• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is great but some safety featurs , such as main door locked and getting out is only possible by using a key , makes it impossible to get out of this apartment in case of a fire if you can not find a key. Very important consern for owners and management to fix immediately!
• mikhail (10/5): - Its a small place , I think would be more for russian clientele, very basic amenities, but location is great , literally steps away from St. Isaac cathedral. Checking in and out could be a little bit easier , but wasn’t hard to figure out . the front of the building is under construction at the moment , so I think hotel should make bigger signs , wasn’t very easy to find it . Overall great experience, good place to sleep at , that’s about it .

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Cheating with location of the property. This is an agency with several hotels outside of downtown. The agency advertises Hotel Amore near St Isaac cathedral, but in reality will force you to stay in another hotel, 20 minutes drive from the booked one. They usually say that it was an Expedia booking mistake, and the room is gone
• Verified traveler (8/5): 立地条件の良いホテル。 - 基本的に自分の事は自分でする。という感じのホテルです。２週間滞在しましたが、シーツ交換は３日に１度。タオル交換は滞在期間中に２回だけで、部屋の掃除は１度だけでした。フロントにスタッフが常時いるわけではなく、用事の時は電話をしなければなりません。しかも言葉が通じないので電話ができません。なので、タクシーを呼んでほしいなどは、フロントにいる時にグーグル翻訳を通じて頼めばきちんと対応してくれます。ただ、決まった時間にフロントにいるわけではないので待たなければならず、短期旅行の場合は時間が無駄になります。ＷＩ-ＦＩ環境はフロントから遠い部屋はかなり悪いです。私は一番遠い部屋だったので、繋がらず部屋を出てフロント付近まで行って繋げていました。ですが、立地条件は良く観光スポットは徒歩圏内です。バスや電車のアクセスも良いし、ホテルの隣はスーパーなので便利です。 自分のポケットＷｉ-ｆｉ有り。タクシーも自分で何とかするのであれば問題ありません。 又、サンクトペテルブルクに行く時は、私はこのホテルに泊まると思います。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - ホテルのオーナーであろうママさん＝フィエナさんは、英語こそイマイチですが人当たりの良いとても好感を持てる方。特に最終日、私がスーパーの特売で買ったハム（未開封）が余ったので進呈しようとしたら「上の階に体の不自由な方がおられるから差し上げるけど良いですか？」と言われ即答OK、こういうのって大好きです。
• TIMOFEI (8/5): - Небольшой отель, находящийся в пяти минутах ходьбы от Исакиевского собора, расположеный на втором этаже жилого дома. Рядом с входом во двор дома, в котором расположен отель, продуктовый магазин. Стандартный номер, в котором проживали, маленький, но уютный: удобная кровать, телевизор, собственная душевая комната, фен. В общем помещении (коридор-кухня) холодильник, кулер, всё необходимое, чтобы попить чай или кофе. Wi-Fi в номере работал хорошо. В целом проживание оставило приятные впечатления, рекомендую.
• なおとん (6/5): - ワールドカップを現地観戦するため、３泊滞在しました。 ロケーションは良く、アルバート通りなど中心部にも地下鉄を使って行ける距離でした。 またレストランが併設されており、そちらのテレビで試合を観戦しました。 悪い点としては、冷房が設置されていなかったので窓を開けざるを得なかったのですが、網戸がなく虫が入ってきてしまい、安眠をかなり妨害されました。

Bei St Isaacskathdrale, linke Seite einer Einbahnstrasse rechts neben einem Sparsupermarkt. Gegenüber dem Gaspromhotel. Unscheinbares Schild.klingeln, im Innenhof links durch offene Türe gehen, erster Stock. Tipp : Stadtpark mit Ausblick auf Stadion und Gaspromturm und mit Sandstrand. Toller Ausblick von St Isaakskathedrale (auch auf die Strasse des Hotels in genauer Linie vom Dom linke Strasse ( siehe Foto). Tipp: Georgisches Kasan Restaurant kurz vor Zugang zum Newski Prospekt. Tipp: Brückenfahrt um 0030h.

• Zulfia (10/5): My Experience at Hotel Amore - I really enjpyed my my stay at Hotel Amore. It's very cozy and comfortable place to stay. The hospitality is in very high level. Location is perfect, if you would like to go for sightseeing, because it very close to city center.

Havia um cheiro de esgoto na entrada. A funcionária foi atenciosa e simpática, mas não falava uma palavra de inglês e nos explicou o funcionamento do hotel pelo Google tradutor. O quarto era úmido e abafado. A única coisa boa do hotel é a sua localização, bem no centro da cidade.

