The accommodations are charming. Patrick and Natalie are so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and warm. The location is perfect if you want to walk to downtown Magog for dinner or shopping. And the breakfast that Patrick prepared was beyond belief. We highly recommend this location as your home away from home in Magog.

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, they even started breakfast earlier to ensure I didn't leave without eating. And can we talk about this breakfast?? Coffee, a fresh fruit smoothie, a waffle with real maple syrup and raspberries, then a delicious poached omelet with goat cheese and vegetables, toast and fresh fruit!! Oh and a small homemade muffin to go. Delicious! I will definitely be back.

It was too bad that we only had one night to stay. The breakfast we had was delicious, hearty and healthy. A real treat for us, as at many of the hotels we visited, we only had continental breakfast. Kudos to the hosts!! We would love to visit again… and stay longer!

Stayed in one of two upstair bedrooms which have an angled wall adding character to an otherwise tight walkway. Very convenient location only a 5 minutes walk to main street! Will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat but may ask for a main floor bedroom to change it up.

The room was upstairs and quite narrow against the slant of the roof but we made the best of it and still found it cozy. The owners were super nice and Marie-Ève made a delicious breakfast, including appetizer pancakes and a smoothie, and the presentation and taste were both lovely. The B&B is a 5 min walk into town and they offer you coupons for restaurants and the spa nearby. Overall really nice experience!

• ANDRE (10/5): Savoureux et douillet - Après une première visite en mai dernier, nous avons décidé de commencer l’année du bon pied « Au Saut du Lit ». Mieux encore, cette fois nous y avons amené des amis pour leur faire découvrir à leur tour les charmes de ce B&B et de leurs hôtes Marie-Ève et Maxime. Non seulement le déjeuner inclus est un délice pour les yeux et les papilles, il est copieux et agrémenté d’un délice sucré pour la route ou en collation d’après-midi lors de la visite de Magog ou des alentours. Nous avons même joué à des jeux avec nos amis devant le foyer du salon, en prenant un apéro que nous avions apporté. Allez-y, vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour 5 étoiles.

The breakfast is a gourmet delight. Magag is a beautiful town full of shops and restaurants, with everything a 5 minute walk from Au Salt du Lit.

The house was painted with warm colors, the washroom was renovated, the mattress was soft and the splitter was new. There was a patio in the backyard with a water fountain for night studies and chats. The landlord and his wife were very kind and hospitable. They shared the whole house (backyard, living room, kitchen, and parking lot) with us. The lady of the house was a professional chef. She served an energic smoothie, a dish of pancakes, and a large dish of eggs and fruits. We appreciate this family for making a great remembrance for us.

Breakfast and food was good which we really appreciate just before going on our day. The only issue we had is that you can hear the creaking noise from the floor of the people upstairs & the flushing noise from the pipes..It startled and woke us up early morning, I almost jumped out of bed. Overall this place is still good for an overnight stay, Lovely couple.

It is well located and the last but not the least, BREAKFAST!! I have never seen this before and wish I had my phone so I could take pictures! You go sit on the beautiful backyard, get served first with a delicious smoothie, then a piece of waffle with maple syrup, the best omelette I ever had & a muffin to go because you are so full! This was way above what I expected and can’t wait to have the opportunity to go back!

• WorldTraveller (10/5): - I hold Expedia Gold status and stayed pretty much in all hotels and more than half a dozen of B&B in Magog. “Au Saut du Lit” is the only B&B I will stay from now on. Location is perfect for the mountains, lake, skiing, beach, fitness centre or shopping. The property is a wonderful authentic blue and yellow provence charm Quebec home that puts you in a warm and cheerful mood. The rooms are pleasantly decorated, are very clean, offer TV, blackout drapes and a choice of pillows. Electrical thermostat heating is supplemented by an air conditioner to cool in summer. There is ample parking at the back of the property accessed from the street. The owners Marie-Eve and Maxime are very friendly, welcoming and sincerely care for guest comfort. They live on the property themselves with their 2 kids and a dog and make you feel a part of the family. Breakfast is made from scratch from the freshest ingredients and Marie-Eve really knows her cuisine. I envy her homemaking skills and definitely will be back to indulge again. Even after the 8-9:30am breakfast is finished and the visitors and owners go ahead with their day, guests can reach the hosts over the phone. Since the house was built at the time when soundproofing was not a priority in the residential construction, if you are a sound sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs. I am a deep sleeper, so I didn't need them. I can't wait to be back and will recommend "Au Saut du Lit" to all my friends!

Our hosts were so warm, inviting and welcoming. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable, and we were welcomed each morning with a massive & delicious complimentary breakfast. We already are planning our next trip back - we can't wait to return to this bed & breakfast!
• JANICE (10/5): Wonderful stay in Magog! - We loved our stay at the Au Sautés du Lit. We spent three nights at the beautiful B and B. We had the upstairs room looking over the backyard garden with a water feature. The room is also air-conditioned. Our hosts Marie-Eve and Maxime were very welcoming and provided us with a delicious breakfast each day and a snack to take away for later in the day. It is in a great location. Just a short walk from the main street with many places to eat and shop. Our host Marie and Maxime gave us a list of restaurants/Pubs and a card which gave us a discount at many of pubs and restaurants. They were very helpful with helping us plan our daily trips. We enjoyed staying at this B and B and would recommend it to anyone who is staying in the Eastern Townships.

• Robert (10/5): What a GREAT B&B... - When we arrived in the early afternoon we were greeted by the owner and he checked us in. The room was not ready and since we did not have lunch he suggested a few places to eat. When we came back after lunch we were greeted by the owner’s wife and baby. They both were extremely cordial. They gave use suggestions concerning dinner and this worked out just fine. For breakfast we had one of the nicest meals that you could imagine. The owners were very hospitable and left we left feeling that if ever we back in this area, this B&B is a must. A definite five star stay.
