A very special thank you to the amazing spa therapists, Helda and Ayu, who made our spa experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and care were outstanding. The food was delicious and of a very high quality every day. Huge compliments to the kitchen team for the variety, freshness, and presentation. We also want to thank all the waiters and café staff who worked so hard to provide excellent service. Special thanks to Niyazi for his kindness and attention to guests. The hotel territory is absolutely beautiful — the gardeners have created an environment that feels like a botanical garden. Everything is perfectly maintained, clean, colorful, and full of greenery. The beach area was always tidy and well organized, with plenty of available sunbeds at any time of the day. The pools were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Most importantly, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. It was a real pleasure to experience such a high level of hospitality and service. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and truly high standards, this is definitely the place to stay. We would happily come back again! 🌴☀️

The whole hotel environment is wonderful, well-maintained, and cozy – lots of greenery, everything clean, beautiful, and perfectly taken care of. The aqua park and pools areas made a huge impression not only the children, but for us as well. We were very happy that the hotel has a heated pool, so even in mid-November we could swim with the kids for several hours without any problems. The mountains next to the hotel are also stunning. The food was varied, fresh, and very tasty. The grilled dishes at dinner were just perfect. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to visit the à la carte restaurants, but we saved that for next time. What impressed us the most - was the professional, friendly, and genuinely caring staff. No matter if it was the reception team, the staff working in the dining area, the bartenders making cocktails, or any other team member – everyone was kind, attentive, and very helpful. We arrived earlier before standard check-in time, but our room was prepared ahead of schedule, so we could settle in and start our holiday right away. When our daughter got sick during the trip, we received exceptional care and all the help we needed. We especially want to thank Lucia from reception team – she always gave us her full attention, sincerely asked about our daughter’s health condition, offered recommendations and support. Her professionalism and kindness meant a lot to us. On the day of our departure, we were also offered a late check-out so our sick daughter could rest comfortably before our long trip home. This gave us a lot of calmness and comfort. Thank you for the warm welcome, care, and exceptional attention. We will definitely come back and we can without any doubts recommend this hotel to stay.

