- Valter (9/5): Promosso ma si può fare di meglio - Tutti super gentili e disponibili. Dai vari concierges, alla dolcissima signora che ci ha servito la colazione. Pulito, pulitissimo. Bello e ben progettato, con finiture di qualità. Male la tv, con decoder e necessità di chiamare il concierge per farla funzionare; migliorabile la colazione, magari con qualche proposta salata calda.

Il rubinetto del bidet non buttava acqua da quanto era intasato, televisore sintonizzato su un film porno trasmesso dall'hotel /motel...di cattivo gusto . Colazione al minimo per un 4 stelle, qualche fetta di prosciutto cotto, qualche fetta di fontina e uova sode del giorno prima , niente pane fresco , niente salato caldo Scarso Non ci tornerei.

- AG85 (9/5): Beautiful place, very soundproof - Beautifully decorated hotel, with all necessities, parking, park, swimming pool, on site bar. The room itself was amazing, very spacious with bidet and whirlpool bath on suite as well as four poster bed. Tv, desk, breakfast table and much more. Kept exceptionally clean especially in communal areas. Hotel located in a quiet area, so was very peaceful. With ample space to walk dogs. Also sound proofing of the room was brilliant, could not hear a thing. Only issues were the bed, it was huge but very hard and pillows very thin so was uncomfortable to sleep on. And also someone before us used a lot of confetti and it was still evident all over the room, so cleaning could have been done better.

Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e nel cortile interno c’è una piscina che si può utilizzare liberamente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono considerando la posiziona fuori mano del posto e l’evento prezzo della stanza anche in bassa stagione. La colazione ci ha deluso: tavoli insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, cibo scarso o mancante e di bassa qualità. Rumore notturno dal giardino, non c’era nessuno dello staff che si premurasse di garantire il silenzio.

Punto strategico per raggiungere diverse località, In 20 min di auto si raggiunge la splendida Val Vertova, il Lago di Iseo, e le miniere da visitare. Poco più di mezz'ora per il Lago di Garda Piscina pulita con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione, anche per la giornata del check out. Ci è mancato però uno spazio all'aperto, ma coperto e riparato dal sole, dove poter stare in relax

- Loes (1/5): Disappointment - I liked the location and the pictures on booking.com. The girl at the reception was very friendly, she spoke excellent English and was very accommodating. The entire hotel, especially the rooms, smelled like hundreds of people smoked for decades in it. It was, waking up at night, unbearable. The airconditioning stopped working during the night. The toilet seat was broken. The pool was infested with mosquitoes so bad, you were unable to stay for longer then 10 minutes tops. And the breakfast was the maximal bare minimum. Old croissants, dry white bread, no fresh cuts of cheese or meat and bananas. The coffee was good though.

Al mattino chiedo una soluzione, viste le rimanenti 2 notti, mi viene detto che provvederanno. Torno alla sera stessa situazione, mi dicono che devo aspettare il manutentore che sarebbe arrivato da lì ad un' ora. Sbottò e minacciò fuga e richiesta di rimborso, solo così li convinco a farmi provare se in un altra stanza la temperatura mi aggrada maggiormente. Entrino in un altra stanza ( albergo praticamente vuoto) ed è il gelo! Mi cambiano stanza. Fine storia di una notte di passione. Mai più!

- Markus (8/5): - Freundliche Inhaber, aber auch nicht wirkliche Hoteliers. Kein Internet verfügbat, Frühstück recht übersichtlich und nicht für 4 Sterne würdig. Eigenartig, dass nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren und man dann aber ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommen hat,, obwohl mit dem Auto die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss praktischer gewesen wären. Auch eigenartig, dass man bei der Ankunft direkt die gesamte Hotelbuchunf bezahlen musste. Ohne Auto wohl nicht erreichbar. Pool und Garten sehr angenehm.

Only when they saw me call the police did they quickly give back the passport. I had a flight 3 hours from checking out as a pregnant woman and this amount of stress was cruel, undeserved and detrimental to my baby’s health. There is nothing to like. Rooms are spacious, but it really needs reconstruction and better cleaning overall. spider webs were everywhere. The mini fridge was dirty too ( not cleaned since previous visitor). Air conditioning not working..., very small TV with no Internet connection. If you come for oversleep with breakfast, save money on this extremely small breakfast of this 4star hotel which is served like in hostel or B&B... No bread, eggs already at 9.15! After several complaints they decided to go buy filled croasants and cooked few more eggs... That's all. Yes, they had yoghurt and banana with apple (no other fruit) but no muesli... No vegetables or salad - it was "impossible" as a Waitress said to get cucumber or tomato... Its a shame... Additionally, they don't respect privacy and ignoring Do not disturb signs! They could not provide iron (really old, by the way)because it was broken... The only one for the whole hotel.... All of this was discussed with the reception, but not any discount or compensation was possible! Management was "" not reachable"" and personell at reception was" "not authorised"" to deal with complaints, unbelievable. They ask guests to pay upfront, but we warn you to not do this!

- Mauro (8/5): Ottima struttura. - Camera molto confortevole, pulita, ampia e ben insonorizzata. Colazione variegata ed abbondante.
- Luca (8/5): Buona soluzione per pernottare in zona - Ho passato tre notti in questa struttura che appare molto elegante. Tutto bene, sicuramente la tranquillità data dalla posizione isolata in mezzo ai campi. Non ho usato la piscina che comunque era disponibile. Nella mia camera il wifi, pur presete, era praticamente inutilizzabile perchè segnale troppo basso. Inoltre la climatizzazione un po' troppo rumorosa. Per il resto tutto OK.

- Ambassador732210 (10/5): Hidden Gem - We stayed here on route to Corfu from the UK we were tired travellers and needed a bed and parking for Car and Boat trailer. they couldn't do enough for us even ordering Pizza for us late at night so we had a good nights sleep. Pool was clean and whole interior of Motel is spectacular, very up market. Wish i could of stayed longer.
