• Dian (6/5): The location was great and so were the staff. But the hotel needs a massive repair! - The lobby was great! The hotel was outdated and needs a repair.

The property has shown its age and the interior has not been updated. Still uses the old cable tv. Might be better if they were to implement smart tv with android tv to enhance the experience.

Friendly and helpful staff When I first arrived AC not cool after they check it out they give me to change another room. Hot water not working well and old amenities. Need to refurbish to meet an improvement

• Anjani Disti (1/5): - One of the worst hotel I’ve ever visit. I was supposed to stay here for two nights. But after what I’m going through here, I’m glad I decided just to stay one night. Book the hotel through online travel agent and I already paid it with my credit card. Somehow the hotel said they didn’t received the payment. At first I was fine with them checking it back and forth because this kind of thing happen sometime. But one of the receptionist was being rude about it. It seems like he doesn’t trust that I can paid the hotel. He keeps assuming that I got problem with my credit card. In the end, the other receptionist let me go to my room and she told me she will handle it and inform me once it was done. The room was old and sad. The bed was awful, shower didn’t work well, fridge was dirty, closet door was broken and so on. I totally understand that it is an old and cheap hotel. What concerns me was how dirty the beds were. I can feel and see some dust on top of it. Spent almost an hour just to clean it, because I have a baby staying with me. And also, when I woke up in the morning my body got this red itchy swollen spots in some part of my body. My guess, I got bit by bed bugs. The next morning, when my family and I had breakfast, the greeter was not there. Had to wait around 5-10 mins to check in by the greeter and get seated at the restaurant. The restaurant was so small and crowded, because they put the seats so close to wach other. You can’t feel the AC. It felt hot, cramped and too loud. When we got in by around 8 AM, most of the foods are already run out. Had to wait about 30 mins for them to refill it, just to missed the food again CAUSE THEY JUST FILL IT ABOUT 5-10 PORTIONS OF FOOD WHILE THERE ARE ALREADY 15-20 PEOPLE WHO WAIT FOR THAT FOOD TO BE REFILLED. I don’t understand how their kitchen works. Also there is no staff around the restaurant. Probably too scared to meet the hungry guests. Posting this review so people would be aware of the situation. Er kwam heel vieze donker bruin water en zand als ik de kraan open draaide. Een slape douche straal. Ik durfde mijn tanden met dat water te poetsen.

Oud, matig onderhouden, gordijn ging niet goed dicht. Vrij veel lawaai van de straatkant. Douche: een straal, wel redelijk qua temperatuur en hoeveelheid water.

AC sangat responsif ketika diubah suhu dan fan nya, juga suaranya tidak terlalu mengganggu. kekurangannya hanya saklar lampu yang awalnya cukup membingungkan, karena on off saklar di dekat pintu masuk, mempengaruhi saklar di dekat ranjang. wifi juga tidak stabil dan lambat.

Wifi was bad, and the whole hotel had only one credit card payment gadget! I have a problem paying with my credit card (only in Sahid Jaya Solo!) and in the end, I have to use my debit card.

• Shivram (1/5): Don't stay at Sahid Jaya Solo. - Absolutely nothing Everything. It is an Old property, not maintained. Dirty bed linen. Rooms have mosquitoes. My vest is brighter than the towels and bed linen. Sink has rust marks. The water is continuously leaking in the Commode, so it is a waste. The sink tap and shower tap are clogged so no neat spray. Both make huge sound upon opening. In the room the electric connections are dangerous, they are old and anything can happen anytime. A person can get electrocuted. Carpets in the corridor dirty and smelly. The water heater for making coffee is corroded and dirty. {photo under lobby is the inside of the water heater} No hygiene... Better to sleep on a train platform than Sahid Jaya. I Will never ever stay here again and request people to check other hotels.

• Intan (7/5): So so for a cheap 4-stars hotel - Location was good, staffs were nice and quick to respond. Old hotel. Furnitures and decorations is already old as well. Elevator was old so it doesn’t have a good sensor. My room floor was oily when we just got in, so we have to ask housekeeping to clean it again. My pillowsheet has yellowish stains, looks like it wasn’t replaced, but I was too tired to ask for the changes.
