Guest Reviews
- Moody (1/5): Flop house that should be shut down - Nothing. Left 10 minutes after arrival. Druggies and prostitution everywhere. Very unsafe and should be shut down. Nothing to like. Horrible
- Mike (1/5): Shady , nasty , horrible service 2 bath towels were more like hand towels - Nothing They charged me a $60 deposit hand written on my receipt and then lied and said I damaged sheets and towels LIARS THEIVES KEPT MY DEPOSIT
- vongvilay (8/5): -
- Jeannie (10/5): -
- Sean (3/5): Won't be back for a second time - Close to restaurants and shopping No or barely any hot water. Smelling the stench of marijuana and tobacco (disgusting)
- James (1/5): I will not be staying at this or any other motel 6 again. - What breakfast? There was no breakfast. No breakfast was offered. I was double charged and am left stranded 300 miles from home waiting for my money to be returned to my bank card. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as well.
- Jonn (1/5): -
- Maria (9/5): It was good stay - Convince The tv needs more Channels.
- Anthony (1/5): Mostly stayed to shower and do laundry and couldn’t do laundry because no one wanted to do their job - Laundry is a hoax
- Rob (6/5): Pleasant stay, with some minor problems. - Roomy, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, wifi couldn't keep online which made it hard to take care of things from the room. Location near train track can make for some noise at night.
- Richard (2/5): - Too many to list
- Terry (7/5): - Convenient location. Good value. Poor water pressure in shower and toilet.
- Travis (2/5): - I booked a non-smoking room and there were cigarette burns in the bedding. Cheap flooring was warping up and general wear-and-tear was significant. The one staff member (John?) was pleasant and understanding.
- Troy (6/5): - The motel was kinda run down but cheapest in the area.
- Eric (8/5): - I enjoyed how good John's service was.
Definitely deserves a raise.
Exceptional customer service and has phenomenal patience. My room light had a shortage and water damage.

- Cleveland (1/5): Great staff. Nasty rooms - The staff was great The hotel room was basic as basic gets.
When I checked into the room, I immediately decided to shave and take a shower.
When I started shaving at the sink in the bathroom, I immediately noticed that the sink wasn't draining, so I called the front desk because they held a $60 deposit and I didn't want them blaming me for it.
When Carlos, a member of the hotel staff, and I removed the pipe under the bathroom sink, we discovered a huge ball of hair, an abnormal built up of soot, and the top of a toothpaste tube were inside of the pipe.
Even though I only stayed there from 11pm to 5 am, the whole experience was disgusting.
A month prior, I also paid $95 for a hotel room in Colorado Springs. The hotel room was several points better, and a continental breakfast was also included.
- Michael (2/5): - Room has no ready at four after check in time. The check in was at a dirty hall.
The building dates from the 19650s.
Motel 6 surprised me a $60 security deposit at check in
The decor dates back to 1980s
Wi-Fi was spotty at best
The bed needs to be replaced as it was hard as a rock.
Overall, I avoid this motel in the future
- Crystal (2/5): Filthy would not recommend - The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There were holes in the wall, paint peeling flies and moths washcloth was yellow after I sat in the bathtub.
- John (8/5): My stay was fair. - Male staff were very nice and friendly My room was closer to the Lobby where there was a lot of noises due to the bar. It was hard for me to sleep
- Lenk (1/5): THE WORST EVER HOTEL STAY....I WOULD LIKE MONEY BACK.... - The only thing that was good about this place was the location,.... It was the closest motel to St Vincent Hospital..... Where my friend's husband was having emergency brain surgery for brain bleeds..... Other than that it was horrible the first room had no hit water, no microwave and I had no idea that Beaverton Or had a not so good neighborhood..,.. So when I asked about the hot water they said that they might have another room....might.... So they find me a room....in the meantime I've guys go pick my friend up from the hospital so she can get some rest. And we have to move upstairs which I specifically asked for a ground level room..... So we haul everything upstairs.....I let her rest....I go do laundry and come back and want the TV on and I can get night to work so I go to the office and ask so he comes and programs the remote cuz it's not programmed for the room.... Also B4 that I realized that there is no fridge or microwave in the room..... So she goes and looks into a couple windows and says to me no I don't have any I can move for u.... So later on I'm walking by the 2 rooms she looked in and there was a microwave and fridge in both of the rooms she looked at ood about this place was the location,.... - Tiahna (2/5): Our worst motel experience, ever. - My husband and I travel all across the US and typically book Motel 6 as they are dog friendly. By going budget friendly, we don't expect much and as long as we have a clean and functioning room, we're happy.
This room was everything but clean or functioning. To start, the moment we walked into the room it had a foul odor. The room was hot and stale so we turned on the air conditioner and all it would do is blow the fan. The freezer did not work and the fridge wasn't very cold so we brought our cooler in. I went to clean up a small puddle of water from a dropped ice cube on the floor and the paper towel was BLACK from the filthy floor which clearly had not been swept or mopped.
