- Melissa (5/5): - Price. Bed was comfortable. There was a desk chair that had ll sorts of white stains. I don’t want to know what those stains are! Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Entry smelled like pot!!

- Stephen (6/5): - The booking did not go thru. Bookings.com did not book us a room. I paid for it but got nothing. We were ripped off. You owe me my money back.
- Sibley (10/5): -
- Mike (8/5): Great stay. - Room was clean, bed was soft. Ac was on and the floors were wet.

- Bryce (5/5): The pay equaled the stay. - People loitering. There's a liquor store in the same parking lot. Not a good spot for family. Beds hurt are back. The room floor was dirty enough to darken your feet.

- Cynthia (9/5): Short - Quiet, clean No breakfast 😢
- debbie (4/5): - It's ok for sleeping; run down--kinda dirty. Convenient location though.
- Paul (5/5): Tolerable - Cost Furniture was old and worn out. Noise from the room next door.

- renee (6/5): - We usually stay at roadway Inn every time we come to Muskegon. This time they did not have a lower level room for us, which we are handicapOther than the struggle of getting up and down the stairs, the room was clean, but the beds was not comfortable. I wish this hotel had a elevator that would’ve brought my rating up.
- Andre (10/5): -
- Kate (1/5): Terrible - We had a terrible experience, the room was filthy and so was the bed. Saw evidence of bugs. The shower curtain ws held up by laundry clothespins and the window was broken. We asked for a refund and they did do that however, they charged our debit card two times and are refusing to refund us for that second charge. DO NOT STAY HERE The room and bedding were filthy.
- Doug (10/5): Restful! - Slept like a baby! Great AC and quite. Exactly what I paid for! Perfect experience! Highly recommended!
- Eric (8/5): -
- Nadine (5/5): I would keep driving down the road and find something else. - The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and was clean. The bathroom vanity had some cigarette burns in the countertop. The dresser handle was messed up, and I felt like we paid a lot for our room so I would’ve expected a much better accommodation. The worst part of all was the noise . We were on the first floor at the end of the hall and all night long, we could hear the people above us. It seemed like they didn’t sleep because I kept waking up all through the night and I could hear them walking around The staircase to the building was outside of our exterior wall, and it was almost like it was in our room I couldn’t believe how loud it was. So we would never stay there again. It was clean. I will give it that. Also, there is no coffee in your room. There’s only coffee in the lobby and that’s not decaf. That’s just regular coffee no choices. It seemed kind of far from anything else. There was no hot water for tea if that’s your preference. No water. No cups.
- Susan (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality! - The King bed was very comfortable! All fine with main room. In Bathroom, toilet needs to be reset as it 'kunks' when seated.
- Jason (6/5): - Absolutely no reason for a restaurant with an attached bar to close at 10 pm on the weekend of bike week. I “thought” I could return to my hotel/motel at a reasonable time to enjoy the amenities. I was hungry and thirsty. But unfortunately I went to bed. Spent zero $$ and got a great nights sleep. Then enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning in the restaurant.
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
The bathrooms had no vents that were working and it got steamy, the tv did not work direct TV.
- crissie (10/5): - Very nice.
And clean
- Peter (7/5): - Clean room Bathroom needs work
- ronald (4/5): -
- Dianne (6/5): - Property was fairly clean but some lamps & racks were needing to be replaced. Beds were fairly comfortable. Hallway was noisy with people slamming doors & someone knocking on our door.
- McKinney (6/5): Good - Didn't eat breakfast in hotel had a restaurant eat there also there were no signs of breakfast area there It was good
- Daysha (10/5): -
- Kevin (4/5): Will not be back here...!!! - Check in was great. When I go to the room the door would hardly open. The outside around the entry door had all sorts of trash around it and the security door wasn't closed. It did not close tightly at all making it a huge security issue. A handle on the drawers was off. The A/C worked great. There were no cups in the room to get a drink. The first day there was almost no hot water in the shower and the shower handle has just about fallen off.. I have stayed here a number of times in the past and it was much nicer. In the future I will have to find another place to stay. This place needs a lot of work and clean up. Way over priced for the accomodations...!!!