- 798mayan (10/5): Wonderful family holiday! - Wanted to fit in an end of the year holiday to escape the cold weather and what a perfect choice Sherwood Kemer was! Trip included, 2 year old, mum, dad and grandad and the hotel is perfectly suited for all generations. The warm pool was a lovely touch and we all enjoyed the water park which the staff opened just for us one of the days! The food was really good at all the different locations although a few more main meal vegetarian options would have been nice but I certainly didn’t leave with an empty tummy after enjoying the huge variety of salad options. Staff were really friendly and attentive throughout, especially considering we were here on the hotels closing day and we barely noticed. Hotel was clean and spotless, We had plans to go on a couple of day trips but never left the complex as there was lots of variety on site so didn’t want to leave!
- Blackpooljammy (4/5): Beware before booking!! - My family and I have just returned from a 7-day stay at Sherwood Exclusive Resort, Kemer, booked through Jet2 Holidays. We were extremely disappointed with the standard of the hotel and the level of service provided — it fell far short of the 5★ Ultra All Inclusive experience advertised. Below is a summary of the issues we encountered during our stay: Accommodation & Housekeeping The mini-bar was only replenished for the first two days, and dirty dishes were left in our room for several days. The shower produced only lukewarm water and the air-conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making it impossible to keep on overnight. The pool area was poorly maintained: tables were left uncleared, bins overflowing, and tiles in need of urgent repair (one posed a safety hazard – photographic evidence enclosed). Food & Beverage The main buffet was understaffed and chaotic, with repetitive and average-quality food. Clean plates and clear tables were often unavailable, forcing guests to use dessert bowls as dinner plates. On multiple occasions, water was served in shot glasses and teacups. The Pranza snack restaurant had long waits (often over 20 minutes), with inconsistent food quality and no apology for delays. Several à la carte restaurants, including the 7/21 Bistro, were closed without prior notice, leaving limited options for breakfast and dinner. The drinks offering was inconsistent; ingredients for cocktails frequently ran out, and some premium drinks were only available “under the counter.” Staff behaviour suggested certain drinks were only served to guests who tipped. Staffing & Service There were clearly not enough staff to meet guest needs. Many appeared disengaged, with several observed on their phones while tables remained uncleared. The Waffle Bar staff were particularly unfriendly and unmotivated, showing no sign of customer care or service. Guests of multiple nationalities were visibly frustrated and complaining about the same issues. Facilities & Activities Daytime entertainment was minimal, with little to no encouragement for guest participation. Free stand-up paddle boarding was unavailable to under-16s, yet motorised jet-ski hire cost €100 for 15 minutes. The tennis court and equipment were in poor condition. A football purchased from the on-site mini-market (€15) split after one day. Although replaced, the second ball split within two days, and staff refused to exchange it again — refunding the €15 but declining to sell another. Unethical Review Practices A staff member, Tuncay, asked my 15-year-old son to post a Google/TripAdvisor review about the darts activity. As my son was unsure how to do this, the staff member completed the review himself using my son’s phone, creating a TripAdvisor account without consent. This is an unacceptable and unethical practice and appears to be part of a wider pattern, given the number of “one-contribution” positive reviews mentioning staff names. Response from Management We reported these issues to both hotel management and the on-site Jet2 representative. As a gesture, we were offered a table at an à la carte restaurant and received a plate of fruit and half a bottle of wine in our room. While appreciated, this token gesture did not come close to resolving the numerous service and quality failings we experienced. We were advised that the hotel had recently changed management and that operations were winding down “at the end of the season.” This is not an acceptable excuse — the hotel knows its occupancy levels and should have staffed and managed accordingly.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well & bedding not changed as much as it should have been. All other areas were very clean, all staff helpful & friendly . Due to to a big downpour on our last night the ceiling started leaking, maintenance & management came straight away & offered to move us to another room. - VickiDoubleYou (6/5): Good holiday wouldn’t visit again - We stayed for 2 weeks in October, two adults and a 10 year old. We’ve done all inclusive in Mexico several times but never in Turkey so weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel was beautiful and the gardens and surroundings really pretty. There are several shops on site that sell the usual snacks, suntan lotion, pool inflatables as well as shoes, handbags, purses, clothing, Turkish delight, tea & souvenirs. There’s a bar open 24/7 and there they had the friendliest staff. The water park was a hit with kids and adults but it closes between noon and 2pm. Round the pool area there were several broken tiles, one of the female toilets in the pool bar was out of order the whole time we were there. The same toilets regularly ran out of toilet tissue. The floors day and night can be very slippy so beware. Our room was clean, comfortable and the maid visited daily. The shower was a bit black and mouldy so could’ve been done with being re-grouted. The mini bar was filled daily except on one occasion during our stay. Two requests to reception and it was attended to. We were in the main building and saw reports on Facebook of guests there at the same time being unable to sleep for the noise of the loud music but we never experienced any issues with noise and not being able to sleep because of it. The main pool was heated which was great. We arrived at the pool between 8am and 8.30am and never had an issue getting sun-beds. Towels were plentiful which meant people left dirty towels on the sun-beds as opposed to returning them to the kiosk so it looked as if there weren’t many free sun-beds when there were actually quite a lot not being utilised. We never witnessed the pool surroundings being cleaned during our stay and it definitely needed it. There was a deflated lilo sat the whole 2 weeks. The food was good with lots of choice for all tastes. The temperature of the food was lukewarm at best from the buffet. Avoid dinner at 6.30pm if you can, it’s chaos! There’s difficulty in finding a clean table and there were long waits for drinks. There’s an al a carte restaurant outside for lunch, the snack bar, there’s a bbq serving lamb koftas and a little hut serving filled flat bread. There is no information on the food options provided on arrival, you’ve to find these things out for yourself. For dinner there are 4 al a carte restaurants with one visit per trip included in the stay. We went to the Italian and it was lovely. The best meal we had. Our daughter took full advantage of the patisserie, waffles and ice creams! They also provided ice lollies from the outside bars but again we found this out during our stay as they weren’t advertised. There is a food truck near the beach/main pool which serves fresh fruit between 4pm & 6pm. Nothing on the food truck to tell you the opening hours though. The majority of the guests here were Russian, German and some British. The Russians & Germans on the whole don’t queue. They go straight to the front and skip the line. Plus we’ve never experienced smoking like it with most guests smoking or vaping anywhere and everywhere! We only ever saw the entertainment team at night. They weren’t round the main pool encouraging guests to join in with the activities. Our daughter was on the verge of being too old for the kids club but she enjoyed the gaming sessions in the evening. There was a show on beside the snack bar after the mini disco. A few evenings there were live singers in the pool bar but the majority of the time it was a DJ. We saw the same act twice! We found the majority of the staff the biggest let down. They weren’t happy to be there, weren’t friendly nor helpful. We did find we got better service from those we tipped but be prepared to go up to the bar to queue for your drinks, retrieve your own menu in the snack bar and be prepared to wait. There is a cocktail menu with about 12-16 cocktails on it. Only one member of staff on the pool bar made cocktails at any given time and if he/she couldn’t be bothered they just said no. They didn’t make any other cocktails that weren’t on their list. There were no frozen cocktails nor slushes for the kids. There were 3 types of bottled beers, the wine was good, however premium spirit brands were few and far between which was disappointing and there wasn’t a huge choice of spirts either with some running out during our stay and not being restocked. Overall we had a great holiday, it’s what you make of it. We’d return to Turkey but wouldn’t go to this hotel again.

The room are spacious, modern and always perfectly clean. The food was absolutely delicious — a wide variety of dishes for every taste, with fresh fruit, desserts, and excellent drinks. The staff deserve special thanks: they are incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Expecial manager Akin was very kind and helpfull. The pools and beach area are beautiful and very well maintained with plenty of space to relax. The sea is crystal clear, and the mountain views make the place even more magical. All teritory are very clean and green. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend Sherwood Exclusive Kemer for anyone looking for a perfect family holiday in Turkey.

- T1468KClaurenw (10/5): Lovely stay at Sherwood - Not sure how people can complain , no it’s not fully operational as is in the summer and maybe less staff so standards aren’t as high as summer but it’s also a fraction of the cost of the summer. We came as a family of 8 of all ages and really have no major complaints. Rooms were cleaned every day - spacious and nice Food - always something for everyone , snack bars are al a carte style but included in price and food was lovely but main restaurant was also ok. A la carte we tried Italian and Asian and they were both amazing ! Pools - this is probably our only negative is main pool was not cleaned well ready for the morning but all other pools were lovely and actually not that cold for time of year , water park amazing ! Beach bar closed half way through our stay but again reflected in price we paid. Entertainment every night some evenings better than others. Cocktails in main bars very good especially the lobby Overall we had a great experience with far more positives than negatives and we would definitely return.

