Buffet ricchissimo sia a pranzo che a cena e soprattutto a colazione, c'era di tutto e di piu'! La nostra stanza era vicinissima alla spiaggia, era fronte mare e percio' comodissima. Abbiamo usufruito spesso del servizio navetta che è stato utilissimo, anche perche' il resort è gigantesco e soprattutto nelle ore molto calde ci ha fatto comodo questo servizio. In sostanza consiglio sicuramente il soggiorno in questo resort L'unico appunto che potrei fare riguarda la doccia del bagno a cui avrei messo almeno una tendina, ma per il resto tutto perfetto! nulla

Il cibo era davvero buonissimo, con tante opzioni deliziose ogni giorno. La piscina era sempre molto pulita e l’atmosfera del resort era fantastica, tra il sole splendido e gli alberi bellissimi. Un ringraziamento speciale ai receptionist Kerolos e Abdo. Sono stati gentilissimi, professionali e sempre pronti ad aiutarci. I receptionist Kerolos e Abdo sono stati incredibili: molto gentili, professionali e sempre pronti ad aiutarci in tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale e ci hanno dato un servizio eccellente durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci hanno aiutato con i ristoranti, l’accesso all’Aqua Park, i pasti per le nostre escursioni e hanno persino continuato a seguirci tramite WhatsApp per assicurarsi che fosse tutto perfetto. La loro ospitalità è stata davvero eccezionale! Il cibo era delizioso, con tantissime opzioni buonissime ogni giorno. Un grande bravo anche al team delle pulizie per aver mantenuto tutto sempre pulito e confortevole. Abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza meravigliosa e torneremo sicuramente con tutta la nostra famiglia. - Ömer (9/5): herşey dahil konaklama olduğu için dışarıdan ekstra bir talepde bulunma gereği duymadık. - sahilden bile snorkel ile dalış yaparak bu güzellikleri görebildik. ekstra tur almamıza gerek kalmadı. konaklama genel olarak güzeldi. erken geldik odalar dolu olduğu için haliyle check-in için yaklaşık 5 saat bekledik. fakat tüm otel çalışanları saolsun güleryüzlü ve anlayışıydı bu yüzden onlara teşekkür ederiz. odada yerler taştı. eğer ufak bir kızınız varsa her an düşecek tehlikesiyle karşı karşıya kalıyorsunuz. devamlı terlık ayakkabı ile olmak zorundasınız. zemindeki sertliği alacak birşey olması şart. alkollü içeçekler daha kaliteli olabilirdi. etkinlikler zayıftı cocuklar için özellikle dahada arttırabilir. ayrıca tuvaletlerde havalandırma yoktu. bu durum odada zaman zaman pis kokuya sebep oldu.

- EMRE (10/5): Good value for money - nice reef - The staff at the reception and residential buildings was extremely helpful, especially Kerolos at the reception. Generally, the personnel of the hotel were very kind (except for kid club personnel). The area of the hotel is very beautiful :) We always went to the nice main restaurant of the sealife garden, as the food in the one belonging to the charmillion club was not so great. However, it wad very convenient to also have another restaurant for lunch at the beach which made it easier with the kid - a small selection but nice food. We also enjoyed very much Japanese, Lebanese and fish a-la carte restaurants. Reef was amazing, however, be aware that it is a super windy area in sharm el-sheikh. In the beginning of May, ponton was usually open only after 15 pm due to waves. Our 3-years old daughter did not enjoy swimming very much until the waves calmed down late afternoon. The Charmillion resort kid club was a huge disappointment. Facilities are quite bad, though it would not be as important if the workers did their job. A russian speaker worker (I guess, Alya) is very unprofessional and make you most unwelcome at the place. She has zero engagement with kids (though our daughter is also a russian speaker) and often just was just sitting and looking at her phone. You feel as she hates her job. It was also quite strange that she asks parents cleaning after kids. The schedule hanged around the hotel with activities for kids was not followed in most of the cases. A lot of hotel facilities workers are constantly trying to sell their services (photo, massage, tours etc) while you are at the beach / bar - it was very tiresome. It was difficult to breathe while the grass and plants were watered, as water smelled very bad (like it is used and not clean water)- though not sure if it is a general issue in Egypt

- Laura (10/5): Geweldig verblijf op Charmillion Club Resort - We zijn ontzettend warm ontvangen door Armia. Tijdens ons verblijf heeft hij ons meerdere keren gevraagd of we het naar ons zin hebben. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en attent; in het restaurant, de housekeeping, de badmeesters, het animatieteam. Iedereen loopt met een vrolijke lach rond! Wij komen zeker terug! Het meubilair in de kamer is verouderd. De badkamer is niet van deze tijd en eveneens verouderd.

