- sarahp848 (2/5): Absolutely disgusted - I was really disappointed in this hotel. Only 1 restaurant was open & the food was disgusting. The same thing at every meal & always cold. The one swimming pool was absolutely freezing. The shops in the hotel were meant to be open 10-6 but quite often shut about 1.30/2 The room was lovely & the cleaner was amazing. The pool side bar was the only place where the staff actually acted like they wanted to be there. Always friendly & up for a laugh. The entertainment was non existent except for 15 minutes of Karaoke one night. The reception staff were extremely rude. When my son complained about the lack of entertainment they said it was because the hotel was closing for the winter the week after we were there. He tried to point out that we had paid good money so should have had access to all the amenities shown on the website. My advise is to save your money & go somewhere else
- 282adag (10/5): Ok - Everything was great, but stupid people reserved sunbeds the day before with their own towels and pool toys. The main pool was noisy and crowded. The second pool was quieter, allowing for a peaceful time. The beach was crowded too. Not all staff understand English. It was difficult to get four towels in a four-person room…
- 492shaunn (10/5): A short weekend break - Arrived on Friday night, met with a friendly reception desk and a bell boy to bring my suitcase upstairs and show me to my room. The location is lovely, just a short 3 minute walk to the beach with their own private area with an abundance of sun loungers. Hotel staff overall very friendly and willing to help at meal times to grab drinks for you. The pool is large and has 2 slides, with music playing during the day and softly too in the evening. Rooms very clean and mini bar always stocked up. Balcony with a view of the sea and the pool, I can’t fault the place. A spa downstairs too, with small amenities during the day with the hotel featured shop, where you can purchase small gifts and souvenirs. Left on Monday, as this was a short weekend trip with a small dose of sun, away from work, just before the Christmas time. End of season was very quiet with not many guests left, but felt more personal as there was always staff around to help out. Food was good too, with a great selection suitable for everybody. Would come back 10/10🇹🇷
- L9513VAlisao (10/5): Fantastic stay - Fantastic hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here this half-term (end of October - beginning of November 2025). Kristina the sports lady is fantastic - her yoga and water aerobics was the highlight of my day! Staff are friendly and facilities well looked after. The food was varied and delicious - everyone found favourite meals and snacks. The ladies making traditional Turkish pancakes daily were superb. Turkish coffee and deserts cafe is a lovely place. Overall we loved our holiday and are very grateful for everyone's hard work. Especially, Kristina's - she is a super star full of positive energy!

The staff are so friendly and very respectful. Rooms are clean. The pool is very clean and has lovely beach access. The food service is amazing. Lots of variety and choices plus open from 0700 to 0230.

We will come back. Only thing to consider is airport transfer as it is expensive to get to the resort.

Its not nice when you want find free table and you see used plates and glasses everywhere. Specially thanks for kids animation team. My daughter did enjoy all their programs and they are nice to children. Big thanks for Veta ❤ We will come back to this hotel in future.

First of all, the resort has a beautiful and well-kept territory, a clean beach and cozy rooms. The service is at a very high level — the staff are always friendly, attentive and ready to help. The food was a very pleasant surprise — a wide variety of dishes, fresh products and something new every day. You can always find both European and Turkish cuisine. The animation deserves special mention! The team is talented, friendly and very active. During the day there are always activities for guests — games, sports, poolside entertainment. In the evenings — bright shows, music and dancing. The atmosphere is fun, light and friendly — you will never get bored. A special thanks to the animators Efe, Koray and Umut for their energy and smiles — they are the real soul of the resort. The spa and pools are excellent, everything is clean and well maintained. You can find quiet corners for relaxation and areas for active rest. Conclusion: Washington Resort Spa Kizilagac is a place where you truly want to come back. Perfect for holidays with friends, family or as a couple. The hotel combines comfort, delicious food and an incredibly friendly atmosphere. The price fully matches the quality. Highly recommended!
- edir776 (10/5): The best vacation - I liked everything about this hotel but the things i liked the most were the animation team and the staff overall they were all very nice also the food drinks and everything that was served there was very tasty i really recommend this hotel for the very good things that you get its very cheap the rooms were always clean and also very classy overall it was my best experience in a hotel!
- karolinapN1005MG (2/5): The animation group sucks - This hotel caters to Russian customers. Unfortunately, tourists from other countries are not respected here. The height of insolence was the behavior of the women from the entertainment group, who reserved seats for themselves with their handbags during the performance – yet spent most of their time in the bar drinking alcohol. Hotel guests stood or sat on the stairs, while the entertainment group cheerfully reserved seats.

