Guest Reviews
- Ginger (1/5): - It’s a good location Room was not very clean. Walls, floors, light switches were not clean. Refrigerator still had things in it from previous guests. Was glad it was warm weather as you could see daylight around the whole door.
Beds were fairly comfortable and the sheets seemed clean.
- Wolfwredroses (2/5): STAY AWAY - I was safe, no robbery, no assault. Sad eh? 95% of this stay. The receptionist was okay but never got easy info to connect to wifi. Advertised free breakfast. No only was that incorrect, they offered NOTHING. Extremely miss leading. TV was terrible. 4 channels worked (poorly) while the other 60 did not work period. No ice bucket for ice and had to call front desk to get ice machine location. Room had a bad oder when entered the room. Just a bad experience that I hope I don't have to go through again.
- David (1/5): Don't sleep here - Location was good The room was dirty the bathroom door did not close without lifting it the room yelled of cigarettes and webs on light fixtures and no breakfast as written on website
- todd (9/5): -
- Monica (4/5): Last minute booking, friendly staff, could be cleaner but it does the job! - Very friendly night staff, was really helpful! Got my room key and got a room that was used, front desk guy immediately got me another room and apologized. Also the rooms could be more clean
- Kelly (10/5): Just What I Needed and More Than I Expected! - The price was OUTSTANDING. I just needed a place to lay my head for the night, and this had more than I expected. The bed was fine; the coffee pot, fridge, and microwave were bonuses. I didn't expect much for the price, so imagine my surprise when all of this was included. Nice, clear TV. I am just very impressed and will definitely be back. This Travelodge did not provide breakfast, although it was advertised on the website. I was heading out quickly the next morning, but this needs to be removed from the website. Everything else was great.
- Ram (1/5): Worst motel in 1 mth of travel! - Filthy
- Elisabeth (2/5): I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay with travelodge again - Front desk staff was friendly and helpful There is NO BREAKFAST in spite of website stating there is. We had booked on line and Al thought the desk staff wanted to, his boss would not authorize him to refund us. We heard their conversation, talked to booking.com help, but without the managers authorization, nothing could be done so we spent the night in marginal room without the promised breakfast.
Very unhappy.
- Armando (3/5): One night stay - Location is close to main street restaurants and stores. Plus, right off the highway. When you walk barefooted and you have to wipe the dirt off you feet by hand, that is an indication that the floor have not been cleaned. The shower drain was patched with white medical tape, indication of a leak. There was a room phone but it lacked a connection, might as well have a toy phone.
- Leona (7/5): -
- Lisa (1/5): - Nothing There was no trash can, TV remote. The room was filthy and very small and stunk.
It advertised breakfast and there was none.
I usually have good faith in. Wyndham hotel. NOT ANY MORE.
- Stephen (9/5): -
- Shannon (1/5): I want a refund. - Nothing. It was what was available. The shower had mold. The bed smelled and sighed heavily. The paint in the bathroom roof was peeling and fell on me during a shower.
- Jim (8/5): - Price was very good. Rooms were clean. Nice courtyard area. Heat/air was hard to adjust to satisfactory level.
- CROUSE (10/5): great stay & front desk team is nice one !!!! - I stayed at this Travelodge recently and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly and made check-in really easy. My room was clean and comfy, with everything I needed – good bed, clean bathroom, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The location was also a big plus – close to transport and easy to get around. Even though it's in a busy area, the room was quiet and I had a great night's sleep.
For the price, it’s hard to beat. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly place that still offers good comfort. I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in town!
- Aliya (7/5): It's was pretty good overall, close to the place we needed to go! - I liked the beds, really soft The lock on the doors could have been stronger
- Julie (3/5): poor - The breakfast opened too late as I was traveling. The grounds and exterior condition is awful. The interior was acceptable cleaner out side
- Harriette (1/5): I was very happy to leave early. - There was no breakfast Hole in the door. Large enough for small rodent. Water pressure in bathroom sink a trickle. Spotty internet. Nice people but they were not interested in my comfort.
- todd (10/5): -
- Norris (2/5): Diet - Dirty with no amenities. Cleanliness
- chakuzira (6/5): -
- Braden (2/5): - Very dirty. Mold everywhere
- JoAnn (4/5): Unimpressive, but fine - Reasonably priced. Comfortable enough. Kinda rundown, sketchy feel. No breakfast, as had been listed under amenities. Not a deal breaker for us, but disappointing.