Ho apprezzato molto la reception, in particolare il signor Abdo, per la perfetta conoscenza dell’italiano (cosa non scontata, ma che fa sempre piacere). La nostra stanza era sempre perfetta grazie alla cura e alle pulizie di Brahim. Il lobby bar con i suoi ragazzi sempre sorridenti ci serviva ogni giorno l’espresso fatto con la macchina bar! Il ristorante è meraviglioso: buffet ricchissimo e presenta ogni giorno un tema principale, ma con tantissime alternative. Meravigliose le creazioni con pane ed eccezionale la carne. Un ringraziamento particolare allo chef e a tutti gli addetti alla cucina che ogni giorno preparavano appositamente per me piatti senza aglio (di cui sono allergica). Spazi esterni e giardini stupendi e sempre curati. Belle piscine, ma sopratutto bella la spiaggia con sabbia, a differenza di tanti resort che hanno solo pietre. Ben organizzato anche il pontile per le immersioni per vedere la barriera. Abbiamo usufruito anche della palestra, piccola ma pulita, abbastanza accessoriata e dotata di macchinari Technogym in perfetto stato. Animazione presente ma non pressante. Ampie proposte di escursioni. Wi-Fi con collegamenti non sempre presente, andrebbe migliorato. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio spa e parrucchiere per pulizia viso. Buoni i trattamenti, ma gli operatori dovrebbero concentrarsi sul lavoro per far rilassare il cliente piuttosto che parlare tra di loro tutto il tempo.

Fantasztikus, tengerre néző kilátásunk volt a teraszról, kipróbáltuk a mosodai szolgáltatást is, remek volt. Óriási választék volt az étteremben, az edzőteremben felkészült edző segített az eszközök használatában. A szobát minden nap csodásan kitakarították, mindig kaptunk tiszta törölközőt. A kert csodás, búbos banka költ, a masszázs is jó volt. A móló végén lévő korallzátony fantasztikus, vannak vízimentők is, akik folyamatosan figyelnek. Nem volt ilyen, minden rendben volt

- nora (7/5): Un bon hotel pour une semaine au soleil, - le restaurant buffet était très bon, buffet toujours très varié et qui se renouvelle constamment, accès directement au recif depuis un ponton, grande piscine avec beaucoup de transat, hotel très bien entretenu et personnel de l'accueil toujours très disponible en particulier Kerolos qui a été efficace lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le deuxieme jour et que à toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. - les restaurants hors buffet (italien, français, japonais...), honnetêment pas terrible en terme de gout ou de recettes authentiques meme si le personne était très agréable, - beaucoup trop de bruit à la piscine et ce toute la journée, il faudrait proposer une piscine sans bruit svp car la musique à fond toute la journée..., la propreté est inconstante (notre premiere chambre sentait très fortement la peinture fraiche et elle etait pleine de poussière de ponçage) - le taxi proposé à l'hotel est 10 fois plus cher qu'un idrive (ex : pour l'aéroport 20€-10min de trajet en taxi et 1.30€ en idrive)

- abdullah (9/5): تجربة جميلة - المكان جميل ، الطاقم ودود ومضياف ومبادر لتقديم المساعدة، الاكل جميل أشكر جميع الموظفين في الفندق خاصة مصطفى في الحجوزات ( عدلي ، ارميا ، عبده ، احمد ) من الاستقبال كذلك الكابتن محمد ربيع في ملعب التنس كذلك الاخ عبد السلام في خدمة الغرف كذلك طاقم المطعم جميعهم متعاون و ودود مستوى الاحترافية عالي لدى اغلب الموظفين سوف اكرر الزيارة ان شاء الله لاحقا إبقاء النزيل لدى بوابة الفندق حتى يتمكن من الدخول للإستقبال و رؤية الغرف طريقة غير احترافية للغاية اضطررت للانتظار وعمل حجز عن طريق الهاتف حتى اتمكن من الدخول موظفين الامن بحاجة لمزيد من الاحترافية ( رهن بطاقات العملاء اجراء غير احترافي ، يكتفى بتسجيل البيانات لديهم )

- caroline (10/5): - Nous avons eu la chance d etre accueillis par Adly, qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour à l hôtel. Nous avons passé de belles journées ensoleillées en famille. Les animations pourraient être améliorées, notament celles de la soirée.
- Cecilia (10/5): Great people, amazing hotel with beach and coral reef! - They treat us like king and queen! The best hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, the staff was great but especially Adly who went above and beyond for us. It was really the best service we could hope for, and this is a stay we will remember forever. The hotel is beautiful, but the people are what makes the stay incredible: everyone was nice for the gardener to the excursions guys, to Valeria, the guest experience manager! It is also great to have the beach and the pier as well, the sea is gorgeous and everything is super clean. They made a special surprise for my birthday as well, a beautiful cake in the room, and a special reservation in the Japanese restaurant which was so tasty. We can’t wait to be back next year!