- 8elaru5 (6/5): Joint Family Holiday - We visited end of October for half term , with my parents joining in. On arrival I was given a room with a wall between shower and bedroom completely crumbling and wet, as the tiles failed. I asked for a different room , which I was given - slightly better but still wet patches and crumbling tiles - but it took till 3pm and constant chasing. The call backs were promised but never heard back so had to go to reception at least 4 times to chase. The rooms in general are extremely dated with shabby walls and lifting floors , not much in terms of usual 5* AI Plus extras, such as toothpaste etc Housekeeping is to a poor standard. Food was varied and very good overall. Staff attitude overall very poor , felt like they are doing you a favour regardless how nice and smiley you are, with the exception of staff in the main bar in the arcade , lovely barmen and very nice with kids. Would also like to thank the waitress who served as in a la carte restaurant ( fish one ) as she was lovely and very patient with my parents. Pool area very dirty, towels on sunbed with no one there, so the usual issues. Entertainment very basic We put a deposit down for 10 days for next April before visiting as the price was very reasonable,but will not be going. Overall, ok holiday but not a 5* star hotel and needs a refurb badly.
- marijusm2023 (2/5): Completely disappointing stay — far from 5 stars - I really didn’t want to write this publicly, but after several days of being ignored, I have no other option. I just want to share what really happened — because honestly, this hotel was one of the biggest disappointments I’ve had in a long time. From the start, everything went wrong. Nobody welcomed us properly, and although I had emailed a month in advance asking (and even offering to pay!) for early check-in, we were told it was “impossible” because the hotel was fully booked. It clearly wasn’t. Then the room situation — a total mess. The receptionist mixed up our rooms three times. We asked for separate beds for my sister and her teenage son, and they got one bed and a tiny sofa that’s way too short for him. He literally can’t sleep properly. We asked for help several times and got nothing but empty promises. And let’s talk about the so-called “5-star” quality. Our room had visible mold on the ceiling, a broken shower, a TV and phone that didn’t work, and it simply wasn’t clean when we arrived. I even sent videos to reception, but nothing changed. Restaurants were also dirty, and some staff were handling food with no gloves. It’s shocking. We were shown two other rooms — one with a cold, unheated pool (no thanks), and another that was too high for my elderly parents. Both were also dirty. How does that even happen in a 5-star hotel? What makes it worse is the attitude. Nobody seems to care. You ask something, they smile politely, and then nothing happens. It’s like talking to a wall. We’re just trying to enjoy a family vacation, not fight for basic things like a clean room and a real bed. Even the small things show how bad it’s gotten — the first morning I got a great soy latte, the next two days it was some cheap version that didn’t even taste like coffee. Pizzas by the pool suddenly “finished.” Every day something else just didn’t work. It’s sad because the territory itself is beautiful — this place could be amazing if someone actually managed it properly. But right now, it feels neglected and poorly run. Definitely not worth the price, and nowhere near a 5-star experience. I’m not asking for compensation. I just want people to know what to expect before booking. Until management starts taking guests seriously, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Voyage41178381846 (10/5): Excellent holiday - This hotel is really very good. Pros: Location. Set against the steep hills as a back drop, on the beach and surrounded by greenery and wildlife. Cleanliness. Very good standards everywhere, house keeping, maintenance, food areas etc. Facilities. Pretty much all that you would want, water sports, water slides, main pools, smaller secondary pools. Several positioned well bars, eateries etc. All relaxed, all chilled. Lots more too. 90% of the staff. Some really friendly attentive colleagues, waiter service for drinks at tables, pool etc, the colleagues that are on it are really good. Food & drink. Whilst all inclusive can get repetitive, this was the best we have had, awesome presentation, selections of dishes, all that we tried was spot on. Lots of selection. Branded drinks, bottled as well as draft. Never ending. Entertainment. Some really good artists that put on a good show. Excursions we tried and enjoyed: Boat trip to Turkish Maldives. Horse riding in the hills. Cable car……amazing views, check weather for a clear day. Opportunities to improve: Food hall, sometimes it was difficult to get plates. Staff, some made it felt like it was the end of the season and they have had enough. The bar area by the main pool, loud music until late, if you are located room wise near this bar, you can hear it in the rooms, not a big deal, however if you want 100% silence, I suggest ear plugs at night. In summary we would definitely return, in fact we looked for next year, exactly the same. However on first review it has increased by £1200 for the whole package deal via on the beach.

Direct access to the sea and beautiful views. The weather, mid 20's was just right for us. The buffet was very good. Loads of choice. We also had a lovely a la carte meal in the Italian restaurant. Very tasty and good service. We we looked after by Johnson, in guest relation , who was able to organise the meal and sort out any issues for us.

Fabulous waterpark. Beach is gravel and course grey sand and entrance to the sea required sea shoes. Snorkeling daily, saw a lion fish! Wrasse, puffer fish and giant blue crab. Kids loved it! Stay are, in the main, lovely and friendly! Some problems with the bed not made up when we arrived and being needed changing, not ideal when arriving late. Communal areas clean, kids loved the ice cream so and waffle lshop. Would recommend.

