Kaan (7/5): Kısa süreli konaklamalar için yeterli seviyede - Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Yataklar rahat ve konum olarak sakin bir yerde kalıyor. Oda gerçekten çok küçük. Ben sadece 1 gün kaldığım için çok sorun olmadı ama 2-3 gün kalacak olsam küçüklüğünden rahatsız olurdum. Odalardaki ışıkları, temizlik servisini vs. dokunmatik yaparak lüks bir izlenim oluşturmuşlar ancak tuvalet kağıdı, sıvı sabun gibi odada olması gereken temel ihtiyaç malzemelerinden olabildiğince kaçınmışlar.

Julie (7/5): Ok for short term - Location is next to Mall and walking distance to town center. But only mostly malay food around this area, and so happens to be Ramadan, so most stalls/shop not open during lunch. had to walk a bit further for lunch. Free parking is provided but under the overhead bridge. The internet was really bad, I had to use my own hotspot for working on my laptop. They had HBO but due to bad internet, its always buffering and can not enjoy even one movie.

Bahar (5/5): Niedriges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist passend - Das Hotel liegt zentral, nahe des Stadtzentrums und der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und war recht leise. Das Personal war ziemlich gelangweilt, sie waren mit sich oder ihren Handys beschäftigt, kein Guten Morgen oder Auf Wiedersehen. Das Zimmer war SEHR klein. Es gab kaum Abstellfläche für die Koffer, man musste drübersteigen. Das Bad war auch winzig, für "kräftigere" Menschen nicht geeignet. Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Der winzige Kühlschrank war nicht kühl und man konnte nichts einstellen. Obgleich das Zimmer wirklich nicht komfortabel/modern war, waren die Lichtschalter "touch screen"-Schalter!

Taylor (5/5): - Good AC, good location for walking and very quiet room at night. Distilled water tap was handy. Room was clean. Private bathroom, elevator. The fridge took hours to cool down, and took overnight to cool a bottle of water, so it was basically useless because there was no power to it while we were out of the room. Our safe didnt work, we told them within 2 hours of check in, they told us they would bring maintenance to fix it but nobody every fixed it. The hallways frequently smelled like smoke. The room was smaller then it looked for 2 travelers and had barely any space for luggage. The bed was very firm.

Masa mandi masih mengigil walaupun da max ke kanan. Tu je so far so good and selesa. Katil pun empuk nyenyak tidur. Boleh repeat lagi next time datang melaka.

Jordan (1/5): Nasty people and roach infested rooms - Nothing The front desk attendant lacked any sort of hospitality and was frankly cold and a bit rude. The TV did not work, the wifi was bad, they try to scam and charge you for everything little thing. Not a good experience at all. Just scammy. The room itself was dirty and had a roach infestation. Would not recommend to anyone and I have no idea how it is rated so highly.

Siti Alwiyyah (8/5): Happy with stay! - Cleanliness, carpark provided, comfortable, value for money. Staff, cleaning staff responsible and fast to act on request. Thank you. The sharing of iron and iron board per level. Please invest on small iron board and iron per room. This would help us alot. Noticed that the air con might need the yearly cleaning.

Jac (10/5): Very nice hotel and good service - 非常方便，设施很高级方便，自备免费停车场，服务态度非常耐心温柔，厕所干净，住的很舒服，还会再光顾这间酒店，非常推荐大家来，地理位置也很优越，靠近shopping mall。周围也有很多食物和餐馆👍🏻👍🏻 附近比较容易塞车
