• Hubert (7/5): - Very respectful and helpful owners at front desk. Room was well made and everything went smoothly for me. Trash cans outside are changed out which was nice. Walkways to rooms could use some improvement, other than that I found no other issues
• Ashley (1/5): uncomfortable filthy terrible rapey vibe - literally everything about this hotel was terrible first of all the bed was filthy disgusting there were pee stains on the sheet there were black stains on the sheets so the sheets haven't been changed the fridge had bugs in it the bathroom was filthy the shower curtain had mold and that's just cleanliness. while taking a shower or after taking a shower the steam from the shower made the smoke alarm go off and when I inform the property manager about these issues that I had with the property seeing if there was anything he could do he responded that I woke him up and everybody else in the place last night because the smoke alarm went off from the scene from the shower. this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in me and my husband didn't even feel comfortable sleeping on the bed because of how filthy it was I would never recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy. everything I didn't like everything. I also would like to add how uncomfortable the property manager made me feel he was very flirtatious and made me feel uncomfortable because I could not get the door open he came upstairs and after getting my door open walked in the room without me in there and stayed in there for a good minute and I didn't go in with him because I didn't want him to do anything cuz that is a weird thing to do he should have helped me open the door close the door and left walked away my husband hadn't come up with me yet either by the way it was just me and the property manager standing on the landing.

• Cheyenne (1/5): Overall I was not happy with the room so I did not stay there. - The staff was great. The room was unclean, it smelled like smoke when I opted for a nonsmoking room. The sheets on the bed didn't look like they had been changed and there was trash in the bin from the previous guest. The place looks really rundown and the TV did not work.
• Shawn (1/5): You couldn’t pay me to stay at this filthy place again. - It was on my way to my next destination. Filthy everywhere. Smoke detector was covered with plastic, bed linens and sheets were dirty and had hair on them, chair was filthy, had stains all over it, towels were dirty and stained. Everything was broken and/or dirty. I’ve lived in a combat zone that was cleaner than this rathole.

Sheets had hair on them, comforter had cigarette burns, room smelled of old smoke, even though it was a no smoking room. Floors had remnants of last tenants (I.e. hair and hair bands). Visible dirt and food remnants on side table by bed. Bed was horrible and had little to no cushion aspect to it.

Need a better selection of cold drinks. They didn't offer anything in diet or zero All in all, it is a decent place to stay & a good value. I would stay there again.

• Tyler (8/5): Overall, worth the cheap rate for a one-night stay. Book online. - Check-in process was smooth. The room was quite clean for the most part, except the linen on one pillow. Bed was comfy, shower was hot, and cable TV worked without a hitch. The place was definitely a bit run down and could use some updates. The carpeting on the second floor balcony, for example, was all torn up. Had one dirty pillow linen in the room.

There was a lot of mold on the shower curtain, and the room smelled like urine when we first arrived. The shower had somebody else's dirty footprints in it. Didn't really have anywhere to put our trash, since the trash hadn't been changed before we got there.

• Makayla (6/5): The room could have been cleaner, and I wish my toilet flushed. But the staff was friendly. - The staff was friendly and I liked that my room had a microwave. The bed was comfortable, and even though the place appeared to be packed, my room was nice and quite. The room could have been cleaner. There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom floor and shower that weren't mine. The sheets were stained, but I'm pretty sure they were clean. My toilet tank didn't fill up, so I had to use a cup to fill it everytime I needed to flush.

Hotel is very dated, but for a last minute booking, it did what we needed it to do. Gave us a place to sleep. After booking/paying online, was stopped by "manager", that my payment didn't go through. Checked my bank account, money had been withdrawal. Was told I had to call booking.com to see what the problem was. Was told by the "manager", I could cancel thru booking.com, pay cash, and all would be good. Had NO option to cancel, and waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak to customer service. MIRACULOUSLY, as soon as I started talking to an agent, my payment went thru. And I was told by the "manager" that everything was good now. I feel he was trying to get paid twice, since I was a female.

• Holly (4/5): Worked in a pinch. Wouldn't recommend. - The location is good. Right off the highway but quiet. Even though you could see work trucks and a lot of guys were staying. I needed something unexpectedly and affordable and it was cheapest in town. The check in staff were friendly. The young woman did not speak much English at all but a spouse or relative came out to check me in since she looked unsure about the online reservation. The door was especially difficult to unlock. The room had not been properly cleaned. Dirty towels, a slept in bed. Squished bugs on the floor. It was a really late check in and I was exhausted so I just didn't use the shower and my son and I shared the cleaner looking bed. I took pictures upon entering. It wasn't filthy but housekeeping clearly missed the room. Trash towels and bed changeover.

• Johnny (1/5): Do not book - I booked online and when I went to the hotel to check in, no one could find my reservation and they told me I needed to pay for a new one when I already paid online. Contacted Booking and they sent a “request” to the property to refund my money since I literally could not check in, and it still hasn’t been refunded. No one at the hotel could communicate with me because they didn’t speak English. So I paid ~$70 for an absolute waste of time and no room. Absolutely would not recommend. No customer service here at all.

• Eliamar (1/5): I would not stay there again. I wish I would have taken pictures. - The Regal needs updated. The shower curtain and tub had mold. There were bugs around the bed. I pulled the sheets down and they had black hair. I am sure they were not changed. When I pulled the blanket back I found a dead beetle on the blanket. The man was friendly the lady did not speak much. The man in the office was nice and the location was good.

I had reserved through booking.com and when I arrived the last asked to see my card and charged me an extra 68 dollars for the room. I paid and reserved it with booking.com and then the front desk charged me again? I have it in my bank statement. I couldn't take a shower because the head of the shower was broken. There were cockroaches everywhere. I should have spent 20 more and gone elsewhere.

• Martin (3/5): Don't stop... keep going west to the next hotel - That it was an overpriced Major Chain. The fact that I should have spent the extra money for a Major Chain that policed the property and kept the drunkin and stoned weirdos away so I could get some decent sleep. The room looked like someone had been murdered in it and needs some SERIOUS upgrades. But you get what you pay for. I'll never stay there again.
