• georgia (10/5): Great stay, comfortable, spacious and clean - Good location, able to walk everywhere but slightly out of the super touristy loud streets. Clean and a lot bigger than we expected, even had a nice bathtub. Shower was great. We were able to leave our bags at reception prior to check in aswell as leave them after we checked out so that we could continue to explore the city without our bags in tow. Nice coffee machine. the thick windows also block out a lot of street noise. Nothing.
• Jorge (7/5): Fantástico, si no fuera por el ruido de la calle. - Hotel muy céntrico, ubicación fantástica cerca de Rembrandtplein y de la parada de metro, habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas y modernas, baño grande y muy bien equipado Ubicado junto a una calle de mucho tránsito de vehículos y autobuses. Las ventanas antiguas no aíslan en absoluto el ruido de la calle lo que hace difícil conciliar el sueño. El hotel provee tapones para los oídos como solución, algo insuficiente cuando se paga casi 400 euros por una noche. Una lástima porque sólo por esto no volveremos.

The room was terribly small for the price. The window was a busy street so we could hear a lot of noise. The shower is wet-room style and it's not isolated very well with the rest of the bathroom so water ends up everywhere.

I am devastated by the quality of this stay, especially having paid over £600. The room was incredibly small, and there was no lift access. To make matters worse, there were no typical hotel facilities, just a front desk. Simple expectations were not met: there wasn't even enough milk for one person for two days—let alone two people—and the cups provided did not even fit under the coffee machine. I have never felt as deflated by a hotel stay as I did here, and I certainly would not stay again. Given the experience, the cost was completely unjustifiable.

• Maria Teresa (7/5): Top per la posizione, bene per il resto. - Il pezzo forte di questo hotel è la posizione! Proprio a due passi dal mercato dei fiori e da Rembrandtplein, inoltre in 10 minuti si raggiunge facilmente anche piazza Dam e la zona di Jordan; comodo anche per raggiungere a piedi anche la zona dei musei. Vicinissimo alla metro 52, che collega a Zuid stazione dove prendere il trenino per l’aeroporto. Super comodo! Per il resto, personale accogliente e struttura molto basica. Da apprezzare la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Stanza e bagno piccoli e finestra alta e piccola, che non permetteva di vedere fuori né di aprirla. Scale strette e assenza ascensore. Si avverte la mancanza di un frigorifero per le bibite e in bagno alcuni prodotti per l’igiene (presente solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo e saponetta).

• David (8/5): Amsterdam Visit - Good location for sightseeing. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds with very large pillows. There is street noise, which we were aware of at booking. Ear plugs were left in the room to use. Coffee pods and tea bags need to be replenished daily.

• Ioana (6/5): - The location is pretty ok. The staff’s behavior needs improvement. When we arrived, the receptionist was quite rude and almost questioned why we were there. After we explained, he informed us that the room would be ready at 3:00 PM. When we returned, despite having booked a deluxe room, we were given one with a very small window that did not match the pictures. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I asked the receptionist to change the room; at first, he was reluctant, but after coming to inspect it himself, he eventually agreed. Additionally, the bathroom light and ventilation system are automatic and turn off after a short period of inactivity. This can be disturbing, especially if you are a light sleeper, as it may not be the most comfortable environment.

Les photos ne correspondent pas aux chambres. Ils ont refusé de nous changer de chambre malgré le prix payé.

The room (26) was very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. However, the floor was noticeably uneven, so the bed was slightly slanted as well. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, cleanliness was great, but the uneven floor did affect the comfort of the stay.

The hotel was so well placed for everything and felt safe with the 24-hour reception. The rooms were spotless and had immaculate decor. The bed was super comfy. Room and water were warm. Considering how central we were, the rooms were not noisy, and we only noticed the rare emergency siren.

O acesso aos quartos é por escada, o que pode dificultar, não foi o meu caso, pois fiquei no primeiro andar. E o banheiro não tem box fechado, e a parte externa fica bem molhada, mas eles limpam o quarto todos os dias e trocam os tapetes, isso já ajuda bastante.

The location is truly ideal, right along the beautiful canals and within walking distance of the city center and the museums, which made exploring incredibly easy and enjoyable. The room was spotless every single day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
• Stella (6/5): Attendez vous à voir du personnel au ralenti qui sont constamment sur leur téléphone. C’est pas très bien insonorisé on - C’est moderne et on peut régler la température. L’emplacement est bien La télévision n’a que des chaînes en néerlandais. Impossible de regarder autre chose dans une autre langue donc inutile. J’ai demandé à connecter la télé au wifi car elle n’avait pas de signal et ils n’ont rien pu faire. Le monsieur a la réception ne savait pas quoi ni comment faire me laissant sans solution !
