• Cindy (9/5): Cute room and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again! - Friendly staff, very cute modern room, exceeded expectations! Bathroom in the room had somewhat dirty floors, and shampoo in shower was empty. Really didn’t take much away from the quality of the stay.

• Sarah (7/5): Good. But would be better with a cooler temperature throughout the facility. - Facility was very clean. It is way too hot in the facility. Uncomfortably hot. My husband is an HVAC tech with 20 years of experience. He noticed the Thermostat was by the front door. It stated 70 degrees, but I would say it was closer to being 80 degrees in the facility. It is not effective to have the thermostat right next to the automatic doors for the rest of the facility to maintain a comfortable temperature. The rooms are uncomfortably hot as well. You will turn the thermostat down to 65, and the room temp still maintains in the high 70's without the unit even running to cool the room down.

• Seaside42868313321 (10/5): Family with teens, kid girls shopping weekend. - Girls Shopping Trip Weekend! Our crew was family, young teens and a 10 year old. This hotel was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to go to. Front Desk lady, I believe her name was Alyssa was so nice and welcoming. She gave us a fabulous suggestion for lunch, and it was so good. She was able to let us check in early so we could make room in our car for shopping! It also smelled amazing in the entrance to the hotel. Our rooms were very clean, not one complaint from both rooms we had. We were even able to get rooms right next to each other. Sometimes, hotels aren't very accommodating for this. The kids enjoyed the pool and we had a pretty good breakfast which filled our crew all up, with no complaining from the kids. The coffee was hot and tasted so good. Food was so much better than any other hotel breakfast any of us had ever had. Definitely coming back to this hotel in the future on our next trip.

The shower had a loud, screaming noise when water was on. Pool chemical levels need checked - it left our skin itchy and red when we got out.

Our room was super hot. We would turn the thermostat down and it didn’t seem to matter. So we turned the heat completely off and then it was much more comfortable!

• Michael (4/5): - We reported this issue to Hilton Corp. office. At this W. Omaha hotel, the customer-facing staff af front desk and dining area were terrific. The nature of the problem is that I reserved a specific room type, with the goal of entertaining visitors (one bed, sofa and coffee table), but at check-in, we were wrongly given a standard room (2 queen beds). The staff at the front desk (Derrick and Colleen) were helpful, assuring us that the problem would be fixed in the morning. The morning desk agent, Colleen, was friendly and professional. She assured us that we would be moved to the right room as soon as it was clean and ready (which occurred at 11 am). After this room (207) was cleaned, we packed and cleared everything from our first room, moved our luggage to the hallway, and went to retrieve the new keys. Note that our luggage was in transition in the hallway between the rooms. Then Manager Kim King got involved. She first told Colleen to inform my husband they would not move us to a new room. Next, when we said that the hotlel's error and refusal to corrrect it were unacceptable, Ms. King threatened to have guards remove us. At last, she viewed our reservation and whispered to Colleen, "this was our mistake" and said she would allow us to move. Ms King apologized once and thought it justified her behavior. Later, at check-out, she was unprofessional again. She first promised us a refund, then said we should have left the hotel when we arrived. She continued arguing with me.

Kudos to him and the entire staff! Great location, newer, clean and quiet!

• ALS2009 (10/5): Definitely Recommend! - I chose this property for its western location and the fact that it was recently renovated. I got a fantastic rate as an Hilton Honors member. The hotel is very clean and nicely appointed. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Alyssa was so sweet and went above and beyond. The breakfast was just ok, maybe just needs a more appealing presentation? The coffee was hot and fresh. My only complaints would be a few design flaws with the renovation, but they were easily overlooked due to the positives.

• karamU2312TA (10/5): Late night stay - I am a sales manager for a Home2 Suites by Hilton and recently stayed at this hotel. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton and I had to check in very late unexpectedly (around 5am). The girl at the front desk was absolutely darling and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable upon entry! She then thanked me for being a Hilton Honors member, told me where my room was located, the hours of the pool and the amazing breakfast they served (plus the hours). My tv wasn’t working so I called the front desk around 6am, and within 5 minutes they had another front desk agent named Coleen up here! Couldn’t be sweeter and more helpful, honestly. She got everything fixed with a very pleasant attitude and thanked me for my stay before she left. My room was spotless, and smelled very clean without a “bleachy” scent. As a single woman I felt very safe, and was pleasantly surprised by the outdoor lighting around the parking lot. All around I was very happy and felt proud that I worked for a Hilton! This place is really something, kudos to the staff and management team. Thank you so much!

She took the keys, never asked how my stay was or if I needed anything or had any questions, she just asked how I would like my receipt.. that was literally it!!! I told her to email me and said thank you and she didn’t say anything back at all just watched me walk away.. very odd and rude!

Fortunately for us we weren’t in a hurry, but there were some people who didn’t wait! Check in receives an F+ from us !!!!! We had chosen our room and was advised to stop and pick up our room key; when we arrived (11:00pm), the check in was very (very) busy .. the front desk staff was beyond overwhelmed,and then they seemed unable to find our reservation, what room we were in (we wound up in a different room than we had selected) etc. etc.Our check in took more than 30 minutes. Ultimately, we had a clean room with comfortable beds —- but it wasn’t a good experience!

I never leave reviews but cannot go without leaving a bad review for this hotel. Long story short, they didn't have the room available that we needed and didn't do anything to make it right. We had to check out early and drive home and they refused to give us a refund for that night that we weren't able to stay. The room didn't have enough beds for our family so there was no way we could stay and they still refused to make things right with a refund. Save yourself a headache and book somewhwere else!