Porém, são muitos os problemas. pra começar, ninguém fala inglês ou qualquer língua ocidental. o atendimento é todo via google tradutor. além disso, o hotel na verdade é um apartamento adaptado. logo, não é muito fácil encontrá-lo. finalmente, os canais da TV eram todos em russo. Enfim, para uma estadia curta vale a pena.Para períodos maiores, talvez valha a pena considerar outras opções

• Emmanuel (8/5): Séjour magique à St Peter - Mon amie Russe m'a accompagné à cette hôtel, elle m'a aidé pour le dialogue avec l'administrateur ne parlant pas l'anglais, Petit hôtel très correct et sympathique au 1er étage, accès par la cour centrale, après le passage sous le bâtiment. Des petits plus à disposition des clients, le petit déjeuner se prenait à l'extérieur de l'hôtel à 50 m dans un petit self de quartier sous présentation d'un coupon offrant 3 choix. Un grand merci aux hôtesses sans les oublier.

Wer Russland wirklich erleben will, bekommt hier in einem hübschen Zimmer (unbedingt Zimmer mit Blick auf die Issak-Kathedrale buchen) die beste Gelegenheit. Und keine Angst vor ungenügenden Russischkenntnisse- mit etwas Russisch und etwas Englisch konnten wir uns überall sehr gut verständigen! :)

Murukahvi, suolat ja muut täyttöastioissa, edellinen asukas voisi laittaa mitä vain. Vain vaatenaulakko, ei vaatekaappia, lkkunaverhot eivät olleet pimentävät. KALLIS...Oikea hinta olisi 60€/vrk. Omenahotellikin Suomesta on huomattavasti tasokkaampi!

• Svetlana (8/5): - Неплохой миниотель. Расположение отличное, центр Питера, все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, очень удобно. Сам отель понравился, чистый номер и доброжелательный персонал, который готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из недостатков: отель не так просто найти, не очень приятный проход через темную арку во двор и узкая лестница на второй этаж, с чемоданами - не удобно, очень маленький размер номера, достаточный для того чтобы переночевать, но не более того. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество, подходит для деловых поездок или туристов, которые приезжают посмотреть город и в номер приходят только переночевать. Не порекомендую семьям с детьми из-за размеров номера.
• Ray (6/5): Perfectly clean, but rubbish breakfast - The photo on Expedia is misleading and I do not think it shows a room in the hotel Amore at all, because the room is much smaller, and the one shown has an attic window. None of the rooms in the Hotel Amore are in the attic. . The hotel is entered through a smelly courtyard and up some shabby stairs. Once inside all is clean, if basic and the staff helpful. I would not recommned it to a friend because not only is breakfast at a nearby cafe two doors away, the food consisted of various types of greasy fried eggs. The first day, they did not have what i chose, on the second they did, bit it was frankly digusting. I stopped going.
• elena (10/5): Пять минут от Исаакия - Гостиница расположена в пяти минутах от Исаакиевского Собора, хороший ориентир для путешественника, близкое расположение метро "Адмиралтейская". Совет на будущее - кнопочка перед воротами с надписью отеля (честно, разглядела не сразу). Рядом приличная столовая, в ней пообедала по приезду, и завтракала там же (завтрак был включен в стоимость моего одноместного номера, по выбору, вполне прилично, вкусно и удобно). Удобный душ, удобная кровать. Я провела там лишь одну ночь, для короткой остановки лучше не придумаешь.

• Ivan (10/5): Комфортно поспать - Жил ночь. Номер маленький, почти весь занят отличной двуспальной кроватью. Порадовало качество одеяла и полотенец. Немного удивило отсутствие набора мыло, щетка, паста, но это можно докупить в супермаркете на первом этаже. Там же дешёвая столовая с вкусной едой. В номере очень хорошая слышимость. Каждый стук соседей, как у вас за спиной. В номере только спал, три минуты от Исакиевского собора, семь от метро - ходил пешком. В целом, доволен. Для обычного ночлега в центре Питера вариант идеальный.

