- Benjelloun (7/5): It was nice - The location is perfect and i had pretty much everything i needed. I ESPECIALLY liked the people working there in restaurant service and the cleaning people. They are super nice and helpful i really hope they are well taken care of and paid decently. Special shout out to the lady working at restaurant who’s always smiling A little too crowded and at first they gave me a room next to the AC system was super noisy but they changed it later for me. I also didn’t like the fact that there are not much options in the bar for people who don’t drink alcohol . No fresh juices or fun healthier drinks

- Kubilay (9/5): - Het is zeker een ultra all in hotel. Het eten is divers en lekker en is er de hele dag. Er is zelfs een nachtrestaurant tot 6 uur! Er is voor ieders wat wil. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Worden ook elke dag keurig schoongemaakt. Elke dag krijg je ook frisse handdoeken. Onze kamer had een uitzicht op het resort en het strand. Zwembaden zijn groot genoeg en schoon. Er is ook een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Service is uitstekend. Voor de kinderen is er oom genoeg te doen. Er is een kidsclub met een goede animator en savonds kunnen de kinderen meedoen met traditoneel mini-disco. Wij hebben er 5 leuke dagen gehad. De verlichting is soms wel een puzzel in de kamer.

- Rami (6/5): One of the best in Belek.. if not the best.. - Its my second time in Sherwood dreams and I loved it before and still love it.. staff are really friendly and super helpful.. food variety and quality is really good.. one of the best in its category Despite that almost everything was great I had the below disappointments which really can be fixed if a regular maintenance was conducted 1. There was some dirt coming out of the jacuzzi when you switch it on. Once I informed the reception they immediately offered to switch room. Which was a good gesture from them. Yet when I went to the other room, I asked them to try the jacuzzi before moving and the same problem was there.. so they sent someone to fix it in my room, and unfortunately it still have the same problem definitely need proper maintenance. 2. There was some maintenance out of the room and they left a lot of dirt outside. I have informed the front desk yet it was not cleaned out. Dust and cable cuts were all over the carpet at the entrance of the room. 3. Too many children playing in the lobby area and the bars and they were too loud..

- Alois (1/5): Hôtel dangereux : grave accident sur la grande roue, entretien déplorable - Le personnel du Kids Club était très attentionné. La nourriture était correcte. La plage était sympa. Nous avons séjourné au Sherwood Dreams Resort et avons été victimes d’un incident de sécurité extrêmement grave dans le parc d’attractions de l’hôtel. Lors d’un tour de grande roue, le mécanisme s’est brusquement déréglé : le moteur s’est inversé et a fonctionné en roue libre, projetant violemment notre nacelle contre le sol. Nous avons dû sauter avec nos enfants pour éviter un accident grave. Après l’incident, plusieurs témoins – y compris du personnel de l’hôtel – ont confirmé que le manège présentait déjà des problèmes et que les règles de sécurité et de poids n’étaient pas respectées. Le management a reconnu la vétusté de l’installation, mais n’a proposé qu’un late check-out, sans réelle reconnaissance de la gravité de la situation. Au-delà de cet événement, de nombreux équipements de l’hôtel sont en panne ou mal entretenus, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas à un établissement affiché 5 étoiles : luminaires hors service, attractions du parc fermées, jacuzzi défectueux… ➤ Nous recommandons vivement à Booking.com et aux futurs clients d’exiger une inspection de sécurité avant d’y séjourner.

The reception staff is rude,never smiling,you are not welcome when you arrive at the hotel.We booked room with sea view,but when we arrived it was not avaible and we had to spend few hours at reception next day to fight for better room what we booked.If you need any information, they are telling you to find it online.The hotel needs renovation,its far from 5 stars,more like 3 stars.Very loud music from the bar until 1-2 o'clock at the night.

The animation team were very entertaining. The restaurant staff were great. Engin at the Turkish restaurant especially And Schabi who did the activities during the morning and afternoon was amazing. The beach is nice, just be sure to get up early and claim a chair! The air conditioning was very weak.. the room was so hot... especially in the mornings. Some of the sliding doors on the windows had broken locks. Security hazard when you're on the ground floor and people are walking past your room regularly. The taxi's that the hotel call for you charge way too much to go to the airport, and try to get aggressive when you tell them they are overcharging you compared to the price it says on the meter. Book your own taxi online. It was very hard to book the a la carte restaurants as their was almost no avalibility during our stay ... same goes for the massages at the spa.. almost no availibility. (Perhaps it was just a very busy week)

- Alicja (9/5): Excellent stay from every aspect! - We liked the staff, bedrooms, facilities, abundance of sun loungers around pool and beach, plenty of snack bars and bars, very good variety of food and drink available around the clock, the fridge stocked daily with soft drinks, water and beers. Overall best hotel resort that we have stayed in for quite a while. There were plenty of fridges around with small bottles of ice cold water included in the all inclusive. Over all an excellent holiday. Would definitely recommend. The safe in our room was just a few inches off the floor. Very awkward for elderly folks.