- kimm777 (4/5): Not the 5* holiday we were expecting! - Just returned from a 7 night stay at Sherwood Exclusive, and after many years of travelling, it’s the first time we were ready to leave after 1 day. Not the 5 star holiday that we were expecting. After walking into the reception area, which was modern and welcoming, we thought we were in for a good week, but those thoughts didn’t last long…. • Check in was very fast but not overly welcoming, no info given – just a QR code to scan for info, which was no good to start with when we had no charge on our phones. We weren’t directed to the welcome drinks that were on a table near the entrance. We also only got given 1 door key for 3 of us . We were told they were low and asked to returned 3 times before we were able to get one extra card! We did get help with our bags and escorted to our room by golf buggy which was a nice touch though. • Our room was small and my 14 year old daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed, but it wasn’t made up, so we had to wait for someone to come back and make it up. When made, it was a tight squeeze to get between the bed and the chair so felt very cramped. The room was dated and in need of much TLC. Smelt mouldy like it had been shut up for months, not clean, stains on sofa and walls, cobwebs, sliding wardrobe door was hard to open, many flies in the toilet cubicle. Air conditioning unit was very noisy and stopped working 3 times in total. We didn't report the last time it failed as we were due to leave. The lock on the patio door also broke & needed fixing. There were no lights on one side of the room and one of the bed side lights wasn’t working, This was reported 3 times before it got fixed. We were given 2 robes and slippers which was nice, but the slippers disappeared on day 4 and didn’t get replaced. Small touches could have easily made it a little better, like hooks to hang towels/ robes as had to hang them over doors or the room divider, tissues in the main room would also have been nice. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. • The rooms were cleaned every day, but the bags of rubbish and linen were left in the walk way out side our room all day and into the night. The cleaning trolleys were also left outside our rooms permanently. Think it was their meeting area which made it very noisy • Pools were cold, except for one which was always packed and full of inflatables so it was hard to swim in, so we avoided it. Slides were great fun though although shut between 12-2pm every day. • Beach area was nice, except for the rubbish left around and all the cigarette butts left in the sand. Beds were looking worn and the pier needs some TLC. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great as every day, the clouds that were hovering over the mountains moved over by 1pm and that was it for the sun for the rest of the day. Not sure if this is normal for this time of the year and not really the hotels fault. • Food in the main restaurant and the a la carte Italian was bland, with no flavour and even all the salt and pepper pots were empty constantly so couldn’t add any flavour. We tended to go into the restaurant at 8pm – so towards the end of the night so that it was quieter, otherwise there was nowhere to sit and once you had your food you were walking around trying to find a table. When we did find an empty one, it wasn’t cleared so you had to hover until someone cleared it, by which time our food was cold. The lighting in there were like floodlights, and not a nice environment to eat in. Reminded us of a bad school canteen, but even they are more organised! We tried to sit in the outside area which had better lighting. Both my daughter and i got sick whilst there but could not pinpoint what caused it!... The restaurant by the slides was great for lunch though 😊 • Majority of staff could do with some customer service training as most seemed miserable and greeted you with ‘yes’ and no smile. Made us feel like an inconvenience. • We played tennis a couple of times, but they could do with buying some new rackets and balls as they were very shabby and 1 of the 3 balls didn’t bounce! There were many water bottles left around the edges of the court which weren’t cleared as they were there the following day, so we ended up collecting them up ourselves and putting them in the bin. • I would advice taking earplugs with you, as the ‘entertainment’ is generally just very loud music/DJ style noise that starts at 10pm until at least midnight. Many rooms are right next to the pool arear where the entertainment is, so sleep is hard to come by! • At check out, we weren’t even asked how our stay was! The receptionist just took our key cards and that was that! Not a great experience! • A few positives are that the grounds of the hotel were lovely and the gardeners worked hard keeping them up together, the ice cream and waffle shops were a nice addition (although once again, the staff need to smile more! ) and my daughters highlight was the vast number of cats/kittens that seem to live on site that like interaction!.....safe to say though we wont be returning! We did complete a questionnaire when logging into wifi with our complaints but after seeing many other trip advisor reviews, not a lot was or could be done instantly so we didn't raise every issue with customer liason as just wanted to try and make the most of what we had!

The entertainment in the evenings were incredible . The rooms, however, look a bit tired so the hotel will benefit of a bit of redecorating/ freshening up. Overall our family holidays experience was amazing and will recommend to anyone that wants to spend a relaxing week.

The hotel looks ok on the pictures and it is a nice location with nice grounds but that’s about it, don’t be fooled this is not 5* don’t waste your money there’s much better hotels. First day here went for food and was late but walked in the restaurant with no direction of what was on offer, finally seen to ordered a cheeseburger which was cold and undercooked, bad start! Got to a room which looked like a handy man had put together, nothing working, broken tiles, shower handles falling off etc. next day no house keeping had 2 small towels to use for a cold shower, rang reception and was told they would send some, they never came. Towels for the pool had to wait on 2 separate occasions that there was traffic issues, not good enough. Went to pranzo to get dinner on second day, never again, ordered 2 waters and a beer and got 1 water and 2 cokes, food came at different times and 7 year old daughter had to wait 25 mins for cold burger, again not good enough. Main restaurant big long queues for anything decent with people pushing in and then not having enough food for people queuing. Had to wait on numerous occasions for cutlery plates dishes etc, lots of dirty plates. Sometime food is ok but majority is warm at best and cold runny eggs in a morning. Lots of times not offered a drink for breakfast. Spa ok, booked 2, first one was good by a lady, second one very poor, didn’t get the name but was a man who just kept sighing and huffing and puffing that he had to do a massage, hardly relaxing. Woman in waffle house miserable and rude as were a lot of staff, few good ones but only a handful. Overall very disappointing and won’t be back for sure

