• NADER (1/5): اقامه سيئه جداً - المسبح I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately I cannot recommend it at all. The air conditioning was very weak, barely cooled the room, and water was leaking continuously from the unit onto the floor. The rooms have absolutely no sound insulation, making it very difficult to sleep due to noise from neighbors and corridors. Maintenance and construction work continued non-stop from morning until sunset. The building is old and feels neglected. The blankets in the room were dirty. They only covered them with a clean white sheet on the outside, while the inside was clearly unclean (I will attach a photo). The breakfast was very poor — extremely limited variety and tiny quantities. Many dishes were left empty with no refills. The same receptionist was also carrying the luggage, showing how understaffed the hotel is. The beach becomes extremely dirty once the tide goes out in the afternoon. The only positive thing was the swimming pool. The owner seems to be investing money in the property, but the management and service are very poor. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Kirill (8/5): - Хороший отель. Довольно неплохое расположение, если знать, на что расчитываешь: чисто пляжный отдых. Первая линия, плавный песчаный вход. Есть променад вдоль побережья с одной и отелей с другой стороны. Вкусный разнообразный обильный завтрак "Шведский стол" день через день. Еду и напитки своевременно подносили и пополняли. В ресторане отеля в целом вкусно готовили, но в плане цены за пределами можно было найти интереснее. Достопримечательностей в пешей, да и транспортной перспективе, нет. Продовольственные магазины, рестораны на разный кошелек, неплохой курс в обменнике прямо в отеле. Есть трансфер в торговый комплекс"Bali collection". В отеле говорят, что трансфер только туда, но обратно тоже возят. Сувениры там поинтереснее, качественнее и разнообразнее. Персонал отзывчивый, услужливый. Знают английский. Пляж. При приезде он был очень грязным. Мусор, водоросли. Песок чесали и только. В последствии его убрали. Возможно, потому что начался официальный сезон. Детская кроватка. Запрашивали заранее, по приезду не предоставли. Ходили просили 3 дня, сотрудники только обещали. Даже если было много детей, хотя на тот момент не было, можно было сообщить об этом. Выезд. Вылет был около часа ночи, поэтому просил подготовить к вечеру завтрак с собой. Дважды к разным сотрудникам два дня подряд подходил. Сказали, что в соответствующее время он будет ждать нас на ресепции. В итоге, мы еще и припозднились с выходом, такси подъехало ждало, ничего не было готово. Мы сказали, не надо, пошли в машине готовились к отъезду. Сотрудник позвал, сказал, что принесли. Я вышел - ничего не принесли, а он побежал в ресторан.

• OUALI (8/5): Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est sérieux, accueillant et souriant. - La piscine est très grande et vraiment agréable. Des serviettes sont mises à disposition, ce qui est appréciable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est assez bien garni, avec des options sucrées et salées. J’ai été déçue par la plage, qui n’est pas du tout idéale. Elle est davantage adaptée pour bronzer sur un transat, mais il n’y en a pas beaucoup. De plus, la mer est polluée : l’hôtel est situé près d’une base nautique et plutôt du côté du port, ce qui rend l’eau peu propre pour la baignade. D’ailleurs, je n’ai vu personne s’y baigner. Pour profiter de la mer, il faut aller plus loin.

Location allowed for plenty of water sport activities or just relaxing at the pool. Great value. The Air-conditioning had a tendency to leak even after maintenance had attended. It however did not put a dampener on the holiday. There was a problem with the initial room being not what we expected and in poor condition. When my wife spoke to staff they said that was the room and if we wanted to change rooms it would be an extra 4million rupiah each room. After showing photos of the room conditions to the manager we were upgraded to better rooms. Aside from this we had no problems with the staff or facilities. Everything was lovely.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, gyönyörű kert , igazán alkalmas a pihenésre, csendes és békés. Pont olyan mint a képeken, a kert a tengerre nyúlik. A tenger itt nem alkalmas fűrdésre de ez nem a szálláshely hibája, ha tengerben akarsz fűrdeni el kell menned egy körűlbelűl 5 km/re levő beachre, a taxi olcsó. A medence viszont nagyon szép, eléh nagy és meleg. Nekem nagyon megfelelt amikor a szálláson pihentem.

• Akay (1/5): - The gardens setting was nice Not very hygienic rooms where not as advertised and staff where rude they wouldn't let us take towels out of hotel for a tour, all inclusive breakfast was ok dont order coffee thats not included extra charge

• Jasmine (8/5): We enjoyed our short stay and this is somewhere we would stay again. - The property is located on the beach which is nice and there is a shuttle bus. The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing!! The bed was hard and we preferred to go out for breakfast for decent coffee.

• Allison (10/5): Yet another Bali hidden gem. On a fabulous beach, close to water sports, easy walk into Nusa Dua proper via beach path. - Close to fancy pants Nusa Dua without the price. Not crowded, huge pool great for laps and water play. Fab view of the ocean and beach lounges. Unexpected find. Nothing much. Will go back.
• Lyazzat (10/5): - Понравилось всё! Невероятный вежливый персонал, номер хороший, бассейн очень классный, СПА понравился, вкусные завтраки и в целом ресторан вкусный. Осталась ловольна всем. Единственный минус (ну это касается не самого отеля) что рядом все заведения и магазины рано закрываются. Ночью развлечений в районе отеля нет.
