• horacio (2/5): - Tienen que reclasificar sus clasificaciones de hoteles boutique, este hotel no es boutique, no tiene absolutamente ningún servicio, ni atención que refiera a ello. El personal no está capacitado. Nos cobraron 877 pesos por habitación, lo que en el precio original no estaba concertado el estacionamiento que está a cuatro cuadras, nos dijeron que cerraban a las 12 cuando cerraban a las 10 de la noche y el precio nos dijeron que era 100 pesos y nos cobraron 120 por coche por noche. Si bien el personal es amable, no deberían de estar trabajando en hotelería, porque no tienen idea de la atención que se debe dar a huéspedes

No tea/coffee machines in rooms, just a jug of coffee in reception area The staff were very good. Location right in city centre, easy walking distance to many tourist sites. In general, good value for money, but don't expect anything more than basic sleeping facilities only

Light from outside also comes through as window in restroom reflects thorough glass door. Staff was courteous but based on experience from other other hotels across Mexico I feel as welcoming.
• Jason (10/5): Cute and Spacious Boutique Hotel - Great boutique hotel with a great location right in the Center of Queretaro.... the rooms are really large and well furnished. The only thing is the internet signal isn't too strong from some rooms, had a Zoom meeting and low bandwith but that didn't take away from the charm of the place. Coffee in the lobby in the AM no breakfast at hotel but less than a 1/2 block are all the restaurants so easy fix

• Kathryn (8/5): Great location and staff - We enjoyed our stay at Quinta Allende. Our first room had no hot water so we moved to a different room, which was more comfortable and had no problems. It would be nice if you could adjust the ceiling fan speed, but it's either on or off. The location is great and we could walk everywhere. The staff were great... very friendly and accommodating.

Opposite the door is little pedestrian street matamoros with several little restaurants. Hotel was small, pleasant, and staff very helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. We would choose this again.

Some nights we found the room to be cold, but the staff provided a space heater on our request, and it worked well. You will hear all the downtown noises, so if you want a totally quiet place... this is not it; but you will have that problem anywhere in the downtown core.

• Scott (10/5): Downtown and Tourist - Location was very central to downtown and tourist areas. Nowhere to park nearby at a decent rate if you drive. The rooms are a bit small but everything you need for a couple nights stay. My girlfriend is an architect in the area and liked the hotel more than the other one I stayed at the week before. Downtown can be very hectic and crowded on weekends.

• JL (10/5): Friendly, clean hotel in heart of Centro Historico - This is a sweet little hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and walk-in showers with excellent water pressure. Many hotels in Queretaro do not have AC or even windows because they are built in interior courtyards, so it was nice to find windows and powerful fans in the Quinta Allende's rooms. The staff keeps the hotel very clean. Don't bother with the hotel breakfast though; it's not worth the money and not very good. Ask for a garden room or the noise from the street might wake you up at night.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Too expensive for what it is - It's too expensive for what it is, there is not A/C and you can hear everything around you. The price was suppose to be $58, we end it up paying almost $80, food is bad and expensive. Our girls got sick there and they wouldn't even give us a late check out, where is the humanity?? I would not recommend the place.

• Zachary (10/5): Excellent Hotel in Downtown area - We stayed two nights at the hotel and we loved it. Super Clean. Close to the Plazas and several restaurants. It was super laid back and very comfortable to relax in after a day roaming around the city. The lady's at the front desk were super helpful with tons of information on were to change money, recommendations for places to eat, and directions for getting out the city. Parking is three blocks away, but it's a straight shot down the street. We loved Queretaro and are planning to go back. We will defiantly try to stay at Quinte Allende again when we return.
• Jialu (10/5): - After a nightmarish stay ending with bug bites that's still itchy after almost two weeks now, the extreme cleanliness and thoughtfulness of this hotel is a god-send. By the bed, they put out a sign indicating they clean up the linens and rooms with the best technology available, and it really shows. The room screams cleanliness. I took a chance to see the maid's cleaning process of another room. She stripped off everything from the bed, and cleaned it thoroughly with the vacuum antiseptic machine. Really impressed and happy about my stay. We got a standard king sized bed room, and it is very big, almost in my opinion a suite, finished with sectional sofa. Location is fantastic; front desk super helpful and friendly. A++ Highly recommend!

Well appointed and comfortable and outstanding professional and courteous staff. Easily walk to all distinations & attractions in the historical district including many museums, plazas, parks, cathedrals, temples and excellent restaurants & cafes.

• Andres (8/5): Nice small boutique hotel, closed to downtown area - My wife and l we travel twice a year to Queretaro, first time at this hotel we really love it; from hotel staff and facilities, l recommended very much; also on my next day l ask management to change our pillows to be more comfortable, immediately they did it with out any challenges; once again thank you very much for all your help l will keep in mind for our next trip during Christmas.

The hotel is within walking distance to all of the plazas, museums, and churches. Very clean and the personnel always willing to help. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stayed again.
• sandra (10/5): Perfect all round! - My sisters n I were in Mexico for a wedding and stayed at hotel Quinta Allende for a few days. The hotel is quaint, pretty, clean and met all our needs. The staff was very helpful too. Even my sister who is from London and is use to staying in 5 star hotels was impressed.
