• swati10002 (2/5): horrible and very unclean.... full of smoking - We stayed there for one night and found very different from picture. Rooms were unclean and smell of smokes in the bed . Taxis are also not available from this place and none of the staff also arrange too. [we had book taxi but difficult to find location] Having said that Some three men on our floor ,at our room were ringing bells for 15 mins at 1.30 am in the morning. very scary . and we saw three men were standing there. and if you have card .no one can come to your floor so How come these men came to knock at our door??? we booked it after reading review but hopless hotel .

• Mohamed (6/5): - The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the suites aircondotion is not working well cause it is a centeral one so no one can adjust it and some times it get off also the lifts or the elevators are not enough so it takes long time waiting the lift to either go down or up.
• 476amira (6/5): Ideal for family, far from city center - Suitable for 4 or 5 people as a family, and for a long stay, especially if travel with their own car. Great view from living and bedroom. No metro or bus station nearly, however the taxi was ready. No breakfast or cafe in the building area, but we saw some restaurants far away. The room was clean and every thing in the apartment was ok. Far from city center but a few minutes from Ataturk airport.

The housekeepers come everyday only to change towel When we asked for cleaning they did it 80%. In the next day i told them to clean and to change sheets they said:"we changed it yesterday". There is ants in the kitchen and bathrooms everywhere and i told them but they did nothing. They can be better if they work harder

• hannahzam16 (10/5): Amazing hotel - This was a great hotel in Turkey, it was very close to the airport which was very useful for me and my family. The room was beautiful and always cleaned, very quite hotel. This hotel is very good for families and the staff here were very helpful. When not knowing much about Turkey the staff are very helpful and tell you everything you need to know. Also, next to the hotel are shops which really come in handy, as they have everything you need!

• 677asifh (8/5): Caring Staff, Comfortable Stay - I booked a suite for my family for one night. Since I was not travelling with them, I was a little anxious about the kind of service they will receive in a foreign land. It was certainly a relief to learn that the family was well looked after. Mehmat is one of their team member who really went above and beyond. Mehmat personally informed me as soon as the family reached the hotel. He certainly is an asset to G Suites.
• ritbagri (4/5): Bad Quality and totally disappointed - I had a harrowing experience while visiting this place. I went there to look for service apartments for my 30 day business stay at Ist. I found the AC not working in the room. Carpet was not clean. Washroom was not clean and the cistern was broken, Laundry takes 3 days to return your clothes. Good part was that it had all amenities. Hotel staff was okay but they had no solutions for the problem. I had a bad experience and returned as soon as possible to shift to a different place.
• Hanawhana (8/5): Nice hotel for families - If your traveling with your family and hiring a car , it's the best place specially if your family is shopping addict , 7 mins to the best mall is Istanbul ( mall of Istanbul ) 15 mins to marmara forum 17mins to galleria and 5 mins to star city outlet center , also so easy to reach Vinland , historia and forum Istanbul , regarding the hotel apartments ; the building is nice and well equipped only minor improvements would makes it better , for example if the care a little bit more for the baths and make their breakfast little more variety it would be perfect , but over all we liked it .
• Chris (4/5): G-suite hotel not sweet! - Horrible travel day. Taxi driver spoke absolutely no English and had no idea where the hotel was. He called the hotel and the one person at the reception desk was out so no one pick up the phone. The suite was fair but the air conditioner only cooled the living area and not the bedrooms. The mattress was very soft. Would recommend a hotel closer to the airport even if you pay a few dollars more.
• eomei (6/5): Helpful Staff, Good location close to Ataturk Airport - Although the staff was very helpful, our first problem was that the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel and when he called, no one was at the front desk to answer the phone. The location is close to the airport but I probably wouldn't stay here again. The 2 bedroom apartment was not super-clean and only the living area had an air-conditioner so the bedrooms were very hot. The air-conditioner was extremely noisy. We just stayed one night while we were waiting for a flight. The best I can say is that it's close to the airport and the staff was friendly and they spoke very good English.