- Deann (8/5): - Older hotel that is run down a bit, but great price and good nights sleep … so it was everything we needed.
- Gunars (1/5): - New Remodel rooms Cockroaches in the room
- Rebecca (5/5): - We felt it was clean. The staff was friendly We just felt it needed an update. The toilet was really wobbly, there were small holes in the walls some had paper in the holes. Just an update would improve it and make it more welcoming
- Thomas (8/5): - Helpful and friendly staff. Good, clean place to stay. Would definitely stay there again
- Michael (6/5): A place to sleep - Place to sleep is about it. Bed was the best part of the stay. No coffee machine to make a morning brew. No breakfast offered. Bathroom door wouldn't close
- Ioan (5/5): Poor - Close to expressway. We stay 1 night, and for 5 hours no electricity no hot water in the morning! Ask for a little discount! They said no! We will never go back again.
- marvin (9/5): - Very nice stay No hot water
- Randall (3/5): Not great - Location Room was small, not very nicely remodeled (corners cut, cheap), strong food smell from owner's residence below, no elevator, floor was dirty, towels were old and stained. Signs for rules everywhere (do not....). No breakfast.
- Juan (10/5): - It was good
- Robert (3/5): -
- Jeanette (10/5): -
- Josh (10/5): - Everyone was very nice and made the place feel very comfortable!
- Mark (4/5): Garbage - The place is a dump. There's supposed to be no smoking on the property. But yet people are smoking weed in their rooms and you can smell it. It's very ghetto, and people fight in the hallways, yelling back-and-forth all night long. It's a drug haven.
- Joanne (10/5): -
- Carolyn (7/5): - How comfortable the bed was and the shower was nice The air conditioner made a lot of noise and it was weird to have wood floors instead of carpet
- Phyllis (9/5): -
- Crystal (6/5): - The past coupleti.es I have stayed there has been extremely loud guests inside and outside the building from 7pm until 5am. Nothing was said to anyone about the noise and I'm pretty confident the whole place could hear it. For the price you pay, facilities are fine. Environment however, will keep me from visiting again.
- Terese (8/5): Enjoyed my stay but glad I’m home - My day was very good. I was very comfortable. However, the hotel needs updates like yesterday. The staff were very friendly. I was able to go to sleep, and I have to worry about a lot of noise issues.
- Tuttle (6/5): - No breakfast
- Candace (10/5): - Great stay! Staff was friendly and super accommodating!
Will return again! :)
- Christina (2/5): - It was a good rate but was limited on transportation in the area
- Candace (10/5): - Room was well cleaned. Smelled fresh. Only stayed one night. The restaurant/bar connected has great food at good prices!!
Recommend to anyone that I know.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Poor Cleaning routine. Great customer service - could have been cleaner, they do not clean the top edge of mirrors or headboard or under the beds socks were very dirty from just walking on bedroom floors
- Leslie (8/5): Overall, for the price, it was what we needed. It was quiet, comfortable, and we felt safe. - We liked that our room did not have carpet, but instead had vinyl hardwood flooring, our two queen beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional, but needs to be remodeled. We needed additional towels, and some toiletries, and the staff brought those items promptly, even though we arrived around 10:30pm. Based on the reviews I read about this hotel, I was braced for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. The surrounding area was safe, I was not fearful of our safety or our car being broken into, and the room was a lot nicer than expected. I did learn that the rooms on the side of the hotel we stayed on were recently fixed up, so perhaps the negative reviews were from folks who stayed on the older side. The owner told us they were working to renovate the other side as well. Another thing that was a pleasant surprise was the restaurant separate from the hotel but on the property. We went there for breakfast and had a very wonderful meal. Our server was excellent as was the food. It's not fancy by any stretch, but it's a comfortable and safe stay. I also liked that they had a water cooler in the lobby that had hot and cold filtered water that you could fill your water bottles. The water was tasty. Our TV worked, but it had a blue tint. Needs to be replaced. The mirror over the desk was not hung well and needed to be taken off the wall and propped on the desk because it would not stay up, and we were afraid it would fall off and break.