That night my husband went to plug in his medical C-Pap device only to find out that there were no working outlets in close enough proximity to the bed to reach. He was forced to go without it and was only able to get a couple of hours of sleep.
After a restless night in an 80 degree room, we could not wait to get out of there. The bathroom was so bad that we couldn't even take showers so we literally loaded up as fast as we could and got out. Upon checking out I requested the manager, something I've never done in all of our journeys across this country. But this room was in such poor condition that it should never have been allowed to be booked in the first place. I'm sharing this experience to caution the next traveler.
- Moses (9/5): Superb -
- Nathaniel (2/5): - The room smells like molds and you can see visible molds on the walls. Floors were dirty . You can hear loud noises in the halls and no attendant in the office, you have to wait so long for someone to attend to you.
- John (8/5): Very good - I like the way Male staff do their job. They treated me with respect, and they were friendly. They understand their customers and they have ears to listen. The room was very noisy because it was right by the lobby. I was also disappointed when I was told to pay another $60 as my deposit, even though I had paid online.
- Ursula (5/5): I will not return to this facility. - Room and Bath were clean. Unlike at check in, the staff st check out was very pleasant. The reception area was closed and relocated in at a tiny window in a narrow passage way. The staff was short tempered unpleasant at check in. A $ 60 deposit was tequested which speaks volumes to either management or clientel or both.
- Vicki (1/5): Bad - Claim Accessible but was not toilet was to low, door to narrow, bed to high besides not being accessible. shower in dire need of grouting, and cigarette burns on comforter in a nonsmoking room
- Joe (9/5): convenient and friendly - Very accommodating and Great Staff!
- Sang (6/5): - Not clean every day I wa stay on 4noght. But They didn’t any
- Erick (7/5): Good - The convenient location and the price. Had to run the Hot water for 5mins for it to actually get Hot enough to shower. No microwave or mini fridge.
- Connie (4/5): - The room was dirty. It wasn't cleaned at all. The floor, walls were filthy dirty. I recommend discontinued recommend this motel for further use.
- Wiseman (3/5): Poor -
- Gretchen L (6/5): - Black mold on the wall by door and in bathroom. Shower knob was so loose that it fell off. I luckly had screwdriver and tightend screw back on. Also right next to train track. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. Even though they had some issues with signing me in. Beds seemed clean and comfortable. It did the job but mold and shower was not good.
- Nikita (4/5): Disappointing - The heater did not work as expected. It was a chilly night, we requested for extra blankets and the staff said they cant do anything about it.
- Jaemin (8/5): Very good - Staff were superb! Very professional and quick on their feet! The hvac unit was rattling when it was on. Shower water was warm at best.
- Eric (2/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Didn’t try breakfast. They kept my deposit despite not causing any damage or breaking any rules plus for some reason they charged me an extra $20 at the end of my stay.
- Bruce (2/5): - The room smelled musty soon as we walked in.
The beds were comfortable, but they were no outlets close by. Also, when we open the fridge to put our food items in it was a puddle of water on one of the shelves, like something had leaked. And finally, when I went to take a shower and turned on the water, it came out rusty brown, like that bathroom has not been used in forever.
This place was so gross, and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there.
- Cieslak (10/5): Exceptional - customer service
ok
- Felix (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wilson (2/5): No one answers the phones and pics misleading! - I was stopping over here on a long drive south with a U-haul and trailer pulling my car. I’m not too experienced with trailers and wanted to call ahead to find out best places for me to park with minimal backing up.
I called ahead 2 days before my stay. The phone rang for 20 minutes with no one picking up. So I called again. Same thing. No answer no recorded message, nothing.
So I called again the day I was supposed to check in. Rang for 8 minutes, hung up called again, rang for 5 minutes. Called again, let it ring for close to 20 minutes. NOTHING! So I pull up with Waze navigator and the office is shuttered. At this point I’m worried I booked a room at a shut down hotel. I had to park in a temp spot I knew I could get out of. I looked all over for an office, then I noticed a shriveled 8x10 sign in the shuttered window saying where to office was. So I followed the signs directions to find myself at a super narrow window that looked like it was for getting illicit drugs dispensed. I was greeted by John. I asked why they don’t answer their G*#D@^^}> phone, he said l “should be working”, he looked down at the phone and got an “oh Sh!t” look on his face and punched a button. I called the number again, and sure enough this time it rang and he picked up. The photos on their website are pretty touched up and misleading. I’m attaching pics of what it really looks like. Most likely won’t stay at any Motel 6 again.
