The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. Definitely coming back!
- denise (10/5): - Beautiful Hotel in the chic part of town. The top terrace has a great view of town! Staff is very kind and service minded! The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with little touches from Colombian food! This is my 2nd stay and I will definitely go back next time I am in town.

- Charles (8/5): Hotel Mocawa Plaza Armenia - Stayed many times here, staff and very helpful, rooms are excellent, spacious, breakfast provides usual Colombian offerings but good. The roof top bar is being renovated but the is a small bar on the ground floor that is very nice, the pool is still accessible from the roof but its always fairly cold as isa jacuzzi. They very kindly added an extra Wi-Fi point to allow better signal in my room which was initially awful, but they fixed it immediately, Close to shops and mall and good restaurants and café

The keys were sensitive and had to be reset everytime they got close to a phone or credit card. The rooftop pool area will be great once renos are finished. The view up there is incredible!! Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great!

- Ivonne (8/5): - Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a few things to be fixed though, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower knob was loose and there were some towels missing when we first checked in. The staff was very helpful and kind.
- Andrew (8/5): - We stayed for 3 nights in a mountain view king room. Beware if you book a superior king you will most likely be looking on to a fire escape and ac units, we payed extra for the view. The room itself is well appointed with all the amenities you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are on the roof with an amazing view. Breakfast was good, but dishes needed to be topped up as they were often empty. Dinner was very good. Hotel has three bars to choose from which were all very nice. Our big negative was Christy on reception who was unhelpful and knowingly tried to mislead us. Dealing with a complaint was difficult if your spanish is not great and the general manager failed to respond. Conclusion is we had an enjoyable stay at what is probably the best hotel in Armenia.

Room was spacious, no issues with noise, and shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was good considering included in the room - no complaints. All the staff in the hotel are all friendly and always willing to assist. Will stay at Mocawa every visit to Armenia. Thank you to all the staff!!

- Oscar (8/5): - A good hotel and close to everything. Staff are excellent and very helpful. They can provide transportation to Filadia, Valle the Cocora at a very good rate. They have a roottop with a pool with wonderful sunset view.
- Mervin (8/5): Very nice hotel with great staff - We had stayed at the hotel before and wanted to stay again. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, service is excellent. The price was more than the year before and the air conditioning cut off twice making sleeping a little uncomfortable.

No me brindaron una toalla para cubrirme, me dieron una servilleta de papel para limpiarme luego de mi masaje, hacia calor, fue horrible. Deben mejorar las opciones de vino, cocteles y comida, es muy limitado.