Администратор Керолос был просто потрясающим — он помогал мне во всём с первого дня, каждый день интересовался, как у меня дела, и делал всё, чтобы я чувствовал себя комфортно. Он даже дал мне свой WhatsApp, чтобы я мог связаться с ним в любое время — это создало ощущение настоящей заботы. Это замечательный сотрудник, и, честно говоря, я вернусь в этот отель снова именно благодаря ему. Носильщик Мина тоже был отличным — очень быстрый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь с улыбкой. Хаий, хаусмен из номера 4210, был очень отзывчивым и следил за тем, чтобы всё всегда было в идеальном состоянии. Еда — ещё один большой плюс: очень вкусная, разнообразная и качественная каждый день. Большое спасибо Керолосу и его другу за то, что сделали мой отдых таким особенным. Очень рекомендую этот отель и с удовольствием приеду сюда снова! 🌞😘

- Francesca (8/5): soddisfatta - sempre disponibili, grande scelta di ombrelloni e possibilità di spaziare nell'immenso resort. acqua in bottiglia sempre disponibile anche nelle camere, grazie karim che ci portava sempre bottiglie in camera migliorerei nelle camere i bagni e le asciugamani, la cucina spesso lasciava a desiderare, non ho trovato i massaggi SPA davvero eccezionali come immaginavo.
- Giulia (10/5): Ottimo resort - Cibo, pulizia animazione presente ma non assillante. Alla reception Adly ci ha supportato e seguito in tutta la vacanza. Anche il ragazzo delle pulizie mohamed sempre disponibile e carino coi bambini. Ristoranti alla carta molto buoni. Abbiamo fatto la cena romantica stupenda e abbiamo anche fatto delle foto molto belle. Consigliato

- Antonio (9/5): - Struttura bellissima e ben curata. Personale gentilissimo, da Sayed alla reception, Mostafa nelle camere e Ahmed in sala, tutti ragazzi eccezionali. Un grazie di cuore anche Ahmed per la disponibilità ad accogliere i ragazzi nell'area dedicata al tennis. Il parco acquatico un plus che non ci aspettavamo. Bellissimo Proposta culinaria molto varia e capace di incontrare i gusti di tutti noi. Il ristorante italiano, pur riscontrando la grande cortesia e disponibilità del personale, ci ha deluso in relazione alla proposta culinaria. Il sistema di irrigazione, quando attivato, generava un fastidioso odore.

The staff was amazing, always trying to be as accommodating and helpful as possible, always available to any requests, special thanks to Kerolos, who checked us in and out, who was truly amazing. Also Armia for a very helpful and easy check out. Overall truly amazing stay, I definitely would recommend it to everyone ! Thank you so much for this amazing holiday. Will definitely be coming back

A special shoutout to the receptionists, Mahmoud ,Kerolos , Armia and Sayed who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is amazing—beautiful, clean, and perfectly organized. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were in room HK 4209 (Bravo), and the housekeeping standards were excellent throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to Omar from the spa, who provided such a relaxing and professional experience—it was one of the highlights of our trip. And finally, Donna and the team were absolutely amazing—so friendly, fun, and full of positive energy. They made every day more enjoyable and really added something special to our vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!
- Marco (10/5): È già la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo resort a distanza di qualche mese e sono pronto a ritornarci presto! - Tutto, personale super disponibile e gentilissimo, il cibo era buonissimo, la pulizia delle camere impeccabile a cura di hassan, bravissimo e super disponibile, i ragazzi camerieri super disponibili, Mohamed in primis. La palestra è molto fornita e ben gestita da khaled, pt molto competente e molto gentile. I ragazzi del pool bar tra cui hashem sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre anche lo staff degli animatori e dei bagnini sempre gentili e molto attenti al cliente. Il personal della reception gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti in ogni momento. Tutto perfetto

- Rebecca (9/5): Va bene tutto bisogna migliorare il pranzo e la cena evitando di inserire tante spezie. - La disponibilità del lavoratori e la gentilezza nei nostri confronti. Da segnalare due persone in particolare IBRAHIM e MAHMOUD due grandi lavoratori. La colazione andava bene cosa che lascia a desiderare il pranzo e cena. Nel ristorante l’aria condizionata era alta dovevi mangiare con un maglioncino.

I came in for a relaxation Vacation And to celebrate my anniversary and it was exactly what I needed.The entire place is clean and peaceful. The staff are so friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way especialy sayed from reception and the tiny awesome girl Fatma from the animation team , she really gave me a time to enjoy with my wife and she was caring about our child and she really did it very well and i'm so thankful to all the food&beverage staff .l wil definitely be a regular customer and would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone The kids club needs to change the russian girl that she works there , this pretty awesome place doesn't need to have only 1 person from the whole staff isn't professional 10/10
