebellion festival. Booked to stay again as ideal location - Close to everything Property was fine, friendly staff, all good.
- Caroline (8/5): -
- Steven (10/5): Family of 4 - Room was very clean
Staff very friendly Everything was ok
- Pickford (5/5): Very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.I won't mind if I got part.Refund - Small OnePiece of bacon , one egg beans , ,hash brown. No choice for extras , but plenty of toast. Quite a few things. After going there, we didn't get greeted by anyone At knock on the door and a guest had to let us in. Owner wasn't very chatty Told us we're in a downstairs room, but said that he had trouble with the hot water tap didn't fail to mention that the shower wasn't working. So we ended up moving rooms that meant we had to climb 3 flights of stairs bad idea when you are asthmatic, bad knees.my grandaughter 15 wasnt happy. Room was cold , so he had to give usa heater. This is unacceptable. Breakfast was at 9 till10, which consisted of bacon, beans, sausage and hashbrown..There wasnt any choice you got plenty of toast.though tea coffee cereal .. Average hotel , .very disappointing.
- Natalie (1/5): Horrific - Nothing only the location No heating or hot water. Very poor customer service. I did a group booking of 9 rooms. 4 rooms were vacated and they refused us a refund. Insects in the bed. Leaking toilet. Cracks all over the place. Tiny rooms The place should be shut down. I'm currently taking this to itv watch dog
- Helen (8/5): Overall it was a good stay and the breakfast more than made up for the few things that weren’t great. Thank you x - The breakfast area was lovely and well laid out. The bar / games area was also good. The shower was not great as the on / off and power buttons were high up. Room could have been nicer although big enough.
- Louise (8/5): -
- Michael (4/5): We would not stay there again! - Breakfast was good and the cook was very friendly and polite. Location also central and easy access to all facilities . Property extremely run down and in need of refurbishment. We arrived at 20.10 due to delays with traffic etc and the managers attitude was not good. We telephoned to inform him although when we arrived it was like we had kept him up.
- Dawn (7/5): -
- Caroline (8/5): -
- Tesnado (3/5): -
- Tracy (9/5): - Location is excellent
- Julie (7/5): - Location good. Hotel is a bit tired...could do with a spruce up.
- Yvonne (10/5): Friends weekend away - Very central to all attractions, staff were 1st class, breakfast was freshly cooked for you. Rooms might be small, but we're clean & beds very comfortable. Just what is needed as won't be spending much time in, as always out & about. Outside, make it look run down!!!
As they say, DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT COVER!!!!
- Yvonne (10/5): Friends weekend away - Rooms are a bit basic but are clean, warm & comfy .. Very friendly staff, would do anything for you.. Breakfast is all hot, freshly cooked, so nothing dried up.. There is plenty of coffee/tea & toast if you require more. Outside does look like it could with face lift.. Unfortunately, it does not give a good first impression..
- Haworth (8/5): Weekend break - The location was great. X Being on top floor with the lift not working and having osteoarthritis the stairs killed me.x
- Jean (7/5): - In nice location. Rain came in through windows. Could have been cleaner
- hill (10/5): -
- Samantha (10/5): -
- victoria (1/5): Terrible.the walls paper thin and the couple in the next room had a massive domestic that went on for hours - The location was good Not much. It needs an upgrade and a general clean. Skirting boards and windows were manky.
- Richard (5/5): -
- Louise (8/5): If you want a cheeky little trip away with a cracking breakfast and amazing staff then check it out - Amazing staff, perfect breakfast and great location The room was perfectly adequate for what we needed

The little bathroom was nice and clean ,the shower worked just fine as well, nice little soap on the sink ,towels were fresh and clean .
Staff was friendly and pleasant
Breakfast was alright, choice of cereal,a cooked breakfast but one of everything, toast and juice obviously tea and coffee choices . The plug socket was right near the door .
The wardrobe wasn't sturdy
- Guy (1/5): -
- Helen (8/5): Would stay again - Nice and easy check in, sea view room. Close to central pier. Let us store luggage on the last day until we was ready for leaving.
As you go in the door, on the left there’s tea/coffee facilities. On the right behind the door is a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom with shower is on your left. Straight forward was the double bed with one bed side table. and single bed with 2 chairs and a tv. No plug for the sink
No sockets near the bed
- stuart (8/5): - It is ideally situated for me for my concerts and all other Blackpool sites. Nothing really worth mentioning
- jack (10/5): - The staff was fantastic
The beds were comfortable
The breakfast was tasty 😋
The shower was hot. Nothing the room and hotel had no problems
- Maria (10/5): - They was so friendly and helpful Nothing we like everything
- Lisa (7/5): We would stay again - Great location xx The noise very noisy outside windows
- Simon (10/5): Top 5 non chain hotel in BP - It's located near the central pier, so about 15 mins walk from town, or the pleasure beach! The room was basic but clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was good for £6! Compared to the many hotels I've stayed in in Blackpool, this is Top 5! The rooms need updating, but they are clean and have everything you need, and it would be extremely expensive to update a hotel that size
- Shaun (10/5): Great stay great location owner good food good perfect hotel for - On sea front good for air show Pubs near hotel drunks all night
- Leanna (10/5): - Me, my partner & our 2 boys stayed here for one night.. The hotel was in an ideal spot overlooking the sea front,
Comfortable beds and very clean! The bar room was bright, airy & modern with a snooker table which my boys were pleased about 😁
There were plenty of drinks available to choose from & the staff were pleasant & friendly,
I loved the balcony that was available to sit out on from the bar room 😀
Near to all the arcades & shops.. there's a family bar with entertainment just around the corner from it too 🙌
Unfortunately there was no parking spaces left at the hotel so we parked at the Blackpool Central multi story car park which was only about a 10 min walk away from the hotel & £22 for 48 hours, the car park was also a very secure safe place to park 👍
Would definitely recommend & we would consider returning in the near future,
Thankyou for a lovely stay 😀