Never ever , very dirty , 😫😫😫😫😫just i want to Cray , i found cloth in wash machine from previous gust and while I went outside the hotel they enter to my room and toke the cloth this war very disappointed for me not secure place , bath room discussing dirty smile very bad , I spend mor than 3 hour to clean it next day I change the hotel , my experience was like a nightmare . Simply not clean . Air condition not working I have to open the window that was noisy from air port

• 390sued (2/5): Unbelievably dreadful - My son and I stayed here and I am still trying to comprehend how a hotel could be so dreadful. When we checked in we asked at reception for some help re advice on how we might best use our short time in the area as we were flying out the following morning. It was like pulling teeth! It seemed that there was nowhere to go or nothing to do. We eventually found out a shopping mall was quite close and we got travel directions - eventually. Despite our room rate including breakfast we were told that breakfast commenced at 0700 and even though we had to leave at 0700 the following morning we wouldn't be able to get even a cup of coffee. When we asked about airport transfers we were told taxi which is how we got to the hotel when we checked in. That in itself was an experience as the taxi driver had no idea how to find the hotel despite me calling about three times from the taxi so the driver could get directions from the hotel. Then- when we got to our room it was like a sauna, unbearably hot. We asked about the air conditioning and were given a spurious explanation that the 30degrees on the fitting indicated the room temperature! My son made many trips downstairs over the next few hours complaining about the heat in the room and someone came up and looked at it and returned with a useless fan. We were extremely tired as had 2 hours sleep the night before en route and just wanted to go to sleep but couldn't as the room really was like being in a sauna. More trips downstairs asking to be moved to another room and my son was told no other rooms were available. At 10pm unable to bear another minute in the room I marched down and demanded to be moved. So off we traipsed, carting our bags with no help from the staff member, we were taken to another room which was just as hot but we were told it would eventually cool down- we weren't convinced but willing to try until we were then asked for our passports and told we would have to pay for the new room even though we had already paid for the room on arrival. That was the final straw and I asked to be pointed to the nearest hotel - which was across the road and we walked over and couldn't believe the difference. Customer service there was fabulous. They were so helpful, showed us to a beautiful room, told us we could have breakfast at 0630 and even more, their hotel shuttle would take us to the airport the following morning. A completely different experience to the absolutely disastrous one at G Suites. I have never experienced such dreadful customer service in my long and varied travel experiences in many countries. It was shocking and I am just sorry we didn't move over the road as soon as the warning signs were telling us this was not going to be a good experience.

Umgebung ist etwas laut und man benötigt immer ein Taxi. Frühstück ist etwas mau, notfalls kann man auf der anderen Straßenseite im Mado sehr gut frühstücken
• Jasnadavor (10/5): Wonderfull! - I stayed here 1 week. The employees were so helpful. I think, It takes 10 minutes with a taxi from airport. There is also transfer opportunity to most of places you want to go. Cleaning and comfort are also good. It's one of the places that I definitely recommend to stay in Istanbul.

• _enizp2015 (10/5): Thank you - Firstly, the location was excellent. It very close airport and downtown Istanbul. If you want to take a taxi from airport, it cost you less than 10 dollars. The important think for me,G Suites was clean, comfortable and has a friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciated the cleaniness and the practical aspect of the bathroom. • Preet (4/5): Disappointing and very misleading - I visited this hotel last week with family however on arrival our check in was a disaster. I showed Reception my itinerary, a man named 'Mr Khan' dealt with my check in. He was very confused and all over the place. The first thing he said to me was "what time will you be checking out tomorrow?". The itinerary was right in front of him on the desk which clearly stated that we were staying for 7 nights. I wasn't impressed, I found that very rude. I explained I have booked and paid for 7 nights. He then apologised and went on to check the system. He then went on to explain the hotels facilities and said "breakfast is not included within your booking." Again, he was wrong, breakfast was included and I stated this to him. He obviously didn't believe me as he then said "can you show me where is states breakfast is included?" I pointed at my Itinerary where is clearly stated 'Breakfast Included'. After this, we finally went up to our room, opened the door and to my horror the room was not what was advertised on their website. They knew we were a family of 5 adults, however gave us a room which had only 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There was no place for two of my family members to sleep. I wasn't happy with this arrangement, therefore went to Reception straight away and asked them to change my room so we had beds for 5 persons. Mr Khan said to me "you can ask for many things, but I can only give what I have." my overall experience was not good, I wasn't happy with my stay
• beverleyconnor (10/5): THE STAFF MAKE THIS HOTEL 10/10 - Visited for 4 nights in June 2015. Lovely reception area and the guy who looked after us was really friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after a night flight and he made us a cup of coffee whilst we checked in. Room was spotless and had everything you could need. The staff were exceptional - they helped us with lots of arrangements and taxis etc and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

