• 為綸 (1/5): 放棄 謝謝 - 沒有 住宿停車場的欄杆有寫住宿的可以跟櫃檯領取代幣做使用 不過當天到現場 櫃檯並沒有給我們停車場所需的代幣 所以只要進出停車場 都需要下車 去隔壁棟的櫃檯請人員開柵欄 當天晚上6點左右 我們有出門到附近買東西 回來的時候一樣 要去櫃檯請服務人員開門 這時左邊跑來一位穿制服的工作人員跟我們說 現在沒有位置喔 沒辦法停。 我和我老婆 聽到傻眼 （因為 我們下午有停過一次。裡面快20個車位 現場不到5台車在停 結果他說沒有位置。 我老婆還是一樣 跑去隔壁櫃檯詢問 這才幫我們開柵欄） 到了地下停車場 還是一樣啊… 加我一台車 一樣不到5台…. 再來。 浴室的水是哪裡有問題== 忽冷忽熱欸 房間裡 一張桌子也沒有 我們只能搬衣櫃的置物桌來做使用。還有冷氣很熱 調過了 也還是一樣 還有 一晚4800的房間 裡面竟然沒有一罐礦泉水 雖說走廊有 可以自己去裝 可是 房間給的熱水壺 上面都是灰餒！

• meiling (10/5): Overall is very nice! - Staff is very nice and helpful. Miss chance to use hot spring due to cleaning. Make cleaning in much shorter time should be helpful for hot spring hotel.

• Minyang (8/5): Great Onsen! - It is really nice to be able to enjoy the onsen in the room. The room is very spacious. The bed is on the hard side. And do note that if you did not book packages including dinner, they may not be able to cater dinner for you. That's what happened to us on the first night when we arrive. Luckily we have a driver that could drive us out for dinner. The breakfast had a good variety, but the quality can still be improved.

• M (9/5): Far from city center but definitely worth the detour for a night's stay to decompress! - They apparently gave me a free upgrade to a superior room (didn't bother fact-checking the price difference) but it was fantastic. The room was huge, shower and tub was huge and it even came with a bidet. Honestly value-for-money despite the pricier rates. The public hot spring was decent too. But the greatest part of the stay was the breakfast - wide spread of honestly quite high quality. High quality shabu shabu beef for breakfast??? Sign me up! They even had a great Ba Kut Teh broth which reminded me of home. The other spreads are of quality as well. Restaurant also have a very decent view of the surroundings. Only thing stopping me from giving a 10 is the location - it is a 20-30 minute drive from Taichung city area. You would probably want to take a cab there so factor that cost in. The hotel itself isn't the easier location to get a cab as well so cater more time if you need to meet certain timeline. This hotel is more suited for a retreat (spend time in the smaller areas around the hotel/climbing the mountain) rather than an accommodation for visit Taichung city.

• Jazzy (8/5): Very good - The room was nice and comfortable. We loved soaking in the private hot spring and it made your skin really smooth after. The dinner buffet was sumptuous with a good spread. Even though the stay was pricier than other parts of Taiwan, it was quite worth it!
• CHU HSUEH (8/5): 泡溫泉、恢復疲勞的好地方 - 這次住的房間很大、雖說有些飯店有些年紀了。但！還是讓人覺得很放鬆耶⋯⋯ 床鋪很好睡躺在床上感覺軟硬適中、不會在第二起來後、腰酸背痛的。很不錯。美中不足的地方是浴室的隔音不佳、隔離浴室放掉水時、聲音真的太大聲、尤其是已經入睡時、被轟隆轟隆的聲音吵醒、溫泉水感覺還好而已。

• Onee (10/5): Exceptional - Room was clean, spacious with hot spring installed in the bathroom. very relaxing and rejuvenating. public hot spring has 2 options, naked or with bathing suit on. like that the steam room here provide salt so you can scrub a little bit and leave the salt on and steam, very good for skin! nothing grand or fancy but the mattress, pillows and beddings are very very very comfortable. we had a feast during dinner (free flow beer! Though we only drank 1 glass, not good to get drunk for hot spring), that gesture of having free flow beer is just generous! cuisine is more tailored for Asian stomach if you are foreigners might have less options.

• stevekyne (10/5): Outrageous price, but quite possibly worth it - This is a review of the hot spring only. First impressions: the building is beautiful, modern and appears new. Second impressions: the receptionist who served me spoke perfect English and inquired if that was the langauge I would like to use. Third impression: the price is outrageous. NTD600, because - as the receptionist informed me - it was a holiday. I later found out this meant the weekend. Having said that staff were decked out in Halloween costumes which added a certain degree of holiday ambience to proceedings. Back to the price, and according to the web-site, the fee is NTD450 on weekdays and NTD550 on weekends. Kids are cheaper. I could have been slightly ripped off, or the web-site could have been out-of-date. So if I was miffed about the price, why am I still giving it 5 stars? Two reasons: the facilities were huge (as Tawianese hot springs go), clean and varied; and the other punters were largely very friendly. One guy saw that I was a little lost upon arriving and took it upon himself to show me around. Delightful. Towels are provided, and hot and cold filtered water is on tap. I, for one, will be returning, steep price notwithstanding.
• Henrytw (9/5): Superb - The buffet (breakfast & dinner) is nice and cost-effective. Room is very clean and capacious. There is a hiking trail next to the hotel, with a gentle slope, suitable for young and old to hike. The public SPA facilities are not bad.

• SENDO (8/5): 適合闔家出遊放鬆的溫泉渡假酒店 - 櫃檯服務人員親切有禮，房間內就可以泡溫泉很舒適，彈簧床墊非常舒適！唯地下停車場車位太少，有可能要停到室外。大眾池及裸湯因為有販售泡湯卷所以會有非住宿用戶使用，週末人會很多，就少了泡溫泉該有的悠閒感… 星空酒吧只營業到11點，似乎太早了點？遊戲中心有一張撞球桌及一張乒乓球桌可免費借用，但桌子似乎有點老舊，撞球桌的檯面不是很平整，乒乓球桌的球網鬆鬆垮垮，建議飯店應考慮更新這兩項設備。花見西餐廳的早餐和晚餐自助餐菜色選擇多，但品質跟不上價格，恐怕是整間飯店最需要加油的地方。整體來說，仍是非常適合闔家出遊的好選擇！

• ming hong (8/5): - 我們住豪華客房，浴室湯屋跟房間一樣大，可一面溫泉浴一面欣賞窗外風景。雖有兩種公共澡堂，但是疫情關係還是怕怕。早餐很多樣，水果新鮮又大塊，桌子也有適當區隔。會館餐廳、附近餐廳也不少，吃很方便。

• 943kbc (10/5): Public spa is great - What a bargain price of 599 nt per person to enjoy the lovely water with the powerful jets. You can use the steam room too. I liked the extra hot pool. A great place to relax for an afternoon and so inexpensive.
• kitlaimaggiec (10/5): In-room Onsen and large room - First time visit TaiChung and spend my first night in this hotel. Select in a room for 4 persons and found exceptional double big beds. The best is the in-room onsen with I can relax in the night when we arrive late. In-room amenity include cup noodles and drinks in case you are hungry in late night. Hotel also give you complimentary desserts to treat you after onsen. The next day, we spend time in the outdoor water facilities. If you are travel with small children, there's also a room with simple entertainment to play with. Parking space available and staff are helpful. I will revisit this hotel next time when I stay in Taichung.
