The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. The rooms were modern and quiet, and overall the atmosphere was very nice. The breakfast could have had more variety, and the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow. Other than that, everything was good.

We booked standard room - there was a column in the middle of the room, which make the usable space much smaller, smell of cigarettes, furnish damaged by humidity, worn, mold in the bathroom. This room does not meet 4 stars hotel standard and price. Eventually we changed to better room aginst extra costs.
