I originally reserved an ADA room but probably since we were not able to arrive until 8:00ish p.m., it was probably not available and so had a regular, but comfortable room.

• Jaton (3/5): It was ok - The room smelled of cigarette smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel, and there was hair in the tub. Room not thoroughly cleaned.
• Peters (7/5): Uneventful, everything was OK except the room was very small - The bed was very comfortable but the room wasn't large enough. Everything was clean though and the staff very nice. It was a nice property for the dog to walk a bit. Room was very tiny.

• Theresa (7/5): Pleasant stay. Hotel manager was great! - The manager was so attentive and friendly and helpful. Pulling out additional meal items for the breakfast after some things ran out. The overall room decor could be updated. Overall pleasant experience for one night stay on a weekend trip to enjoy the falls. Outdated and old building and rooms.

• Virginia (8/5): Nice, safe, a bang for your buck. Not perfect, but nowhere is. - Beds are super comfy, nice blankets. Decent area, buy some fast food and only 12 minutes from Niagra Falls State Park. We felt safe. We were on the second floor and the whole floor was extremely hot. We had the AC on in our room but it was still warm. Also, the mini fridge worked but was not plugged in and had mold in it.

• Sherise (1/5): - No incidental fee. Entering the parking lot, the place looks abandoned. There was a horrible smell along the corridor. Breakfast was bland, very limited choices and hair strands were scattered on the stale bread. My niece found hair in her scrambled eggs as well. Breakfast is from 6am to 9am. If you have kids who wake up late while on vacation, be prepared to buy food elsewhere as you aren't allowed to take some breakfast for them to the room. Top cover over the beds are old and stained and the bath towels are super small.

Warm and friendly staff Overall experience was good if you are planning to spend most of the time exploring the falls and nearby attractions. Some things that could be better 1. Breakfast - It had limited options. 2. Rooms were very compact. The mattress was a spring mattress, which was not very comfortable 3. The price for the stay could be better.

The staff was very nice! - room was ok! bed was small Guests smoking in from of the entrance (a group of 4 or 5 peoples) At breakfast there was a bus of tourists which they did not mind other people having breakfast and serving themselves to everything they could get their hands on.

Just was not expecting that. Also we must have had some workers staying above us. Very noisy and up every morning at 5 30 or 6 stomping on the floor. Which is not the hotels fault. Just rude people. Only thing keeping us from giving a 10 out of 10 is the size of the room. But clean hotel and friendly staff..

• John (3/5): Punish for doing the right thing - I was charged extra for something that the cleaning staff is responsible for. A friend had to much too much to drink the night before, and the breakfast that was serve in the morning didn't go well with him and ended throwing up in a garbage pail just outside the breakfast hall. We were charged $150 for throwing up in a garbage pail. I think we are owed a refund of $150 for doing the right thing throwing up in a garbage pail rather all over the breakfast hall. It's a shame that the Hotel did this. Very disappointed. Besides that, garbage is littered by the side entrance which doesn't work. Not be going back to this establishment.

Some people had to wait for a table, so go earlier. Bit far from anywhere if u didn't have a car.

• Mark (8/5): Why not make it beautiful? - The bed was comfortable The breakfast was good. The manager was very nice and sweet! The Location made it easy to find and gave good access to finding attractions and food. The room was clean. This has nothing to do with the property, the town of Niagra Falls is really old and it shows. I would think that a tourist trap like this would be in much better repair seeing that millions of dollars are spent here every year. I suspect the city managers are not good stewards of the funds that come in through taxes. My assessment of this dirty little town may be harsh, but people from all over the world come to see the falls and I am sure they wonder why is everything so run down with so much money coming in.