• arnessd (10/5): I love Gplus - My name is Arness Duncan . This will be my 3rd time traveling to Istanbul, turkey. I love it there. Each time time im there i stay at Gplus Suites. It clean , the enviroment is safe for me. The Staff are so curtious an kind. I just love everything about it.There prices are reasonable.Its quiet , close to Airport. Lots of shopping in the area. If your looking for pure niceness... Take it from me Gplus is your place to stay on your vacation. By the way I travel from Florida.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst Stay Ever - There were dirty tissues all over the first room so i have requested to change my room. The second room was bigger but not as cleaner as the first one. Although i have booked a breakfast included room but the person from the reception (also belboy, roomservice and every other etc.) told me that it is specified as not but corrected in the morning He was helpful and kind. May be this is the only positive thing i can say for the hotel. The room was faced to one of the most noisy street ever and it is not comfortable not designed and decorated well. It was supposed to be a five nigh stay but i have checked out at my second day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
• caramal_glo (8/5): I stayed here twice, and so I have a lot to say about the hotel - Jan/Feb 2015 stay Location - the hotel/apartment is 12 minutes drive from the IST airport. It cost 15 TL, but if the driver doesn't know the location it will take up to 15-20 minutes and cost you 20 TL. Always have the meter on. The hotel also offers an airport transfer for €20 up to 4 people. Third option is complex, but here it is; you can take the train/metro from Ataturk (IST) airport to Yenibosna metro stop (second stop) and get a taxi to the hotel. This option will cost more, 20TL for taxi and 10TL for metro card and 5TL credit in the card). Either way if the taxi man isn't familiar with the hotel you'll need to give him a reference as mentioned below. Best reference to give the taxi man are : divan suites, Wyndham grand hotel, Mc Donald's or G plus. In actual fact, the hotel/apartment you'll be staying in is G|plus. Telling the taxi man (G suites doesn't help... G = golden)... So mentioning the Divan suites/apartment/hotel after Mc Donald's might save you time and some money. Cleaness - the apartment is well furnished with bed, pillows, dinning table, chairs, sofas, toilet/shower, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, TV, free wifi, elevators, side lamps, heating systems and 24 hours food service, pool, fitness, sauna, stove, and cooker. Staff - the tall man is friendly, spoke and seemed outgoing. The other staffs are all right and tried their best to assist you, to a point where they went out of their way (gave me an extra pot and cork screw around 11pm). Heading downtown - to head downtown/city center it's best to take the taxi and metro. The taxi will bring you to a metro stop and from there you can travel freely. Take a taxi from the hotel to Yenibosna metro/subway stop (12-20TL). From Yenibosna take the red line heading to Yenikapi (it came from the Ataturk airport - final destination Yenikapi) get off at Zeytinbumu. From Zeytinbumu take the tram/street car (blue line) heading to Eminonu or final destination Kabatas. Get off at Sultanahmet ( Blue Mosque) and that's downtown. For two people (round/return trip) from the hotel to the Blue Mosque/downtown it cost 20 TL *2 for taxi, and 22 TL for metro and tram. (At the metro station it's best to purchase a card (10TL) and load it with more money. I.e 10TL. In total you'll have 20TL in the card to use.
• GASPER (10/5): Comfort - Wery helpfull and kind staff willing to assist at any time, room space is smartly used and equiped to give you all comfort needed to relax.
• Abdulqadir (8/5): Very good - My stay was comfortable the only draw back was I had to go out in the cold looking for food in the night because there was none in the hotel
• Fay (2/5): Unreasonable and unhelpful - Manager and seceratary staff were unreasonable and unhelpful when it came to anything. Took two 'large' rooms for 5 children including a baby and no customer service made us feel welcome despite the large amount we paid. Asking for simple things we were made to feel guilty. Frankly quite horrible staff made this an unpleasant stay.
• lmtourism (6/5): Close to attaturk airport - If you are looking for accomodation close to the airport then the convenience of this property is satisfactory . Unfortunatly the cab driver could not follow the address given to me when I booked through Expedia and he was very cross. There is no access to the reception for cars so I had to walk from the driveway as the snow was falling but that was quite fun. The room was new, clean and convenient. The staff have little or no English nor did the staff in the apartment block next door which is the path to access the room. There is a food place which opens for lunch until 7pm and the dishes are made fresh when you order from the menu. The food was delicious. Because of the weather it was impossible to find anywhere to go later for dinner or to purchase supplies. I was informed that there was a shopping centre across the road but I would need a cab to get there. I did get the early morning call that I requested and the cab booked was waiting.