Have to scan a QR code to find out anything at all - Serious hygiene issues at kebab hut. Makes raw kebab patties then wearing same gloves serves next person's rolls. Seen daily.... - Playstation at kids clubs each hsve one controller only. Odd. - Restaurants all understaffed - Rubbish rarely cleaned up from beach. Sorry state by end of day - Towels. There is a take as many as you want policy. This is a disaster as people leave everywhere so all loungers "in use" despite towel being abandoned hours before. Crazy. - SUP. Runs once a day. Impossible to book (wjen you realise you need to) Surely can run multiple sessions.... - General buildings showing age - broken tiles, doors etc - Late check out? Sure no problem - 20e per HOUR! - Entertainment. Not every day. For a 5 star this is not what's expected. A DJ blasting music is not family fun... Overall we are having a great trip with beautiful weather in a nice hotel. It has significant end of season vibes with staff clearly running out of enthusiasm. Attitudes range from genuinely helpful to verging on rude With some easy changes this could be great but truth is for the rating and cost we expected better.

Took 2 hours to get the guest relations team to understand that it wasn't just a noise issue, it's was rattling (preventing sleep) and leaking. Eventually, we were moved to another room. The 2 rooms we saw were a a bit worn out. The staff were not particularly friendly, some even coming across as aggressive. Service was inconsistent, sometimes quick and other times we had to track down a staff member ourselves. Food was very mediocre with little variety. The aqua park facilities were great and the kids had a lot of fun there. Unfortunately, the only redeeming feature in our experience!

On arrival the receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. This continued throughout. On one occasion our room keys had been deactivated and the staff said no apology. 2. We complained about the music from the pool disco which could be heard from our family suite until late each night. I was offered another room that was closer to the noise. All the 8000 blocks are family suites next to the late night music bar. Apparently all the other family suites at the top of the park are next to the disco of the neighbouring hotel. Every night was poor quality sleep and then woken early by the adjacent laundering. I was told by staff that we were lucky as before Covid the music went on to at least 3am. 3. Food service. Every evening buffet there were no plates 30mins in to service and families would be wandering around hunting for tables. Not enough tables and not enough staff. Not at all relaxing experience for dinner 4. Al a carte- appalling dining food in the Italian and couldn’t complain as no one understood English. Frozen ricotta cannelloni. Under cooked pizza which gave my son an upset stomach. 40 minute wait for a gelatinous mess of a tiramisu that was inedible. 5. Not keeping to open times- twice went to gym for morning workout for 8am. Both times in darkness, no staff and unable to turn on equipment. Told by receptionist that should be open in 30 mins. Again no apology for lateness. Food shacks unreliable at opening times and one occasion pool bar would serve lunch but not any drinks, including water! Bars not stocked of basic items. 6. Staff generally rude and inattentive. Often pretend not to understand. 7. Poor rotation of activities, same most days. Never saw activity staff to include or get people to join in. 8. Poor evening entertainment- 3 nights DJ only which isn’t a standard of 5 star entertainment at other hotels. Cheap and not family friendly 9. Cracked tiles everywhere at the pool 10. Tired and broken furnishings The hotel is set in a beautiful location and the gardens are well maintained. The slides were a favourite with our children. Unfortunately this does not compensate for the lack of disregard, contempt and poor attitude shown by staff to hotel guests. Not 5 star facilities as experienced in other hotels. Stressful and unrelaxing family holiday.

I would now rate this hotel a low end 4* and that’s being generous. We came the same week last year, and it was amazing. This year it couldn’t be more different. 95% of staff are miserable and don’t want to be here. The 5% really do try, but they can’t be everywhere. Hardly any premium drinks available. Quite a few staff have mentioned end of season, like that makes it ok. The service and what’s included, should be available until the very last day of opening. Many times, I have been told they don’t have something when I know they do, and after pointing out I know, I have then got it. I should not have to fight for a decent drink in an all inclusive ‘plus’ hotel. The bar at the stage area, hardly had any drinks. No bottled beer at all. There aren’t enough staff and we feel like we are always waiting to get a drink. The main restaurant, is constantly running out of things. Cutlery, plates etc. The gym is open at 6, but you can’t use the treadmills till 8am this year. There are no staff in there and lots of kids under 12, that shouldn’t be in there. The towel desk opens at 10am, but by 10:15, I was told they were all gone and to come back in a hr. All the Sunbeds around the heated pool have towels on by 8am, but no one on them. We had to move rooms on the 3rd day, as our room smelt like sewage. The €150 for a cabana on the pier is absolutely not worth it. No one at the bar. Staff occasionally walking onto the pier from the nearby restaurant, but don’t pop their heads in to see if you want anything. If you don’t have eyes in the back of your head you will miss them. Last year breakfast was included, this year I was told it wasn’t and then upon chatting to my cabana neighbours, found out they were told you can have breakfast 9-10am. I was told at guest relations we could have lunch at the restaurant or at the cabana. When I asked at the cabana, I was told twice that I can’t have lunch there and I have to go to the restaurant. Only to see two other cabanas served lunch. The service is better and faster with the skater boys around the pool. Absolutely shocking. Maybe I’ll do another review when we leave, but I honestly can’t see much changing.