- Elif (4/5): - Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Zwar gibt es nette Angebote wie ein kleines Kirmes, aber das Hotel ist insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sauber. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig geputzt, die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt, aus dem Kühlschrank lief Wasser und das Badezimmer hat extrem gestunken. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurden zudem beide Kinder krank, was den Eindruck mangelnder Hygiene noch verstärkt. In der aktuellen Verfassung nicht zu empfehlen.

- Elena (7/5): It was ok, but we have no idea to repeat - The hotel is not really big, but still has everything that you need: many waterslides, pool is wonderful, tennis court, fitness center, spa ... The food was really good. No mayonnaise or quark salads, but really balanced and tasty food even in the canteen. The staff team (except animation and cleaning) is very polite and ready to help. Animation team is tired. They haven't been interested in work at all. Always sad, unhappy and non-communicative even with children. During our stay (8 Days) I Have seen only once someone playing volleyball, no one playing waterpolo. I have huge experience with club and family hotels animation teams. It was the worst one. The hotel isn't clean at all. Awful. We could get room cleaning service only after 3 days of staying and after claiming at the reception. And after that nothing has been changed.

Le sol de la chambre n’est pas nettoyé tout les jours . L’heure de la fin du buffet du soir 9h est trop tôt de plus le fait d’enlever les plats et desserts à 8h50 est pas professionnel .
- Fatih (7/5): - In het hotel was alles aanwezig, eten is goed, kamers waren goed. Er was wat miscommunicatie tussen de medewerkers waardoor we wat langer moesten wachten bij het inchecken. Daarnaast kregen we per mail een week later nog een factuur opgestuurd terwijl alles al via Booking betaald was wat enorm verwarrend was. Ik heb ze gebeld wat de factuur voor was en dit was blijkbaar standaard en dit hoefde ik niet te betalen gaven ze aan.

- Catalina (9/5): Great Resort - I loved the staff first and foremost, they deserve to be recognized all of them , super nice, attentive, helpful and hard working (rarely I see such hard working ppl from the youngest to the oldest. It’s clean , constantly they clean. Plenty of snacks and food 24h. The rooms are spacious and daily cleaning and restocking. I wished they had more entertainment like the hotel next to it like foam party, night club, better live music. I understand it’s family hotel however are lots of young couples.

Meer, Sonne und gute Leute kennengelernt. - Buffet und Restaurants (Essen) sehr gut, Fitnessstudio gut, Mitarbeiter im Waver Restaurant sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelanlage gut. Reception freundlich. Reinigungspersonal immer freundlich. Die Animation war sehr toll. Mehmet, Umut , Schaby, Fatma, DJNemo hatten wir grossen Kontakt und hatten viel Spass mit Ihnen und haben uns auch in Angelegenheiten, die wir brauchten mit der Sprache geholfen. Das Abendprogramm war abwechslungsreich und für die Jugendlichen den Ausflug in OpenAir Disco war Top. Angebote wie Massagen, Wellness, Coiffure, Pedi und Maniküre super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gut. Für Nichtraucher ungeeignet! Als Nichtraucher hat man verloren kleine ungemütliche Plätze für Nichtraucher…(ungemütliche Plätze = neben einer lauten Lüftung, neben der Anfahrt von Bussen und Taxis wo man von Abgasen eingenebelt Fitnessstudio teilweise als Spielplatz für Kinder genutzt. Die Waver Bar war auch gut bis auf einzelne Mitarbeiter, die ständig am Handy waren statt zu arbeiten. Es gab manchmal lange Wartezeiten beim Getränke holen, obwohl viele Angestellte an der Wavebar waren… vielmals hat einer die Getränke rausgegeben und mit den andern Mitarbeitern gesprochen (es sah nach belustigende Gespräche untereinander was ja ok ist, aber die Kunden bedienen wäre doch ihre Arbeit gewesen) Ich habe drum gebeten das ich morgens 1 dl Laktose freie Milch bekomme… leider von 10 Tage habe ich nur an 3 Tagen welche bekommen! Die Sprachbarriere für uns Deutsch Sprechende und Italienisch Sprechende war schwierig auf der ganzen Anlage. Das Meer ist nicht wirklich schön zum Baden. Das Wasser unklar, tief und steinig … Sandburgen bauen fast unmöglich.
- Ali (7/5): جميله جدا وكافيه لمده 3 ايام - 1/ فعاليات وروح الفريق الي يتعاملون فيها ناس موجوده 2/ ابطال المطعم الي طول وقت يشتغلون 3/ 3 العاب مال ماء لمختلف الاعمار شيء جميل 4/ وجبات طعام متعدده ولذيذه جدا 5/ فقرات مسرح جميله جدا ومتنوعه تاخير عند استلام غرفه وصلت ساعه 14:10 استلمت الغرفه بعد ساعه 16:00 قله في مصاعد ، مصعد واحد لكل بنايه مبلغ مقارنه بحجم منتجع ( اتوقع كان من ممكن ان احصل منتجع اكبر بنفس سعر واحتمال اكون غلطان بسبب قرب وقت الحجز الي حجزت بي ) موضوع تبريد الغرف لا يتلائم مع الحر الموجود