Die Läden im EG füllen sich langsam - das Restaurant sowie ein Starbucks, McDonalds, 2 Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein Plus

But when inquiring about the heater and how to change it to AC, the staff had no clue. So least to say we slept in an oven all night. Not really that close to airport and not walking distance to anything.

• Khaldoon2000 (8/5): Excellent stay - stayed there with family on Sep 5 2014. i like this hotel, new (probably this is the reason of the low price) and very clean. Furniture was modern and comfort. Staffs are extremely helpful and speak good English, specially Mr. Mohammad. Next to many outlet malls, restaurants and shopping centers. free parking and excellent Wi-Fi. My family loved their stay there. just 7 minutes driving to attaturl airport in the normal world, this is an advantage cause istanbul's traffic is crazy. with the traffic it might take 40 minutes. so be careful. the only thing i didn’t like in this hotel is the AC, i booked a suite with two bedroom, two bathrooms (one master) kitchen and living area, so it was outstanding for family (wife and two kids 7y and 2y) but the problem was they only have one AC hole (central) in the living area, so it was awfully hot in the bedrooms. luckily the weather was fine and i opened the windows so it went ok, but imagine if you booked there in the middle of the hot summer season!!!?? that is it.
• oboke (6/5): 空港に近いが、ホテル並みのスタッフの対応は期待できません - 空港に近い立地にあるので、イスタンブールの最終日に宿泊しました。 マンションがメーンのようで、ホテルとしての知名度が低く、タクシーの運転手に住所を伝えても到着できませんでした。また、従業員の方のフレンドリーさはなく、ホテル並みのサポートは期待できません。そこは割り切って利用されることをお勧めします。 部屋自体は、サービスアパートメント風の、きれいなワンルームマンションという感じです。キッチンや冷蔵庫などもついていますので、長期滞在にはいいのかもしれません。
• J (8/5): G Suites Stay - Was difficult to spot that it's a hotel because it's in a high rise apartment building. It was still under construction in some areas. Room was well kept and neat. A/C was not very cold.
• john (4/5): Non è un hotel - Abbiamo soggiornato in due stanze 2 adulti e 4 bambini grazie al cielo solo x una notte. Innanzitutto non è un hotel bensì un residence. Le stanze si trovano su alcuni piani dell edificio,che è composto da appartamenti privati. La pulizia lascia a desiderare non darei più di 2 stelle a questa struttura. Evitatelo