- Enrico (4/5): 3 stars experience at most - not to be repeated. - • Attractive layout with charming shop-lined streets, nice grounds and nice pools dotted around. • Spacious room with a large, comfy bed and pleasant balcony. • Buffet restaurant offered good variety and generally good quality food. • À la carte options (when not cancelled). • Most of the waiting staff were friendly - generally the female staff more so. • The Spa was the absolute highlight and by far the best thing of the holiday and resort. Great staff and treatments. This hotel is far from deserving a 5-star rating — the overall service and experience barely qualify it as a 4-star. First if all - it seems clear they are trying to fleece guests as much as they can. One of the main reasons we booked were the attractive sunbed "pods" on the pier — we were extremely disappointed to find out they cost €150 per day (!!!???), a fee not advertised anywhere. Meanwhile, the main beach was not particularly nice , pebbly, and not well maintained, with broken loungers and tables (also around the pools.) Practicalities were equally frustratingly overpriced: car rental was priced at €100 per day for a basic vehicle (booked elsewhere for €50), and a 20-minute taxi to Phaselis cost an outrageous €150. The hotel also relied heavily on small 33cl plastic water bottles — thousands of them — which felt incredibly wasteful. Our free à la carte restaurant booking was cancelled by the hotel at 12:30 on the same day, leaving only two limited options (Turkish or Chinese). In the room, the shower was consistently lukewarm with low pressure, and teabags weren’t replenished during our stay. The walls were thin enough that we could hear a baby crying next door day and night, making it hard to relax. The restaurant buffet, while varied, leaned heavily on cheaper meat options mainly minced meat, chicken and turkey — in a full week, we saw only one steak and lamb chops dish. Breakfast juices were undrinkably artificial and overly sweet. Wine was extremely cheap and nearly undrinkable plonk. The à la carte experience was underwhelming: essentially the same food as the buffet, just plated differently. The experience was further marred by very difficult communication with the staff. Service was inconsistent and often frustrating. We were initially told we could cancel à la carte bookings without issue, only to be reprimanded for doing so the next day.

Only plus is the kids enjoy the slides but everything else is poor.

- AnandMadhvani123 (4/5): Avoid – Serious Health & Safety Concerns at The Sherwood Exclusive - Our family had been eagerly anticipating a well-deserved holiday at The Sherwood Exclusive, particularly as it was a rare opportunity for my ageing parents to build lasting memories with their grandchildren. Sadly, what should have been a five-star family experience turned into a deeply disappointing and distressing stay — one that raises genuine concerns about hygiene, safety, and customer care. From the moment we arrived (around 10:30 p.m.), we were met with an overwhelming sewage smell in the hotel foyer. Hoping it was isolated, we proceeded to check in, only to be greeted by visibly disengaged reception staff. When we entered my parents’ room, the same strong sewage odour was present in the shower area. Despite their discomfort, my parents chose not to complain as it was already past midnight. However, upon reaching our own room, we immediately noticed several unacceptable issues — poor flooring condition, stained walls, and, most concerningly, an air-conditioning unit that was not functioning in the intense heat. A technician arrived but was unable to fix the problem. When I requested a room change, I was met with resistance and, frankly, disrespect from the receptionist, who responded that he had worked a long shift and was tired — entirely irrelevant to the situation and highly unprofessional. Only after continued insistence did they “find” another room, with the condition that it was “for sleeping only.” Tragically, upon returning to inform my family, I tripped and injured my nose because a maintenance ladder had been left at the top of the stairs — a serious health and safety hazard that could have caused far worse harm. Leaving equipment in a guest’s pathway at 2:00 a.m. is wholly unacceptable and shows a lack of basic safety oversight. The second room had functioning air-conditioning but the same sewage smell. While this did subside slightly once the AC ran continuously, it was far from the standard expected of a “superior room” in a 5-star establishment. The next morning, I met with management (Lucia), who listened courteously but had limited options due to “no availability.” We were offered to view two rooms — neither of which matched the standard of the category we had already paid for. A pavilion hire was later offered as compensation, which I reluctantly accepted to preserve some semblance of enjoyment for my family. However, even that gesture was mishandled when staff later falsely claimed we had already used both allocated days. Unfortunately, the issues extended beyond our rooms. The children’s pool area was particularly concerning — the water appeared murky and unclean throughout our stay, with plasters that had been floating there for at least two days despite being clearly visible. Broken tiles around the pool edges posed an additional safety hazard, especially for younger children. When I politely raised this with nearby staff, they simply looked away or dismissed the concern, taking no visible action to resolve the matter. As a result, we were forced to avoid the children’s pool altogether and instead use the colder pools, which were at least clearer and appeared better maintained. Throughout our stay, we also observed consistently disengaged and unhappy restaurant staff. Very few showed any warmth or hospitality — again, not what one expects from a resort that claims to offer “exclusive” five-star service. The only redeeming aspect of this property is its well-maintained grounds. Beyond that, I cannot in good conscience recommend this resort to anyone. In my opinion, the hygiene and safety standards fall far below what should be expected under Turkish hospitality and tourism regulations, and several elements (such as the ladder incident, the unhygienic pool, and persistent sewage odour) may constitute a breach of basic health and safety obligations under Turkish Civil Code and consumer protection law. We have stayed at several other hotels in Turkey - Liberty group, Paloma etc. For families seeking an stress-free and safe stay — I strongly advise choosing alternative accommodation.

