• Corrine (3/5): the pool area was nice - the bed was against the wall so one person had to crawl over the other and the bed was not comfortable… horrible mattress. neighbor was a crackhead who was swearing and slamming her door. other neighbor was up at 6 talking loudly outside. terrible dog area with feces everywhere. never again would i stay here. bed, cleanliness and guests
• Doug (4/5): - The room was cleanish The AC didn't work at all it was like a sauna. The room was cleanish shower still had hair and dirt in it. Noise at 3am from peolke staying there longterm partying was loud. Not very nice area at all. There are long term residents and its not the fit fr a hotel

• Red (1/5): Police and domestic assault - Absolutely nothing this was scary and unsafe for families! The long term renters with stuff crowding walkways steps broken and falling apart always disenigrating ppl having domestic disturbance next door to my room screamed and yelled at us had us scared in our room... hair in sink shower and bed in both rooms 😌 could see out the door of 205 through side of door lock panel that was poorly installed. Finally sleep at 12 to be awoken by screaming and yelling and hard banging on my wall 2 men fist fighting resulted in sherif showing up at 1am to forcefully remove these ppl which kept us all awake! Not allowed to fill coffee cups dign in lobby said not enough coffee currently! No one around at check out to discuss issues or facts that we had to call the cops! I would like a refund !
• Vernon (8/5): Clean and comfortable with no surprises. - The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the beautiful trees in the center courtyard very much. I remembered them from having stayed there before. It's easy to reach from Interstate 40 and near restaurants. Nothing I would have changed.

Patio full of tables and umbrellas in front of pool area. 1. Old telephone had technical problems had desk agent come to disconnect. 2. Sheets and blanket had stains. 3. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion and No hair dryer provided. 4. No breakfast of any kind.

And no refunds if you don't stay - I like the property set up, nice Clean but it was cold, draft coming through door and heat uas up in the ceiling didn't help. Staff was amazingly helpful and nice i didn't stay both days I booked but never got a refund like I was told.

• Carrie (4/5): I probably will not stay at this location again. - The location works well for me when traveling across country The mattress needs to be replaced. It was completely worn out. Couldn't even sit on the edge without it collapsing. But the room was clean neat.

• Deborah (4/5): Not very comfortable. - Air conditioning didn't work. Hotter in the room than it was outside. Mattress on bed had a big dip in it so had to sleep next to the wall. Paid for 2 nights but my room card stopped working on the first morning I was there. Office person told me I was supposed to be out by 11 so what time was I checking out? Tried explaining I paid for 2 nights check out wasn't till Wednesday morning. All of this happened before he checked the computer, finally got the room key redone.

• Luca (5/5): see above - General Motel 6 standard, such as e.g. size of the room, cleanliness, tools, etc. Good quality/price ratio. Very upset about receptionist. There were evident communication problems between payment system of Motel 6 and credit card system (MC and Visa). 3 different credit cards rejected (2 MC and 1 Visa), with a total availability in the cards of >10kUSD. Only case of "no good end" transactions in 14 days US journey. I have further proved it (e.g. showing 10' earlier receipt and other transactions in US with the same cards), also underlying once more that the problem should be in the hotel ICT system. But the receptionist only wanted to be paid and, very bad in my opinion, unloaded the problem only to me (e.g. call your bank, while night in EU!!! or go to ATM). No attempts to help me and, above all, to find where is the problem, clearly not mine. Luckily, a pepaid card of my daugther worked by dialing manually the card numbers. Bad experience. Feeling like a person will to fraud, while I had clearly no responsibilities about it. For sure, I will not suggest to stay in Motel 6 Holbrook.

• Amber (4/5): I Wish I Took Pictures - The staff were really nice. It’s also a good location because it’s right off of Route 66 and close to a national park. I stay at budget hotels all of the time. I know I’m getting what I pay for. However, my past motels have at least been clean. The room smelled like cat urine. Honestly, I could’ve ignored it. But, the rest of the room was dirty. I didn’t realize this until I got into bed at 2 AM, but there were crumbs and someone else’s hair all in my sheets. The container for ice in the bathroom had what looked like someone’s beard shavings all on top of the lid and in the sink. The toilet was running, so I had to keep fixing it. The lights were delayed. One of them seemed to be going out. And one of the deadbolts on the door was broken.

• Flora (3/5): It sucked. - The room was dirty. There was no shampoo or conditioner the trash can was tipped on its side. One of the desk clerks smelled like marijuana. There was trash on the walkway outside the rooms.
• Petra (2/5): Booked only to spend a night during our travels but the place is not good - Good location , affordable Room was in bad condition, dirty stained sheets a lot of strangers hair and the worst was a huge cockroach in the bathroom ! This place needs a lot of upgrade and also to buy a new sheets or pillow sheets were yellow!! Luckily I had mine pillow and some blankets Otho would not spend a night there !

There was leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous guest, the shower water didn't get hot enough, and the bedroom floor was sticky and greasy.

One light didn’t work; the room was very dim. The floor was covered in carpet squares that were coming off. The floor below looked nice… it was clear that there used to be two beds in the room. Not sure why they didn’t just center the remaining bed on the wall. Made for a really awkward layout.

My rooms heat did not work it was freezing good thing we had lots of blankets with us. Other ppl staying were loud and working or hammering outside and not to mention they had music playing and were singing.

We got up early to get on road so we appreciated that we could park in front of our room. We will stay again when we travel to Texas. The price is unbeatable. They did not have coffee in the room but stuff like that is why the price is so cheap. They may have had it in the office but we did not check.
