William J (7/5): Great location but needs some attention to the small things. - Location and staff Poor maintenance. For example the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Long wait to check in. Single staff member working hard but needed help. Finally if I am paying for parking I expect access to my vehicle. My lasts few visits there has been no token available for access which means you have to go to reception every time you want access to your vehicle.

I knew it was small, but there was no place to hang the towel and the wifi light shone brightly even though it was in a closed wardrobe. It was an ok stay though

Kath (6/5): Inconveniences made it not worth it - Location was useful and it was kind of the staff to provide me a late check out Half the lights did not work, the "telephone" in the room had no socket (??!), the TV was unworkable, there was no control for the split system a/c (you have to climb a chair to turn iton), there were no plugs in the bathroom and there was no room in the bathroom to hold any toiletries. The gym and pool seemed like a great idea but when I got there, there were no towels to use. Also a shame the lifts could take up to 10 minutes.

Disappointing cleaning staff - Have stayed before and returned as the property is lovely and it is in a great location Really disappointed in the cleaning staff this time around. After first night I was shifted to another room (which was fine) but I accidentally left my phone and laptop charger in the room. I noticed within the hour and notified reception straight away but somehow the cleaning staff “didn’t find it”. I knew exactly where it was but they kept saying it hadn’t been located. Aside from the cost to replace expensive chargers, as I was there for work, I then had to go and purchase more. Very disappointing to have dishonest cleaning staff.

Francesca (10/5): Amazing hotel - The girls at reception where brilliant. Had some issues with the first room they gave me and so they upgraded me to a higher floor and nicer apartment and honestly the whole process was just easy and it was nice that they were so understanding. Loved my stay while I was there Like mentioned before I did have issues with the first room. Door was wide open when I got up the floor so didnt feel safe in that room and then the washing machine didn't work. Not the end all with the washing machine but if I pay for something I want it all to work. Said it to the girls at reception and they upgraded me to a different room. Im never one to complain about anything so I was nervous about this but the whole stay was amazing

Monica (9/5): Excellent value for money, location and room. - The one bedroom was roomy The layout was big but bathroom at front door and closet at the end of the apartment was strange. Got extra steps. The plates and cutlery could do with an upgrade.
Fish (7/5): - Cut head on lamp above bed , so sharp . Had to go to hospital Saturday to be checked on . The lamps attached to bed, feel the sharpness . Lifted head up and cut me like a knife
Matthew (8/5): Date night. - Have stayed here before and again, staff and facilities were awesome Pool was cold and parking one night for $49 is a bit rich.

Victoria (5/5): Adequate - Amazing views from the 36 floor and the bed was very comfortable The apartment was very dirty. There was what looked like a slag on a wall, filthy finger marks all over the walls especially by the light switches and the splash back in the kitchen greasy and smeary.

Adam (10/5): - Location was great, close to transport and a variety of food options. The two bedroom apartment we had gave us the space and facilities required for our family. The indoor was a big factor in us choosing to stay at the WRAP, however disappointed that it wasn't heated was quite cold and not really usable for a long period.

Judy Bright (4/5): Good location but disappointing the TV's weren't totally functional. - Staff were friendly and check in and out was easy. The TV in the living area didn't work (couldn't get any free to air channels), I didn't discover this until 11pm (too late to request someone to fix it) and the TV in the bedroom didn't have a remote control available.

Hayley (10/5): - A lovely, modern room with a beautiful kitchen area and lounge room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I actually couldn't believe what I got for the price. I was very impressed.
