- Jacob (7/5): Chiang Mai is growing - I’ve stayed at the Nordwind many times it’s a good place with a great breakfast and a good location. I was hoping for the beautiful view, but it’s burning season, so maybe next time. I used to wake up to the peaceful sounds of chickens and roosters below my balcony it was actually really nice. But now they’ve built a gym next door, and my mornings are filled with yelling and the thudding of punching bags instead. It was cool at first, but it took away from what the hotel used to be.

La habitación hermosa, muy espaciosa y limpiaban y reponían el agua, las toallas y demás muy a menudo, muy buena experiencia. Casi todo el piso era de un material muy muy resbaladizo, mi mamá estuvo a punto de caerse en la parte para salir del ascensor hacia la piscina. Todos los zapatos resbalaban, había que caminar con mucho cuidado y yo personalmente resbalé un par de veces. Deberían poner una alfombra en la parte fuera del ascensor para evitar caídas en esa zona porque es muy peligroso

Laundry service was great and staff was helpful when the locking mechanism on the door failed...they moved us to a better room...bonus! Chiang Mai was in the middle of its burning season, so pollution was high...nothing wrong with the hotel, but it did put a bit damper on the visit.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Yes, there is a “smell” in the bathroom, but you know what. Buy some air freshener at the 7-11, problem solved. The price vs quality was excellent!!!!!

The breakfast with fresh fruit and Thai breakfast dishes, bottles of water at the breakfast buffet, the staff members very polite and helpful at all times, the swimming pool is great too I think it's one of the best ones I've ever seen it looks like a small spa, not very crowded either, you've got some hammocks to sunbathe but also some shade and even they came to clean it once a week!! There is a clean shower at the swimming area, a toilet and also a washing sink with soap so you can use it. The bedrooms were very clean. Elegant modern and perfect. The WiFi was also working very well! And the best of it ? The price we paid for 1 double bedroom was only 25 euros with breakfast included!! And our bedroom was quite big and comfortable with a. Small balcony and with lovely views of the exterior street with banana trees. Even though it's about 20-30 minutes walking from the city old center, it's really worth it as it's in a calmed and local area where you can only hear the birds and the crickets sing. We really enjoyed our week here, you can ask for towels for the swimming pool and even they heated up some food we bought from the Seven Eleven. You must go to this hotel you won't regret it if you're looking for somewhere in a good price and at the same time good quality. It looks like almost a 5 star hotel!!! Nothing but If I have to say something. To hel you improve maybe consider putting a small Murrow inside the bathroom as it was dificultt for men to shave or women to wash face and do the hair and make up more comfortable after the shower. Also maybe you could out a small led lights at the ceiling of the shower as the shower area is a bit dark and it's important to have good light when you shower too. But these are just small details, congratulations for your job and service!! Keep up the amazing work !!

- David (9/5): Really solid choice for a lovely hotel with great access to everything! - Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and stylish (at this price point). Lovely pool area. In some rooms (I stayed in 3 different ones), the window is in a corner and at an angle to the main part of the room so seeing out was more difficult. Other rooms the window was located so that guests can actually look out. The breakfast was alright, but not great. I eat low-carb and high protein and there were never eggs left over and aside from that there was mostly fruit, bread, and congee. It would have been nice to have more eggs so they don’t run out so fast. Maybe doing them as scrambled would be easier than individually frying each egg. Just a suggestion.

Piscina limpa e com boas condições. Hotel um pouco gasto, algumas mobílias, paredes e luzes precisam de remodelação. A limpeza do quarto, varanda e WC podiam estar melhor.

Breakfast is a nice added bonus and the staff are great. Air con only seems to have full blast freezing or off mode but that’s just me trying to find a negative

- Takayama (7/5): 最悪でした？ - ロケーションがいい。あとは全て10点満点の70点ぐらいだけど、朝食はヘルシーメニューで、毎日工夫してるのがいい。 ベッドが最低です。 たわんでいて、ほとんど寝てないです。 せめて水平でないと寝つかれませんね。 あと、バスルームが暗いです。 今のままだと、次はないでしょう。
- William (10/5): A comfortable, well-run stay with great service—and even if the location isn’t for everyone, I loved - Staff — from the front desk to the breakfast buffet team to housekeeping — were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There really wasn’t anything I disliked. Everything ran smoothly, the hotel felt well managed, and the service was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

- Tony Chun Yu (9/5): Nice hotel for a few days of stay and relax. - We stayed in a 4-person room that was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, with a great selection of fresh fruits. One standout feature was the swimming pool on the ground floor, which offered a perfect spot for sunbathing, relaxing, and socializing. Our family had an incredibly enjoyable stay. Additionally, there's a convenient shortcut footpath nearby that leads directly to the night bazaar, making it easy to grab food and drinks in the evening. There's also a open air gym training area nearby and a great but small restaurant next to the hotel. Its locate slightly out of the old city, but not unreachable on foot. So you may need to call Grab more often in and out. Wish there is a good massage place near hotel.

- Tehila (2/5): גרוע - יחסית קרוב לבית חב״ד. הריח בחדר היה מחריד. כל פעם שפתחנו את המים החדר התמלא בריח של ביוב מזעזע. עיצוב מיושן ולא שווה את המחיר. גם כאשר התלוננו בפני המלון הם רק הבטיחו לנקות אבל לא באמת נתנו מענה. חוויה ממש לא נעימה

- AMIT (5/5): - Nothing great about hotel. 1. The room electronic key was not working and it took 30 min for staff to sort this out. Eventually they didn't give us key, just opened the door for us with manual key. 2. No refill of breakfast items. We asked for veg options, which reception staff declined. They said what ever we have u manage in that.