- Michael (10/5): - The front desk was very attentive and professional. Room was nice and neat. Property was not bad. Not a bad choice for a cheap, quick nights sleep.
- Susan (8/5): - Very kind welcome, easy access and parking
- Kally (4/5): - The check in clerk was friendly, the room was dirty, bathroom toilet had not been cleaned properly, the floor was dirty and the shower curtain had not been cleaned or replaced in a very long time, it was discolored, the room was smelly. parking lot was fine. The air conditioner was loud.
- Justin (10/5): Easy access and good value - Very clean, easy parking lot if you have a trailer, great value
- Julie (4/5): - The place was rather dirty and worn, my husband and I did not shower there because we felt it was too unclean. That is the first time ever we have felt that noided out by a motel room! Caked dust in the corners. The manager gave my husband a wrong key to the wrong room. My husband opened up the motel room door to a screaming frightened woman and an upset husband. My husband was mortified. The desk person did not seem to know what he was doing even before giving us a key to an occupied room. He then nonchalantly gave us a different room. Lots of garbage in the weeds surrounding the parking lot. We brushed our teeth with our own bottled water. It just seemed like an untrustworthy , uncared for place.
- Benjamin (3/5): Blah. - Bare bones room with few amenities. Staff unwilling to accommodate early check in.
- Larry (5/5): - The response to issues. The large crack in the tub. Also the cleanliness was not good until after reporting of issues
- Yvette (8/5): Good but poor wifi - Good hotel, shower was weird and made a water mess on the floor. Staff super friendly and cupon for breakfast across the lot at a local restaurant. My only complaints are a weird smell in the ac unit and the wifi was awful, couldn't get a stable connection, kept dropping it.
- Doris (6/5): -
- Wheeler (1/5): I will tell everyone who is staying in Miles city to not stay at this property based on my experience - It was a convenient location The first room that I was assigned to had a 1 inch gap underneath the door from the outside, large enough to allow a mouse or a snake into the room. The second room that I was assigned to was very dirty and the mirror and light in the bathroom didn’t work. I complained to the management and they said they would give me a refund, but the refund request would need to come from booking.com.
- jerryjB704ZJ (10/5): nice !!! - rooms are nice clean & cozy, there so much to do in a town as several casinos are there and there a black iron restaurant is there and as we come to stay as travelodge guys are reasonable in price and surprisingly rooms were clean !!
- todd (8/5): - Comfortable, everything worked, mostly very clean, good quality The entry rug needed to be cleaned.
- John (8/5): -
- Leslie (2/5): Very outdated, run down hotel. - Lobby was beautiful and updated. We took our luggage to the room. Realized how out dated the rooms were. Outside court yard and parking lot looked like it should be located in Compton. Beds were hard as concrete slabs. Pillows are the $4.97 version from Walmart. There was yellow stuff dripping stained down the walls. We took our luggage back out to the car. Told the front desk we weren't staying and would like a refund. They told us per policy they would only refund us 1 night, not the 2 nights we booked. I have yet to see any refund at all.
- F5186XJroyc (2/5): Condemn this place. - If it wasn’t so late we would have left.
First entered room encountered five flies on the bed. And blood on the wall as we entered. Also the bed looked slept on.
Bathroom was mold and walls were so dirty and more blood.
The only thing I can say was clean was the water and the only thing that was good was it was hot . Everything else is deplorable.
There should not be a rating option it should be condemned.
After leaving and going across the street f or dinner my sinus’s immediately became inflamed.
Upon return I smelled a chemical smell and it was humid and moldy.
The bed you sank into as if it was 30 years old.
Thankfully no bed bugs were seen.
I wore flip flops when
Walking in floor as it had spots of tar or something else on the floor.
This place was disgusting. Unfortunately has no other choice at the time. Got up left after being awakens by workers testing there jackhammer equipment at 6:30am.
Go several miles more west to next exit you will be happier.
I hope I didn’t catch a lifelong disease from this place.
After killing all the flies. More appeared and babies.
- Diane (8/5): Very clean rooms... - Computers were down. Didn't have information on line, luckily I had an email confirmation. Rooms were very clean , but the court yard at night became very noisy. Luckily I was so tired I fell asleep. The sidewalk to the room had broken glass and it was still there when we left in the early AM.