- jimrZ4711QE (10/5): Great experience! - We Stayed in this hotel with my family the hotel was clean with fantastic facilities two aqua park, which meant neither were over crowded customers relations were very helpful and assisted with late check out. We booked direct and had a swim up room which was fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily and mini bar stocked regularly and lots of water. Hotel was close to amenities however there is no reason for you to leave the hotel with good shops and the games centre on a night offering the kids plenty to do the staff there were great.

If you can get a swim up.room Would say don't bother bringing liara as everything is priced in Euros. JEEP SAFARI TRIP IS EXCELLENT FUN..staff in the hotel so friendly and xant do enough to make your stay great. Will be looking to revisit.

One of The bar workers were very weird and made my 12 year old uncomfortable as he kept asking odd questions . The room was very modern . The entertainment was supposedly for ‘ kids ‘ as it was a kid friendly hotel , but on one night the entertainment was very weird . It was the queen of Washington and they choosed the prettiest women and she belly danced and even twerked , very innapropiate and lots of families left . They do offer services like hair and hammam but they do not tell you about it when you go . The shop owners were kind . They did not speak English in the hotel , during entertainment, and some of the staff did not know English at all . There was only free WiFi in a specific part of the lobby so we had to stay in the lobby for WiFi . Overall it lacked entertainment and got boring . But it was still enjoyable and fun .

- W9948NUmartinat (10/5): Best holiday with family - This hotel was absolutely great, the staff was excellent from the cleaners to the reception. They sorted everything out right away. The waiters were great, the bartenders were also in every single bar 😉. The hotel was clean, we had a room with a pool in the new part. The room was beautiful, cleaned regularly every day, clean towels and a replenished mini bar. Finally, I would like to highlight the work of the animators. The kids really enjoyed the miniclub with Veta, Vika and Bibi. Every day there was a great program that they created together for the kids, every evening there was a minidisco. The kids really liked these girls. And finally the work of the boys, Hugo and Samschuit (I don't know if the name is correct) perfect volleyball, lots of fun. And of course the best Efe. This guy does everything to make your whole vacation better. The darts with him were always full of laughter. Our whole family loved him and we miss him already. This great team of animators is lead by another great guy Koray, you can see that they are a great team. Thank you and we will definitely come back to this hotel 🫶

What stood out the most was the food — absolutely excellent! Every meal is delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There is a great variety, and everything I tried is full of flavor. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you enjoy good food!
- shaA2020 (10/5): Superb experience - First time visiting Turkey and I chose to stay in the Washington hotel resort and spa and wow I must say I was blown away. Taking 2 of my children I wanted to go somewhere it was family friendly and this really was the one. The food was exceptional, there were variety options to choose from. Also the service all round was superb. Having your room cleaned everyday was really nice. Honestly it was one of the best holiday destinations I have been to and would recommended to everyone.
- garyendo (10/5): beautiful stay at the washington - excellent hotel where food and drink is so fresh and plentiful. the hotel and its grounds are immaculately kept. animation team are friendly and fun and keep you entertained. the shows in the amphitheater are amazing. the boys particularly enjoyed the water slides. I would encourage more english to stay here as it would have been nice to meet people to socialise with.