- Emski3588 (4/5): Making the most of it - Day 3 here, and honestly, I wish I’d switched hotels. If you’re thinking of booking, do yourself a favour — check your options first! The food? Let’s just say if you enjoy déjà vu, you’ll be right at home — same dishes, different day. The desserts in the main restaurant are some of the dullest I’ve ever had — a serious missed opportunity. On the plus side, the ice cream shop is lovely and the patisserie is decent — both nice little extras that add some much-needed variety (and sugar) to the mix. The staff are a real mix: around 95% seem allergic to smiling and are mostly inattentive, while the other 5% are warm, welcoming, and just trying. You can really tell who actually wants to be there. The water park closes for two hours every day between 12–2. An hour, fair enough — but two? Even the slides seem to need a nap. Rooms are okay — dated but mostly clean. Towels and toilet roll weren’t replaced, so I had to call reception (credit where it’s due, they did fix it quickly). Around the main pool, a few broken tiles could use attention, and I spotted broken glass near the slide bar — mentioned it, and while some was cleared, the rest stayed behind the bar. Feels like the motto here is “out of sight, out of mind.” Drinks are fine — a few cocktails on offer, though several on the menu appear to be mythical. On the bright side, the grounds and location are genuinely lovely — beautifully kept gardens and a really pretty setting that almost makes up for everything else. Sitting outside with a drink (one they actually have) and enjoying the view is easily the highlight of the stay. Overall, not the worst hotel, but far from the best. There’s real potential here if management could inject a bit of energy, train the staff to care just a little more, and maybe add some excitement to the dessert menu — and, of course, remember to restock the loo roll.
- OLEG (9/5): Шикарный отдых с маленьким ребенком,в тихом, уютном семейном отеле с прекрасным видом на горы и море - Персонал очень вежливый, дружелюбный и профессиональный. Пляж хороший, но постоянно не хватает лежаков. Питание отличное для взрослых, все вкусно, огромное разнообразие блюд, постоянно что-то новое. Всегда все в наличии, быстро пополняют, если что-то закончилось. Шикарный wi-fi на всей территории отеля. Нереально красивая, большая и ухоженная территория, море бассейнов, чистые, аккуратные. Классный аквапарк для деток и взрослых. Бесплатный минибар, пополняли каждый день. Номер Лагуна просто шикарно расположен в отеле, рядом бассейн, красивый газон, деревья. Не знаем где и когда были аниматоры, но нас они не доставали и это огромный плюс))) Мало лежаков на пляже. Питание для детей младше двух лет только пюре, которые часто заканчивались, есть только молочные каши, нет каш на воде, отварное мясо и птица резиновые, только отварные овощи были вкусные. Так же если кормить ребенка из взрослой зоны питания, то много специй. В номере требуется серьезный ремонт, через 3 дня проживания в туалете каждый день были какие-то лужи, телевизор включался самостоятельно и ночью, и днем. В целом, не очень хорошо убирались в номере. Из мелочей: нет стаканчика для зубных щеток, маленькая сушилка для вещей, в номере темновато, еще бы пару светильников, нет крючков для полотенец. Но все это ни сколько не портит впечатление об отдыхе в этом чудесном отеле.
- Extraordinary795149 (8/5): Great, But Service Quality Totally Flawed - The Piers and Beach There are two piers, one pier has private pavillions (or cabanas). You can rent a private pavillion for €150 from 09.00 - 19.00 which includes your own ladder access to the sea, drinks and snacks service. Alternatively, you can rent a first line beach pavillion for €80 or second and third line pavillion for €60. None of this is advertised of course, but if you're nice and look like you're worthy, Guest Relations will show these prices to you on a scrappy piece of paper....The other pier is free for all and has a bar (no cocktails) but only two ladder access points to the sea. However, this is the best way to enter the sea in order to avoid all the rocks on the beach. Yes the beach is really awful, like so many hotels along the Antalya coastline. So just jump in the sea from the pier with a pair of swimming goggles as there's lots of fish to see. The Restaurants The Seafood and Chinese a la carte restaurants charge €30pp and the Italian and Turkish a la carte restaurants charge €25pp. Not sure why people go to these places unless they want a bit of peace and quiet away from the main buffet restaurant. The main buffet restaurant has something for everyone. It might feel repetitive but they do make an effort to add some different dishes every day. Except for breakfast which never changes. They struggle with food temperatures and correct signage. Service is a bit hit and miss, it literally depends on the weather...There is a lady who stands behind a large welcome desk by the main entrance that serves absolutely no purpose. She doesn't greet the guests and she never smiles at breakfast, lunch or dinner and the management simply don't care! Random Food Stalls There is a random fruit truck overlooking the beach which has no signage and opening times. If you wish long and hard enough the mysterious fruit lady may magically appear with a truck load of strawberries and delicious toppings and then disappear again in a puff of smoke. Meanwhile in the centre of the territory you will see gozleme lady (who I presume is airlifted in and out of her hut) and kofte kebab man during the afternoon. Again nothing advertised, it's all guesswork if this is your first time at this haphazard hotel. TV TV channels freeze and break up. There are only 2 and half English speaking channels and no option to mirror cast your smartphone. So just download content on your smart devices in advance. Shops Outside The hotel is located in Goynuk in Kemer suburbs. There's a small row of shops opposite the hotel and absolutely nothing else. So best grab a taxi outside and pop to Kemer which is just down the road. Gym and Spa The free to use spa includes a relaxation area, sauna, steam room and large Turkish hamam. There's also a good locker, changing and shower room facilities. The gym equipment isn't high end but it does the job. Could do with a few more pins for the weight machines Pools There are lots and lots of pools all around this large territory but they are all freezing cold apart from one small one which is heated. This small heated pool gets too overcrowded for the average person to enjoy. But perfect if you are under 10 years old or enjoy being hit by flying objects and with no room to swim. Aqua Park The aqua park is awesome for both adults and kids. The nearby restaurant there is a great little place for lunch if you need a change from the buffets. Noisy noisy noisy This hotel loves to make noise day and night. The noise vibrates though the whole territory - which takes 20 minutes to walk around the boundary walls by the way. The entertainment has it's good moments, but the "family circus show" is not a circus nor for families! In summary, this is a great hotel and the second time I've stayed here with my family. The food can be great, the drinks equally so if you can stick to what they know. The hotel's large territory is its downfall. There just isn't enough staff. Meanwhile the staff that can be seen generally look so unhappy to be there. Maybe it's all those miserable pushy Russians that they have to deal with all year round. The hotel certainly needs a Head of Customer Experience! A great 4 Star Hotel which will only give you excellent value for money if you find for a good deal. 5 Star this is not!