- Darwin (6/5): - no breakfast grounds need to be better maintained
- Tam (6/5): - toilet not clean!
- Jeo (10/5): - great stay
- David (8/5): - What I didn’t like is that they advertise breakfast but they don’t have it and then they give you a voucher for 50% off a restaurant next-door I don’t even have coffee in the lobby
- Bill (1/5): Unsatisfactory - Very rude. Charged my card for the room early then told me they didnt charge me. They lied and expected me to pay again. They will never have my business again Everything
- micheal (10/5): great experience - I had a wonderful experience staying at the Travelodge in Miles City. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything worked perfectly—from the Wi-Fi to the air conditioning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. It's conveniently located with easy access to nearby restaurants and the interstate, which was a huge plus. Great value for the price—would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through!
- Perry (6/5): - Close to inter state. Property next door is under construction. Which only means that the grouds keeper had extra stuff to tidy up.
However didn’t appear to be a ground keeper on staff for weeks
- R9522PNchristinab (2/5): don't stay here - Hotel was dirty, dead bugs on the floor, windows didn't lock, and AC didn't work. Refused a refund of my reservation saying wyhndham would "ding" them.
- Simone (7/5): -
- lee (10/5): - Lowest price in town
- Stephanie (2/5): - Curious as to why the mirror in the bathroom was the nicest thing in the room. Walls were dirty, dirty handprints. The ring around the toilet was extremely dirty and not sealed properly. The shower was oddly shaped and couldn't hardly turn around. Every time you turn on the light in the bathroom, the light would play a jingle. It also had a touch button that increased and decreased the brightness. Of anything they could have updated the room with, why was the mirror so fancy? I looked behind the mirror to see if there was a hole or camera, couldn't see anything, but very curious. Would not recommend staying here.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Ok
- kathy (4/5): - They mixed up my name w another reservation did get a room quite a bit older facility
- Mcdonald (3/5): Poor - The room smelled like like cigarette smoke. The hotel is very rundown. Rooms need major updating.
- Todd (8/5): Very good -
- Kelly (1/5): I never received my receipt -
- Thomas (6/5): Ugh! - About the only thing good that can be said about this property is that it’s cheap and available. As a soldier for 22 years, I’ve slept in some pretty austere accommodations, but this place ranks right up there with with the most spartan of them all. It’s apparent that this property must have only recently been acquired by the Wyndham group as it’s so substandard that they must have plans to revitalize it, but have only just started the project.
Upon entering the room the first thing we noticed Ed the flies. There must have been at least a dozen that I killed in the first 10 minutes. Looking around the room it is apparent this facility hasn’t had any love in a long time! The furniture is old and outdated the floors are glued down linoleum, the bathroom has an old jacuzzi style tub ( no, e we didn’t try it), that has a ring of dirt around it. The bedding was clean with no signs of infestation but the mattress was both hard and sagging at the same time.
There’s es construction with heavy equipment right next door going on all day.
The only reason we stated is because it was only for one night and everyplace else was full!
- Kelli (8/5): - The room itself was excellent, but the outside of the hotel could use a little work to make it look a little bit nicer. But overall the room was great.
- Daryl (10/5): Great Hotel - Had a great stay. Gary at the front desk was so welcoming.
Room was quiet and clean. Comfy bed.
Across the road is a superb steak grill.
The sunset was a bonus.
Recommend highly.
- Kyle (6/5): - The room was as expected. The surrounding area is very industrial and transient.
- LINDA (10/5): - The management was pleasant and nice. The room was clean and nice enough. The property could use a litte fixing up
- apriltZ4932RV (10/5): - Every thing was wonderful! It was clean, it smelled good, I felt safe, everything worked, the shower had a cool design, the location and price were right. I’ll be back next time I’m in town
- Maynard (3/5): The reviews and pictures do not match the stay. - There were blood stains on the floor of the room. The mattress covering was dirty and the bathroom didn't drain properly. Also, weird people hanging back
- Juanita (10/5): - It was really quiet. Everyone was so nice! I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area again
- Frederick (4/5): - They switched our room but the second one was marginal. First staff member was helpful but the other two were not. The low price did not make up for poor conditions.
- Patricia (4/5): Trash on floor in the bathroom. Infested with flies. - Didn't serve breakfast. Provided a 50% off coupon for nearby restaurant The flies! Room was filled with flies.
- Becky (8/5): - Clean, convenient, and comfortable.