- monikarR6366ZX (10/5): Very good experience in this hotel. RECOMMEND. - We were 2 moms with 2 boys of 6 years old. We had newly done room. Room was clean and newly done. Shower had 2in1 shampoo and shower gel. Lots of activities for kids and free ice cream for certain hours. Food was very good. Plenty of staff and all very polite and helpful. Everyday we got big bottle of water and some small bottles of sparkling water. Lots of activities for adults as well. All hotel Toilets were very clean and looked after. Only down side that alcoholic drinks were done with local drinks and mini bar in the room was not refilled.

There were two animators from Rusia (sorry forgot your name) that were amazing, even though my kids are small and do not speak englis,german or rushian, animators made sure they were included in all activities. - tunao161 (10/5): Very Friendly Staff - I stayed for a week. I came here after reading the hotel's comments, but don't be fooled by the bad comments. It's a compact hotel. The food is sufficient in variety and I think it's very delicious. The staff and managers are very attentive and friendly. If you have a problem, it's solved immediately. I stayed in a standard room, but the room isn't very important to me. I always spend my time at the sea and the pool. A new building has been added to the hotel. I don't care about the room. Large families should choose that place. I think the cleanliness is very good. I think the best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and guest relations managers. I will come again.

The hotel is very clean and the food is delicious with a wide range of foods, and even though I am a picky eater I was still full after every meal. The chefs were amazing and happy, the waiters were so friendly and attentive (especially two but I can’t remember their names!). The bartenders were also great and clearly love what they do! The entertainment team was the highlight of our holiday. They are all amazing, but in particular the entertainment manager (I’m not sure of his name) Samshut and Efes - I hope they are spelt right. They were absolutely incredible. Never failed to make us laugh and always took the time to talk to us. They were also very respectful as 3 girls always drinking!! They are amazing at what they do and are very special people. This hotel is 10/10 and I will definitely be coming again!!

Will definitely return next year! - The hotel was immaculately clean, and the most variety and choice of food I've ever seen. Spotless private beach, couldn't fault it. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day and the little touches were definitely noticed. The staff, particularly entertainment staff, were the best I've ever met... always happy, helpful, have time for you or will leave you to relax. They sincerely want you to have the best holiday for you. We are definitely returning to this hotel next year and we hope the same staff will be there!
- beave2025 (10/5): Great but restaurant managers are (no comment) - Beautiful hotel, rooms cleaned every day, water brought to the room every day, reception 10/10 drinks 10/10 overall my rating is 10/10 everything was great. but only 1 small problem. The managers at the restaurant treated their employees very badly (especially one manager) they shouted at them in front of customers which was very unpleasant because these people do really good and hard work (praise them for that) and in the morning he had a meeting for them where they stood in a row like in the army and pointed with his fingers shouting what each person should do. (it was stupid)

Food and drinks were very good . Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are quite big and clean. Overall we had a great holiday .
- Navigator14577570632 (6/5): No luxury, but okay - In relation to the fact that I expected a delicious 5-star resort, I was quite disappointed. It's just a hotel, with a nice beach. But the food that you could get on the "terrace" close to the beach (which you are not allowed to take to the beach) was not worth 5 stars. The indoor pool is not used by any guests and to get there you must first say no 20 times to massage and hamam as you are forced through the spa. Mini disco is a joke, and the entertainment is lacking. If you order cocktails from the menu in the lobby bar, the bartenders will be a little offended. They would rather serve beer and simple drinks. The food in the restaurant was fine, however, there is NO thought AT ALL that there should be something for children. They advertise freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, but I don't believe it's fresh, it tasted really bad. The rooms were nice enough but incredibly small. Their gözleme was delicious. Their ice cream, which is only from 1pm to 4pm, was a joke. All in all, the hotel was fine if you had booked an ordinary hotel and did not expect 5-star luxury.

