• Tanja (4/5): Good location: BAD COMMUNICATION - (N/B: I travel 2x a year to austria and I know the area.) Booked online, that was ok via expedia. Site said no need to reconfirm. So I didn't- big mistake. *There was no reception, just a number. Start of all the problems, and the main cause of it. My card had not been processed for some reason- there was no fault with my card, no money had been taken out. No problems identified- and the booking web site should have forwarded my email. I did not receive an email with any problems from hotel. *difficult to find due to small sign, which had a number on it- nothing else other than name of hotel. *called number, - this only goes through to a staff members mobile, and staff did not pick up numerous times. 3rd time lucky. *They told me money didn't go through and they were not expecting us. *After1/2 hr waiting outside the door of the property in the cold, someone came to let us in. * everything seemed in order- until we tried the tv, which did not work- because no signal. Also wifi code given incorrectly by staff member, these matters took over 24 hrs to resolve. Plus multiple phone calls. *staff had to come back next day to take payment by the card \i had originally put through the internet, and a technition had to come and fix the tv. *Communication and organization was very poor from start to finish. * check out time was 10am and they had the nerve to knock on the door 10 mins early. *booked a non smoking appartment and someone next door smoked and the smoke came into our flat
• András (2/5): Nem korrekt - Kifizettem a szállást fogalaláskor , mégis kiadták a szállást másnak. Nagy gondot okozott. Csak telefonon lehez egyeztetni , nincs recepció.
• Verified traveler (2/5): ok if you are aware that it is just an appartment - Ground Floor was written, but it was the first floor, this information is even more interesting, when you know that there is no elevator and the building itself is just an old house with an appartment for rent. i did get a phonecall asking me about the arrival time and telling me that i should call when i will arrive for getting the code to get the key. a free parking space was promised --> i did ask the guy on the phone for that and he meant that i should park somewhere in the streets, there is no parking fee... so, with my luggage i was walking then in the middle of the night about two streets to the appartment. the temperatur in the appartment was cold, as it seemed that the heating was switched on just before i came. the satelitte receiver was not working, has been fixed within 2 hours. But, there were no "premium channels" as written in the description. The bed is just a small double bed, not the normal double bed size.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Großes Appartment in Nähe der U-Bahn - Ausreichend Wohnfläche, Parkmöglichkeit auf der Strasse, komplett eingerichtete Küche, großer Fernseher, gute Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums
• Valentin (2/5): Es un apartamento, no un edificio de apartamentos - No es ni hotel ni apartamentos. Es un apartamento en una planta baja. Debajo de la cama no se había limpiado en meses. Situado en un barrio obrero (que no tengo nada en contra, pero para hacer turismo con la familia, pues mal asunto) No me llego el codigo para poder la coger la llave de un buzón electrónico. No había jabon para ducharse. Si se va para varios días y no te importa estar alejado del centro el apartamento no esta mal. El edificio esta en obras. Ventanas del pasillo que dan al apartamento con cartones. Desde la ventana del apartamento se veían andamios y materiales de construccion.
• marcelo david (6/5): molto carino l'appartamento - Recensione per l'appartamento di puschbaumgasse : l'appartamento è davvero carino, completo di tutto ciò che serve, cucina, macchina caffè, lavastoviglie,microonde, lavatrice, ferro ed asse da stiro, tv via cavo. La zona " decimo distretto " è molto tranquilla e ci sono i diversi negozi per soddisfare tutto ciò che hai bisogno sul favoritenstrasse. Dal appartamento al centro ci si mette meno di mezz'oretta .Dalla metro al appartamento ci metti 5 minuti a piedi. Davvero confortevole. Sono stato contento di tutto ciò. L'unica pecca è che loro non avendo una reception devi chiamare un numero di telefono per inviarti un codice che devi insiere su una cassetta di sicurezza dove ti da le chiavi.
• alex69genoa (8/5): Hotel comodo per visitare Vienna - Ottima esperienza, comodamente raggiungibile in auto e a sole 3 fermate di metro dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale inesistente ma efficiente nella consegna della chiave e informazioni varie.
• patjouenne (8/5): appartement calme, accès centre ville par métro. - appartement spacieux et plaisant, au calme. proche d'une station de métro (à peine 10 min à pied) pour accès direct à la vieille ville. place de parking dans la rue gratuite. juste préciser au futur client qu'il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir et qu'il faut contacter sur place expédia pour avoir un code pour récupérer les clefs. c'était la première fois que nous réservions ce type de logement. j'ai noté OK pour le personnel mais nous n'avons eu qu'un seul contact téléphonique avec expédia.
• lilli (6/5): Erster Eindruck gut - Das Apartment hat fast alles was man braucht. Die Küche, das Bad und die Wäsche waren sehr sauber, die Ausstattung okay. Die Zimmer waren ein bissl "nackat"... kein Teppich, keine Ablage Möglichkeit im bad... nur das nötigste. leider war der fussboden so schmutzig im wohn- und Schlafzimmer als wäre man auf der Hauptstraße spaziert. Das war auch bei einem der anderen Apartment s der fall als wir andere Gäste gefragt haben. Mit Kleinkinder n ist das wirklich ein Missstand, denn die sind ständig am Boden zum spielen. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht für Erwachsene geeignet. .. eine person mit 1,70 m passt nicht ohne überhängenden Füßen drauf... also höchstens für kinder bis 12 zu empfehlen. Die Couch war auch sehr unbequem. am ersten Tag haben wir um ein geschirrtuch gebeten... es wurde nie eines gebracht. Geschirrspülmaschine war vorhanden, das dazu gehörige spülmittel leider nicht. Service eher dürftig. .. keine Rezeption, daher alles über schlüssel save u telefon. Erst als ich mehrmals anrief erreicht e ich jemanden. Werfen sie den Schlüssel einfach da rein... u wir belasten ihre Kreditkarte. .. fertig. ansonsten alles okay. Wenn man lästig ist hat man es sicher sehr schön dort!
• Andreas (6/5): Renoviertes Zimmer im Altbau - Hatten keine Info darüber, dass der Zimmerschlüssel in einem Schlüsselkasten an der Eingangstür ist. Codenummer war uns auch nicht bekannt. Bei Anruf Vorort erhielten wir die Info zur Nummer.
• Nilton (6/5): Just a flat close Metro Station. - For the check-in, it supposes that the guest must have a local cel phone to contact someone to give instructions about to receive the keys. If the guest does not have a local cel phone he will need a help from someone on the street. There were no instructions about how to get inside. It could be sent by e-mail. I received the keys from a “Key box” with a code system for a different Unit of the one showed in the Expedia Reservation and I had to stay in the different Unit because there was no representative at the check-in. Also, the reservaion showed that it was included a “Free Parking” but there is not any parking space at the building. There are parking lots only on the street and it is very hard to find a free space. The apartment has a washer machine without dryer but there isn't a clothes-line or any condition to stand the clothes for drying. That is unusable.