- Svetlana (5/5): - Отдыхали в сентябре 2025 года, сентябрь понравился больше чем июнь. Территория красивая, персонал (ресторан, служба уборки, пляж бунгало) вежливый, отзывчивый. Питание - голодными не останетесь, но хуже чем в аналогичных отелях, в которых мы были. Были сезонные фрукты. По пляжу - неоднозначные впечатления, море понравилось больше в Текирове. Периодически море было грязным. Не понравилось отношение службы размещения. Спешу предупредить тех, кто выбирает номера по размещенным фото - получается, что эти фото не соответствуют действительности. Для меня важен комфорт, я готова взять номер категорией выше. Изучив описание отеля, забронировала номер "Лагуна", этот номер изолированный и не имеет смежную дверь с другим номером. Прибыв отель, сотрудник службы размещения направил нас в номер делюкс (очень не рекомендую, из-за того, что данный номер сдвоенный, имеет смежную дверь с соседним номером (рассчитаны на семью, в описании отеля указано как преимущество для семей), изоляция ужасная). На вопрос по какой причине нас заселили в номер, который не соответствует описанию на сайте, получила ответ что это именно этот номер и других у них нет или они заняты. Неоднократно обращались в службу размещения, предлагали те же самые номера в разных корпусах. Обращения в службу размещения букинга также не имели никакой реакции от отеля. Поэтому, когда выбираете номер на сайте, следует быть готовым к тому, что вы получите совершенно другой номер. Настроение было испорчено, при выезде - ни извинений от отеля, ни возмещения в разнице стоимости номеров. Ничего. В целом отель очень уставший. И еще один негативный момент - несколько дней подряд не было свободных лежаков (ну наверное следует учесть еще момент, что некоторые туристы занимают лежаки полотенцами с самого утра и не приходят). Поскольку была с маленьким ребенком, при отсутствии свободных лежаков пришлось бронировать бунгало. По состоянию бунгало - так себе удовольствие, при попытке открыть холодильник, дверца осталась в руке))) Но персонал там очень отзывчивый и внимательный, стараются. В общем вывод у меня один - мне есть с чем сравнивать, и в этот отель я точно больше не поеду. И я также считаю, что уважаемому booking просто необходимо привести в соответствие информацию об отеле, размещенную на сайте, с фактическим номерным фондом, в противном случае - это вводит в заблуждение туристов.

It has a sandy beach and amazing views to the sea and to the mountains. The service is great; all the people there work hard and can't do enough for you. It was clean everywhere and it has a lot of green spaces. Also, a lot of pools, mini club, mini disco and different shows in the evening. There is something for every taste and every age :) Indigo was a gem! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we want to thank the entire team for their hospitality.

- Galina (8/5): Много зелени, большая территория. Спокойный отель для семейного отдыха. - Основные плюсы отеля - это большая территория, много деревьев и зелени, продуманная организация пространства. Очень уютно, всегда есть места и на пляже, и у бассейнов, и в ресторанах/барах/кафе. Все шумные места (аквапарк, детские активности, площадка для вечерних мероприятий) организованы в стороне от жилых корпусов. Еда неплохая, вкусная и разнообразная. В барах есть неплохой алкоголь. Анимация минимальна - немного фитнеса, несколько спортивных мероприятий по расписанию, вечером небольшая шоу программа, иногда дискотека. Это отель для спокойного и размеренного отдыха. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Отдельное спасибо службе качества и сотрудникам ресепшн, без проблем заменили нам номер. Основной минус отеля, на мой взгляд, заключается в недостаточном уходе за его состоянием. Отель требует ремонта, но это как раз не мешает наслаждаться отдыхом. Раздражают мелкие вещи - пятна на мебели, шторах, белье и скатерти. Шумные пыльные кондиционеры, плохо работающая техника, ручки отваливаются, некоторые выключатели не работают. На пляже хотелось бы заменить зонтики на сплошной навес. Зонтики дают мало тени. Вход в море каменнистый, есть опасность травм. Было бы хорошо, если бы были оборудованы несколько настилов для захода в море. Ещё один минус отеля - использование какого-то непонятного масла, похожего на пальмовое, при приготовлении пищи. От чего в организме возникает ощущение тошноты и какой-то мути после каждого приема пищи. Пока разобрались, в чем дело, отпуск прошёл. Еда в отеле вкусная, но про масло надо предупреждать, не все его могут переносить. Когда перешли на варёные блюда, всё стало хорошо. В целом отель понравился, я бы вернулась.