We had a pleasant stay and I would absolutely recommend this place to choose. Many facilities to choose from and one the best thing is that the sea is super close. We would love to come back soon.
- T4632CGjamieh (6/5): Washington hotel turkey - So me and my girlfriend came on our first holiday here together, first of all the hotel itself is absolutely lovely, right on the beach and the pool area is very clean and well kept. the pool is massive and has a couple of water slides for younger kids, you never struggle to come down and get a sunbed regardless of the time of the day so don’t worry about coming down early with towels. On first arrival the reception staff were so bad, arrogant and straight up rude, they forgot to give us all inclusive bands and just wanted us away from them as soon as possible. On the flip side from that the bar staff, waiters/waitresses are very friendly even though they don’t speak a lot of English, the bar staff at the pool bar are especially nice and always make it a nice night when you are going up to order. We were the only British people here so there isn’t much interactions to have if your coming from the uk, there is a lot of German, Russian and Polish at this hotel and unfortunately they are all very rude especially at lunch and dinner times if you are waiting for a dish in a long line they barge in and think this is acceptable, one even pushed me out of the way for a plate of chips lol. This can’t be said about every person here of course but there was never any please or thank you from anyone else apart from us. The food is completely catered to German/russians, don’t expect to get bacon, beans, sausage or anything you usually get in the UK, if you don’t get the food as soon as it goes out to the buffet there’s a good chance it will be very cold. For dinner it’s mostly stewed food in very watery ‘sauces’ with the usual crispy chicken and plain pasta. If you are from the UK and are looking to book this hotel for a couple or even a family, the quick answer is don’t do it.
- pbO5030JC (6/5): Almost good, but food poisoning ruined it. - This is our 8th year in a row to Turkiye. We were at Kamelya hotels, Turan hotels. Adelya hotels, Majestic etc. Always there were ups and downs, but all of them known prior the reservation due the honest description of the tour operator or hotel itself and never ever food poisoning. This time, 2 families, eating cautiosly (not too much, not to sensible, no cookies or sauses in higher temepratures etc) and 6 of 7 members got diareea or other indigestive issues. After a few days of testing this and that I realized that I got myself the problems from soda glasses (pepsi ones) and "natural fruit juices" most probably. The Pepsi glasses and white plastic cups were washed manually with the same sponge, foam and vinegar, but were filthy as hell, smelling bad also. Food - was ridicolously small amount and variety of food for lunch at both of the locations (beach and inside), more than half of the food boxes were closed and empty. Breakfast and dinner were ok as quantity and variety, but the availalbe 2 hours for all meals (which were mostly 60-90 minutes maximum before taken away) was really limited in such a small place for thousand of people. Outside there were 3 ladies prepapring traditional turkish wraps and goffry and ice creams for 3 hours a day. Room service - cleaning ok but always delay or missed because we had to put our small kid to sleep at 14:30 so we had 3 cleanings in 7 days. Minibar - is a bad joke. First day 4 soda, 2 beer, 2 small water and one bottle of still water, from second day only the waters. Internet - 14 euro wireless / device / week with MAC and IP monitoring. In 2024 such a thing maybe in Non EU countries is possible, but more likely in Turkiye, Korea and Russia. Distances - very good, very close to bazar, beach, foodcourts, pools, all good. Prices - very high on spot - 1 digital picture with a parrot - 7 euros ? :))) Come one. After bargain, 22 pictures 50 euros, still...out of this world. Bazar - typical rubbish low quality fake stuff as usually. Little toy car die cast for my boy - 14 euros :))), plastic airplane 10 euros, leave it. Inflatable stuff for water fooling around 10-14 euros. Only swimming short of any brand and turkish rahat are ok for the price and cigarettes are best price ever. Do not but perfumes, it's only water with some similiar odour which last 2 seconds. Not even for free. Indoor bazar quite close as prices to the external one, for urgent small things you can suite yourself in the hotel. Rooms - we got a suite with 2 rooms in the older wing - inside was everything ok for 2010-2015. But without renovation and repairs, everything was like scratched, damaged, broken, dirty, looked and felt really sad. The safe was safe, nobody touched or tried to steal anything. Air conditioning - very good, primary room the central AC was working ok, kid's room a mitsubishy split was doing great job. Staff - everybody speaking great English, very positive experience. Pools - great pool outside, very good temperatures, slide are really limited (2 in total) working for 4 hours a day approx. Clean, warm, ok. Beach - really close to the hotel, like 6 mins walks through the beatufitul resort, sea was really warm, like 30+ celsius, shore was mixed sand and pebbles, definitely needed swimming shoes. Bad part is that it's getting really deep almost immediately, like in 3-4 meters away from the beach already 2 meters plus deep with some impressive waves all the time. Watersport skyhigh prices (jetski 60 euro 15 minutes, skydiving 70-120 euros, etc). Airport - 1.5 hours away from the hotel, depending on tour operator they will stop or not at local souvenier shops for 15 minutes. All in all, for 2500 euros 7 days ,all inclusive for 2 adults and 2 children, if there were no poisoning, would be ok-ish, but in the new renovated wing maybe and some extra time for meals. Dertour - as operator - they were ok, transport ok, HiSky as airline was mediocre, very high prices for even water (3 euros 500 ml water). Absolutely nothing just flying and with 1 - 1.5 hrs delay each flight. Probably will not return here only in case of some super extra discounts and big pack of drugs and medicine.

