- Maureen (5/5): Old and in need of an upgrade particularly the bathroom. - The location was good and unit old but clean Plumbing was noisy and water not very hot, shower was a bit dangerous due to drop as you entered. Fridge was noisy and not very cold could do with a good clean outside and seals. The bed was very hard.

Good to see the privacy levels are low let alone i was unable to grab all my belongings as I was given 2 minutes to get out

- Ward (7/5): We would have loved to stay longer but this stay didn't allow for that. I would stay again. - Location was great very central, and easy to find. We weren't there long enough to have a good look around but I feel the pool area would have been great too. 1. Safety issue. I triped on the raised floor into shower and toilet room causing me to fall onto the shower screen. I was not hurt but did get a fright. 2. My brother stayed in Room 7 he triped on a raised floor into his vanity and shower area. A suggestion of a highlighted strip to indicate a raised Area. 3. On the back of the shower and toilet door is what appeares to be a water stain, mabe a second hand door but would have better appearance if it was painted. 4. A chair cover in the unit was heavily stained. 5. I believe a small update of curtains and matching coverings would be benifitial to the complex.

- Katherine (6/5): I still would come again but I think I would ask for a change of rooms. - I always stay here because of the location and the managers are wonderful. The rooms are always clean and the pool is just lovely. Normally I have no complaints apart from the terribly tight car parking spots. But this time our shower leaked and dripped constantly until we turned the tap so hard I am sure the next person will need some big muscles or a wrench to loosen it. And because our room was a bit tucked away it smelt of cigarette smoke.

The smoke alarm kept beening loudly every 5 or so mins, I did tell a lady that I made payment to & she just kinda shrugged it off, it was annoying.. The aircon made an annoying sound unless it was on high. First bad experience at this motel though

- Shelfords (8/5): Great value. Great location. Nice and clean!! - Staff were very accommodating in providing a receipt (Booking.com doesn't) and also in changing out linen (towels) upon request. Hotel is a bit dated but is in a great location and I feel well priced for what you get. There is also a chinese restaurant conveniently located adjacent to the hotel; great if you don't want to go too far for dinner. Overall a very good experience 😊

- Chanelle (3/5): No idea how Booking.com gave this hotel 8/10, this was very misleading and should be 6/10 at best. - Location was great. Housekeeping staff were very good. Lack of insect screens and security on windows. There was mould on the ceilings, and heavily stained carpet and chairs. No bedside lights. Blind in bathroom broken and curtains stiff and very hard to move.