- Kurrin (6/5): - Limited but very clean. Staff very helpful attended to the room. Few amenities natural for the environment I think id recommend to anyone traveling through as a good option and rate on a place. Unfortunately area is somewhat sketchy. Good stay
- Jessica (2/5): - The room was ran down. The ceiling looked like it was going to cave in, no microwave no fridge. Had to sweet talk my way to get a microwave! Bathroom door looked like a dog chewed it up. Gaps in the flooring. Overall the WORST motel 6 I've stayed at! Then they took half my 60$ deposit and I called and called to find out why and no answer
- Keonta (6/5): Pleasant -
- Preciado (5/5): It was ok. - Nice location for a motel 6. I liked the area very much. Some days there was no hot water. Other days yes but very little.
- Gerald (4/5): - Run down and not very clean. No Refrigerator or microwave .It was supposed to be no smoking but smelled of smoke.
- caroline (4/5): - I booked the hotel under the impression there was free breakfast which there wasnt. there was mold growing on the cieling in the bathroom, half the moldings along the floor were coming off. i was just waiting for a bug to crawl out somewhere. The only chargewr in the room was on the other side of the room nowhere near the bed. the plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer looked like it would electrocute you if you tried it. it had black scorch marks.
- Christopher (8/5): - The bathtub kept draining, regardless of if it was plugged or unplugged when I was giving my kid a bath. Otherwise, was perfectly fine. I mean, it's a clean bed, 4 walls & a roof at a good price, which is exactly what I needed. No real complaints here.
- Russel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francisca (7/5): Not bad - Room was clean and comfy convenient to everything. Staff was incredible tho Air conditioner was out of date, keep turning off, some of the other guest looked and acted suspicious, overall you get what ur paying for. The bed had a dip in it like someone layed in the same place for months straight. My back hurt the next day, the bathroom light wouldnt turn on you had to keep flicking it
- Shirie (2/5): - The room wasn’t ready when I showed up and I was told 15 minutes and it took them 45 minutes to finish room there were little towels. And I didn’t not feel safe for the lock on the door did not lock and the dead bolt was broken off from door being what I assumed kicked in. I will never stay there again!!!!!
- Victor (1/5): Bad -
- Francisca (6/5): Convenient - They almost always have a room available They tubes look unpleasantly nasty
- Rosas (4/5): Good rate but needs updated. - It was quiet Found 2 cockroaches in room 108 and room 101 bathroom floor needs fixed bad before someone falls thru it.
- Cieslak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriel (5/5): Passable - Everything else The stairs and there is no hot water
- Steve (8/5): - At ‘check out’, the only staffer around was away from the office for over 1/2 an hour; meaning I was unable to leave!
- terry (10/5): - My stay was good. Of course I missed the microwave and refrigerator that usually goes with a room. The staff is usually good. Thank you, terry
- Bray (8/5): Very good -
- terry (10/5): - My stay was good. I had a refrigerator and microwave for a change in motel 6 which is scarce. I wish I could have taken advantage of it. I was pleased.
- Nargis (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Pung (6/5): - the smoking smell was verry bad
- Cheryl (4/5): - On arrival no pillowcases had to ask no microwave no coffeemaker in the room and no lobby so no coffee anywhere...
The a/ c was ok tv ok bed lumpy
Makes us wonder if we will stay Motel 6 another time
- Chris (8/5): - The check-in and check-out process were easy, the room spartan but clean, with a dorm size mini fridge and freezer, and spacious enough for one person.
However, the bath/shower only had one temp setting due to the handle nearly falling off. The train nearby going by about every 10-15 minutes caused me to not be able to hear what I was listening to when it passed. Additionally, I had requested a non-smoking room, and while I think I was in a non-smoking room, there was a clear smell of smoke near the bathroom and adjoining room. I am quite sensitive to the smoke smell, and while someone else may not smell it, it gave me a low grade headache all night long.
Despite the good location to good food and the fairly cheap price, the smoke smell really turned me off. I won’t be staying here again.
- Heath (2/5): - It was trash total experience
- Rod (2/5): - This would have to hands down the rattiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. There was mold around the edge and corners of the tub and shower, the sink had been broken so was repaired with a thick gummy layer of transparent caulking to hold the broken pieces in place, I had to repair the toilet to keep it from running all night, the mattress had been slept on for at least 5 years, by extremely overweight people, the television speakers were the cheapest piece of garbage I’ve ever heard, the office was a window where I slipped my credit card for registration, the hallway were filthy. , and smelled of that cheap motel disinfectant. This place should be bulldozed! It’s also located in a sketchy area and I was surprised that my tyres were still on my car in the morning.
- Steve (2/5): Very poor - NO Coffee in the LOBBY. lOCK BROKEN BETWEEN ROOMS. Grumpy staff manager.
- Yanbing (10/5): - The room is spacious
- Jonathan (8/5): - My bathroom shower was not clean. Overall this motel was slightly below average compared to other Motel 6.