- eva (8/5): - Helt okej hotell med bra mat och riktigt bra planering av aktiviteter och annan service. Men utifrån nästan samtlig restaurangpersonals bemötande kan man inte låta bli att undra över hur de har det på jobbet. Städpersonalen alltid lika glada och trevliga och alla utrymmen på hotellet alltid lika välstädade, eloge :) Vi hade inte mycket kontakt med receptionspersonalen efter att de korrigerat vårt felaktiga rum första natten, (kanske för att vi undvek det). Fin lösning på poolområde och en toppenfin strand med havssköldpaddor intill!!! Endast 3 hissar innebär lång väntetid ibland. Skulle jag åka hit igen? Ja men jag skulle checka in fort och inte förvänta mig en trevlig service i barer och restauranger

Many Germans & Russians, don't think any other better places for Family with kids. Animators doing things above and beyond to make sure kids AND parents have time of their life! Will recommend to all, location and beach are super, with all water sports on the beach. Service is very good, they trying to please everyone at all the times.
- Mustafa (10/5): Prijs kwaliteit verhouding = perfect - Ik ben op vakantie geweest met me zus en me ouders. Vakantie ging perfect, personeel zeer vriendelijk, eten uitgebreid. Je betaalt er niet de hoofdprijs, daarom moet je bekijken hoe je vakantie was op basis van het prijs. Dit was optimaal. Kamers waren in orde, zwembad was schoon, strand letterlijk aan het hotel gelegen. Kortom top. Er zijn wel merendeel Duitsers, maar dat zie ik niet als een negatief punt. Een gemiddelde Nederlander verstaat makkelijk Duits. De animatieteam spreekt ook nog Engels dus dat is geen big deal. Daarnaast was het hotel zeer kindervriendelijk. Maar voor volwassenen was er ook nog genoeg te doen. van beach volleybal naar waterpolo, verschillende zwembad activiteiten. kortom top vakantie.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Entspannte Atmosphere - Das Essen war gut und das Personal freundlich, darum gebe ich eine "4". WLAN hatte ich keines im Zimmer, in der Lobby funktionierte es so lala. Bei der Ankunft hatte ich Probleme, da ich übers Internet gebucht habe. Ein Anruf bei hotels.com klärte die Sache - ich musste den Anruf bezahlen obwohl ich keinen Fehler gemacht habe.