- Atmane (4/5): L'hôtel ne mérite pas de 5 étoiles , la nourriture était vraiment pas bonne, l'hôtel est très petit - La piscine La nourriture, l'hôtel en général , le personnel s'est permis de rentrer alors que je fesait la sieste avec mon fils de 20 mois. Aucun effort de la part du personnel. J'ai vraiment pas aimé cette hotel je le déconseille fortement. J'ai passé 5 jour et c'était 5 jours qui mon paru très long.

- Viktor (10/5): - Персонал отеля действительно старался сделать отдых комфортным — были внимательны, вежливы и отзывчивы. Многие сотрудники говорят на русском. К сожалению, заход в море оказался крайне неудобным — уже через 5 шагов глубина по шею. На берегу есть песок, но дно покрыто галькой и камнями, поэтому купаться можно только в акватапках. Для детей и тех, кто неуверенно держится на воде, условия совсем не подходят. Кроме того, за всё время отдыха не было ни «турецкой ночи», ни пенной вечеринки, которые обычно в других подобных отелях проводятся каждую неделю.

Al a carte restaurant choice and food quality. Cleanliness around the pool. Rooms sometimes not cleaned and mini bar not refilled. No restaurants and bars near.

Gece gitmemize rağmen bebeğimizle bizi mağdur etmeyen gece müdürüne ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. 24 saat açık restoran lezzetli yemekleri. 24 saat açık bar isteğinize göre yapılan kokteyler. Bıkmadan bizim isteklerimizi yapan Patenci batu kardeşimize de teşekkür ederiz. Restorantta bebeğinize özel yapılan mamalara kadar düşünülmüş konakladiginizda iyiki diye bileceginiz bir yer. Teşekkürler Oda temizliğine çok önem göstermiyorlar. Havlular temiz ama genel olarak oda temizliğini begenmedim
- Ayat Rohia (10/5): - We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a huge variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. The kids (10 and 6 years) absolutely loved the place. There were activities and entertainment all day long, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The reception staff and everyone we met were always smiling and welcoming. We booked a car to the Land of Legends from the reception and the prices were similar to other outside companies, however the guy helping us was extremely kind and helpful! The only minor comment we had was that sometimes the room cleaning was delayed until around 3 p.m., probably due to shortage. But the rooms were cleaned very well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

- Jason (7/5): Average hotel for a 5 star, Fantastic if a 4 Star - Staff were incredible. They work very hard every single day and did long hours. Super friendly and super helpful the whole time we were there. Food was delicious and plentiful all day long. Pools were nice. Drink service by the team on roller skates was Ace. The entire place looked tired and needs some investment to elevate its status to one of more luxury that holiday makers would associate with a 5 star hotel. Whilst the hotel fits the basic criteria of a 5 star hotel on paper it lacked what I believe holidaymakers who have been to plenty of 5 star hotels have experienced. If this was your first holiday abroad to a five star hotel, I think you would be impressed. The food was great and varied there was 24 seven. I’ve read comments where it gets boring but I just can’t see how that’s possible. Such great variation.