- Marcos (1/5): Bad -
- Isidro (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Bathroom in poor shape.
- Deanna (4/5): - There is a live worm in the bathtub.
Yucky.
- Joseph (6/5): - run down. shower and tub was all chipped and rusty
- Holly (2/5): - Was put in a room next to a barking dog. The sink barely worked
- Cortnee (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice and helpful staff. Clean pet area. Could definitely use upgraded mattresses, & clean painted walls.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Staff very friendly—room quiet and comfortable
- Fernando (8/5): - Close to the shopping center.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Uneasy rest - Room was large and clean, though rather echoey and overly spartan. There was a nifty table-and-2-chairs set and fridge but no other amenities (coffee pot, hot plate, etc.). I hate to say it but this motel seems nearly a residential flophouse, with comings/goings at odd hours. Building is directly across from an auto body shop, and a trash truck could be heard banging dumpsters around at 6-6:30am at least 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The king size bed slid easily, and had no fitted sheet, just 2 straight sheets plus thin blankets. But the heater/AC was in great condition and easy to use.
- Christopher (10/5): I enjoyed it no problems friendly staff would definitely stay again - The staff was absolutely great. Can’t expect the greatest from a motel 6 but for where and what it is it’s great. Could use some extra hands to work on property but again it’s not the ritz.
- Kerrie (3/5): NEVER AGAIN - Nothing, would never stay here again. The mattresses are on a cot like thing so every time you move or roll over on the bed it moves out from the wall. Tried to take a bath and the water started to turn brown from the rust coming out of the faucet. The plug-ins are very loose and made my charing port HOT. Very loud and noisy location lots of foot traffic. They also charge a $60 fee that the guys said when checking me into the hotel that takes 35 days to go back to my card.
- Michael (4/5): - Homeless living in cars in the parking lot homeless all around the area not just the parking lot
- Nancy (1/5): Bad - Nothing Repairs that were done were done poorly. There is a stain in the bathtub there were water stains on the shower curtain., The poor floor was peeling up. The sink handle came off in my hands and the bedside table was sticky.
- Jim (8/5): A very welcome and welcoming safe harbor in a(n) (ice) storm, literally! - Stayed during local weather event. The staff was excellent, responding well during a time of crisis. Looked for ways so say “yes,” not “no.” Room was large, clean, well-lit, and bed was comfortable. The staff brought in a mini-fridge, but our room lacked a microwave. Plenty of room storage. Room had a small table with two chairs; could have used a reading chair and light. Room should have reading chair and light, microwave.
- Christy (4/5): - Possibly my fault for not noticing there were no amenities before I booked.
No coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator. Needed a place for my dog & me when we lost power along with many thousands of people so we were kinda desperate. While checking in an employee had a meltdown when asked for an additional towel. Turned out I didn’t need it bc bathtub was icky and I didn’t even shower there. Only stayed one night although I paid for two. I know it’s a no frills place, but really?!
- Cory (10/5): - U like it I love it
Just needed a blanket
- Stephanie (1/5): Bad -
- Sally (2/5): Sketchy - The clerk at the front desk was great.
All downhill from there. Room heater said it was heating but never felt warm. Hot shower? Nope. Warm water at best. Shower rug was already wet.
We checked out. Not sure how this ever rated above 1 star.
- Brian (2/5): - No hot water for shower. Heater quit working at 1:00 AM, leaving room too cold for comfort for remaining hours. Tried again to shower at 5:30 AM (to get warm), but water was still not warm enough.
- Cat (1/5): Bad -
- Raul (5/5): Passable -
- Sleutel (2/5): Very poor -
- Denise (8/5): - Overall clean, friendly staff checking in, our main concern, being older, was that there was no non skid mat or grab bar in the tub/shower and it was a bit slippery. I know things have been rough the last few years, but being sued because someone slipped and fell in the tub, could be very costly.
- Rena (10/5): - Thank you for letting me check in early. It wouked out great!
- David (7/5): Good -
- John (3/5): Thanks for the manual toilets.. - The fact im not bothered while there The fact i had to open the toilet and manually flush it cause all their rooms are never kept up . Its slum lord kinda place . I feel.bad for people that pay top dollar here
- Jerome (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amber (4/5): - I had a horrible experience this time. The guy at the desk when I checked in was nice. The lady when I was trying to check out only acknowledged me, then went back to shuffling papers. I had no voice, and wanted to check out. She wouldn’t stop what she was doing to help me, at first. My other issue is with Motel 6 holding money hostage after you leave. Most other places actually put a hold on your money. Motel 6 TOOK the money OUT the DAY I left. Seriously? I will not be staying there again.
- Michelle (10/5): It was nice - We didn't stay for the breakfast N/A
- Musleh (8/5): Very good - Location & Staff The shower was very very bad low presure