К минусам отеля могу отнести отсутствие звукоизоляции (постоянно слышала входную дверь и соседа за стенкой), малую площадь номера, также в течение моего прибывания (4 ночи) убрались в номере только один раз.
• IGOR (8/5): В Питер по делам... - Маленький питерский мини-отель. Очень удобно расположен - центр города, Исакий в 1 минуте пешком, до Невского или до Сенной - 5 минут пешком... Обратите особое внимание при бронировании: в отеле есть самая дешевая комната - ОНА БЕЗ ОКОН !!!... Просто как кладовка с кроватью!!! Микроразмера, но чистая... В остальных номерах есть окна, сами номера маленькие, особо не потанцуешь, но чистые и аккуратные. Видимо ремонт делали недавно, все свежеее - и в этом большой плюс в отличие от других питерских мини-отелей (особенно на Невском)... Удобен для деловой поездки, если ненадолго приехали в Питер.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Хороший вариант - Отличный вариант для тех, кому нужно ненадолго остановиться в Спб - великолепное расположение отеля. Про отель - чистый, спокойный отель. Быстрый wi-fi, телевизор и душ в номере. Минусы - никакая звукоизоляция, так что разговоры в коридоре или звук домофона вы будете постоянно слышать. Из окна ощутимо дуло ночью.
• Marina (8/5): Отличная бюджетная гостиница/Great budget hotel - Great location (ignore old reviews on how to get there - just follow the address, see the sign "Amore" on the metal gate, through the arch - first entrance on the left, easy). The hostess Oksana was around all the time and catered for all my needs (from finding a vase for my flowers to passing a parcel for my friend when I was away). Breakfasts are at a café in the same building - freshly cooked and more then sufficient (can buy more food there - very reasonable prices) Coffee is instant though - avoid, for there are hundreds fab cafes and restaurants around!!!
• scott (6/5): - On this website it says hotels charges mandatory fee to register visa, it does not charge fee because it does not register visa, they say it not necessary and Russian passport control don't seem bothered either. This hotel more like a hostel, it is just row of rooms in 2nd floor space, the rooms are very warm no way of turning down radiator, you just have to open window and let in icy air. There is sewage smell from toilet quite often, this tends to happen around the city. You will hear what other guest are up to but outside is quiet and you don't hear traffic. Good things are the location which is 100 yards from St Isaacs Cathedral, which is one of most prominent landmarks and most of the city sights are within walking distance, mini markets, shops and good restaurants all very close. Also the host Oksana very friendly and looks after her guest but does not speak English.
• YURY (10/5): остались очень довольны - всё было здорово!несмотря на то, что приехали раньше времени заселения, нам без промедления предоставили номер (он был уже подготовлен для нас).по интерьеру всё в точности, как на фото, да и по остальным параметрам всё совпало. В следующий раз в Питере только в этот отель! Спасибо за тёплую атмосферу.

• Verified traveler (6/5): People great. Room ok. - Great hotel if you are bringing a small bag to throw on the floor and then leave and on return only want to shower and go to sleep. The room was clean with nice, comfortable bedding. Downside was that there was no place to put your bag or unpack it. There was no desk or table to work at or use your computer. There was no place to sit. It's literally a room with a bed and a bathroom. That's it. There is a diner with decent cheap food and a market right at the entrance to the hotel. The street the hotel is on is more of an office street. The shops/markets/restaurants/bars/cafes are close but they are not right on this street. You have to walk 10-15 minutes.Many tourist attractions within 10-20 minutes walk. Metro station 10 minutes walk. The picture on the booking site is misleading. There is one room that is that big and spacious but the hotel attendant stays in that room. Breakfast options extremely limited. The hotel had one male attendant that spoke english but he was only there occasionally. The female attendant didn't speak any english. They were both very nice, friendly, accommodating, hospitable and made me feel welcome. They went above and beyond. They even woke up and personally escorted me outside at 3 am to make sure I got my taxi to the airport for a very early morning flight. The people were great at this hotel. I would have simply liked more room to unpack and a desk or table to sit and work at. Wi-fi fast and reliable.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Very good value - The staff, (Victoria?) is very friendly and welcoming. She doesn't speak English but Google Translate helps! The room is good for this price and location. Major attractions are all in walkable distance! Actually it's just next to a Renaissance hotel. There's a microwave and free water which is great. Main post office is just a 2 minute walk. Recommended.
• serafino (8/5): Russia meets quirky design! - Clean, different and convenient hotel ideal for those on a budget but want to 'experience' real russia trying to be 'modern' well worth the money .
• Katherine (4/5): Great location, comfy bed, little else - Great location, not a great hotel. Rather dark entrance through the courtyard, small room, thin walls, shower was not really clean and slippery, sink leaked, AC wasn't working and TV had no remote. Staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Felt more like a nicer hostel than a hotel.