- Tyson (4/5): - Check in was fine, got to the rooms and they were very smoke smell laden
- Evelyn (7/5): Ok for one night - Convenient Needs to be upgraded, modernized. Parking access was not accessible for me. I like to be close to my door. I’m 77 yrs I had to carry my things
- Dirk (1/5): Bad - The room smell like a cigarette
- Maeve (8/5): - Very nice people. Basic room and very clean.
- Dub (9/5): Superb -
- Tammy (8/5): - Great customer service.
- Cdl (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mckinley (2/5): way too over priced for the condition of the facility - no toilet paper in room, no breakfast which it advertised, only 1 set of towel in room, surrounding rooms were open and not cleans so any random individual could just walk in and stay in a dirty room. parking lot was dark the bed was rock hard
- Patricia (8/5): - Was quiet beds comfortable. Price was affordable.
- Janice (8/5): - Clean room including micro and fridge with late night check in. Hotel driveway was a little hard to spot as sign was out and we passed it a few times.
- Gary (8/5): - Area around property is a bit sketchy. Older property but things function and it was clean
- Mustafa (7/5): Good -
- Trisha (1/5): Room was dirty and we had to cancel and find another room - Location, right off the highway The room was disgusting. Spit of something on the walls. And the bed was old and misshapen. Didn’t even stay for 5 minutes.
- Grace (6/5): Pleasant -
- Suzy (8/5): - The shower was great- lots of hot water and no water on the floor due to design.
Could hear the outside noise very easily .
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Roch (10/5): - Well lit, safe enough, very clean, though dated.
- Ches (2/5): - This place was so disgusting just from the outside. The pictures were not a good representation of the actual property. The grounds were so disgusting we tried cancelling our stay immediately. I did not receive any feedback from anyone working there.
Absolutely DON'T STAY HERE.
- Wanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- steve (4/5): - Very old and run down property. Needs a major face lift. Staff was great
- Jan (6/5): - A friend and I checked in for a 1 evening stay to enjoy a local event in the area. The room was overpriced for the type stay we had- but it was the most reasonable we were able to find. For the bargain price of $300 we walked into a room with a standard room w/ 2 full size beds, small bathroom and a few amenities like a fridge & TV. At first we thought - could be worse.. then after using the restroom and trying to wash- the sink had more water flowing out from the top of the faucet than the tiny trickle coming from the end of the
- Jeff (1/5): Not Worth it!!! - Nothing, booked on-line, could not see “the real property” in person. Water was not at full capacity, curtains not CNN ironed, shower curtain not ironed, bathtub looked old and rusty,. Bed was okay. Check out at 11 and cleaning person came by at 10, felt rushed.
When I looked at the site, Only one room available! The parking lot was basically empty!
- Fred (8/5): - We
- Patricia (8/5): Very good - Needs more updates
- Kimberly (10/5): - Super convenient, comfortable beds and pillows.
- Robert (1/5): One totally dissatisfied customer - As much as I could. The location was good. The reservation was nothing like requested. Also the Mgt was in a t-shirt and bare feet plus there were toys scattered about in the entrance. If this is the best that Wyndham can put their name on maybe I'll have to remember that for my next trip. I should let you know i did not spend the night because of all the negative things with the reservation and Mgt.
- Becky (8/5): - Good stay - very firm bed and no breakfast, which I would have liked to have known. The website definitely lists it, but upon arrival we were told it’s only during the summer.
- Gloria M (4/5): - Request queen bed. Not!!
- Don (4/5): - Easy access off highway 16
Price was acceptable
Office staff friendly and helpful
There was no breakfast available even though it is still advertised as offered.
Mattress needs to be replaced.
- I580OEamandap (10/5): Amazing - Greatest service everything was so perfect and just amazing. No complaints. always stay there. I recommend it to everyone who gose through miles City Mt. Pleasant Dr and beautiful view. Most amazing people there always a smile on there face
- Curtis (4/5): - The mattresses are in real bad shape. When you lay on it you're sucked ib the middle
- Judith (2/5): - Shared on a previous review. There were 7 points of poor performance. The maintenance man was excellent but was negated by the front desk’s poor performance. The room was dirty, TV took almost 2 hours to get working, heater was overly loud. Smoke detector needed a new battery. Bed /bedding shoved up against the heater: fire hazard. Furnishings showed decades of wear & tear. It was a shelter for the night was about all. But I saved $10.