- Josh (8/5): -
- Kelly (2/5): - This hotel was very dingy. The carpet was compacted and extremely old, the shower/bathroom was not clean, and the AC was loud.
- David (2/5): - We were there for maybe 30min when my son got out of the shower he found bugs all over the towels the guy at the desk was veryvrude about it said all he could do was issue a refund and said that we needed to get are stuff and leave we said okay we went to get are stuff out of the rm he came knocking on the door maybe 5 minutes later telling we need togo now he has already issued are refund so we need togo
- Jones (7/5): -
- Tracy (7/5): Good night stay. - Good road trip layover. Smoking by the door
- Eric (6/5): Could be worse but I suggest staying elsewhere even if it’s more money. - It’s convenient near main roads. I was charged twice - I stupidly paid in cash and apparently there is new management and I was double charged and there is no way to fix it.
Also it was not super nice or clean or updated.
- Robert (2/5): - The property was old and run down. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke
- Lovejoy (7/5): -
- Verbena (10/5): good - It was pretty good.Stayed there before
- James (6/5): Perfect for a night or two! - Great location and a friendly welcome from the staff member on the desk. The rooms were spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable A little run down all over. The floors left our feet black and there was some wear and tear in the rooms
- David (7/5): Not worth 170 bucks a night. But, my room is very clean and comfortable. - The staff was outstanding. Husband and wife are running it and they were super friendly and helpful. Except for my room, the facility seems to need a lot of attention. Full trash cans, coffee area had empty coffee cups, and laying around. Heavy duty smell of smoke in the lobby.
- Tracy (6/5): -
- JASON (7/5): - No breakfast, but coffee was good. Room was clean. A/c worked good. Normal room, as you’d expect anywhere. Bathroom needed work. Toilet was ‘loose’, and water kept running, and was loud. As if there was a leak. Bathroom fan did not work.
At end of hallway by a door - that door needs to be worked on so it isn’t so loud when it closes. It slams shut and shakes the whole room. Should also post ‘no smoking’ within 20 feet of building - the smoke comes in.
- Tony (8/5): - Was only cleaned once during my stay. No hair dryer in wall mount (didn't affect me). Furniture in rough shape. Might go back only because location was convenient.
- Villarreal (1/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Love it
- Verified traveler (2/5): - First thing nothing alike the photos on the website dirty, smell's they have a parking lot beside with semis refer with a lot of noise at night unprofessional people working there so expensive for a place that it’s not clean not recommended
- Ernest (2/5): reccomend avoiding - I had hoped for more at $170 for a night, but this place was terrible.
The photo on the wbsite of the pool table is actually th bar next door.
Very dirty, run down, falling apart place. Beds and pillows uncomfortable, no trash can in the room at all, floor trim falling off the wal, tiles in the bathroom falling off the wall, large mirror above the des hung crooked, not just out of alignment, but actually hung crooked.
vry dirty, with a nasty dank smell to the whole place.
- Nicole (8/5): It was a nice clean relaxing environment - Would have been better with a continental breakfast. N:A
- Evan (8/5): -

- Verified traveler (4/5): Rude, not clean - Not great. Things were missing from the room and it was half cleaned. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they said they couldnt fix our problem. Then my husband came back toward the desk and the staff was calling people picky for expecting at least a clean room. Mind you we stayed in the room because they were sold out but another couple asked to be moved right before because their room had not been cleaned at all.
- Stowers (5/5): I got what I paid for. The place needs remodeled. - Nearby restaurant was excellent. Good food and walking distance. Cleaner. Entryway was dirty. Most carpet had stains. The place needs new carpet, curtains, windows. TV reception was not goid at times. Shower curtains ripped, bathroom ventilation not working.
- Julie (2/5): Would never stay again. More expensive to book with this app then to book direct. - Close to ball fields Dirty, smelled of smoke, urine and fece stains on bed ruffle.
- Tammy (8/5): -
- Christina (2/5): - Filthy! Employees kids were there running the hall all day and night . They kept knocking on our door and leaving notes outside for our kids. Everything was either outdated or didn’t work. Halls were even dirtier than the rooms.
- mary (6/5): - While the room was clean, the chairs had old, stained and worn upholstery that smelled heavily of cigarettes, along with the curtains. The flooring was tile, so the mattress and bedding, along with the other furniture must have been the source of the heavy tobacco smell. Clerk at the desk was nice though and linens were clean.
- Kathy (2/5): Don’t stay here - Didn’t stay. Found property to be unacceptable and cancelled with the hotel.
