• Ilham (10/5): - J’ai séjourné à staybridge london pendant quelques jours. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel de la réception est gentil et accueillant, et la dame présente au petit-déjeuner est également très sympathique. L’emplacement est excellent, en plein centre de Londres, à proximité du métro, des bus et du train. Il y a aussi des cafés à côté, et il est possible de marcher jusqu’à Big Ben et Westminster en moins de 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, je souhaite signaler quelques points négatifs concernant la chambre 114. Tout d’abord, il s’agissait d’une chambre communicante, ce qui m’a mise mal à l’aise. En tant que couple, nous n’avions pas besoin de ce type de chambre, et je n’ai pas pu en changer car je suis arrivée tard le soir et j’étais trop fatiguée pour redescendre à la réception. Deuxièmement, il n’y avait pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain pour utiliser un sèche-cheveux, ce qui est peu pratique. Je recommande à l’hôtel d’informer les clients à l’avance pour les chambres communicantes et d’améliorer ces points pour une meilleure expérience. Je reviendrai certainement à l’hôtel staybridge London J ai oublié de préciser que je suis une cliente fidèle de staybridge surtout celui de Malaga.

Due to a genuine issue with our booking (room occupancy for a family of four), we found ourselves in a difficult position. Despite the reservation being non-refundable, the team — and in particular Florin Suciu — handled the situation with professionalism, understanding, and genuine goodwill. They kindly arranged a full cancellation at no cost, which was incredibly appreciated and not something you always expect. It really shows the level of care and customer focus they have. While we didn’t end up staying on this occasion, this experience alone gives me full confidence in the hotel and its management. I would not hesitate to consider staying here in the future. On top of that I was treated with upmost care and hospitality by Najwa, Yasmin and Richard. Food was great, rooms are clean and me and wife felt very comfortable.

There could have been more vegetables at the cooked breakfast, it was a little limited for a vegetarian.

• Judith (9/5): Super Hotel in toller Lage - Super Hotel für einen London Trip. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist noch in Zone 1 und gleich bei der Ubahn/Bus Station Vauxhall. Aich zu Fuß ist man in rund 20 minutrn Minuten beim Big Ben. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und es gibt deutlich mehr als die oft nur typischen beans and sausages. Würden wir definitiv wieder buchen! Wir hatten eine Suite mit extra Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich hatte anders als angegeben leider kein Fenster, dadurch war der Bereich etwas dunkel, aber es war ok.

Honestly couldn't fault it - the service and the way we were looked after is that of a five star hotel. We stayed for two nights to attend a concert nearby, and were checking out on Easter Sunday. The room itself was fantastic and well-maintained. We had the upgraded suite, and it was very spacious, modern, clean, and - as a light sleeper - most importantly quiet. The breakfast offer was great with lots of options presented. Easter Sunday was made special with decorations, hot cross buns and a complementary glass of prosecco for breakfast. There isn't a staffed bar, but there is a wonderful pub just around the corner if you fancy food and a drink. I'd definitely use this hotel for any stays in London in the future. It's in my top-3 experiences of IHG hotel offerings, which includes past stays in several different Intercontinental branded places. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We booked two spacious one-bedroom suites, and the apartment layout was genuinely excellent – full kitchens, separate living areas, comfortable king beds, and plenty of room to spread out. It felt more like a stylish London flat than a standard hotel, which made everything so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The location in Vauxhall is brilliant – just a short walk to the Tube, easy access to central London, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if you want to head out. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient when we checked in, and the whole place felt safe, clean, and well-maintained. What really made the trip special though was how comfortable and private the suites were. With the thoughtful layout and excellent soundproofing, each of us was able to enjoy some wonderfully intimate one-on-one time together without ever feeling rushed or overlooked. The big, comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere created the perfect setting for those quiet, memorable moments between friends. Let’s just say the suites were far more versatile than we initially expected, and we made the most of every minute. We all agreed this was one of the best group stays we’ve done. If you’re travelling with close friends and want space, privacy, and comfort in a convenient central location, I can’t recommend Staybridge Suites London - Vauxhall highly enough. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast was great, the location was very convenient, and many of the main places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable for our family, and the hotel had a warm, home-like feeling. There was nothing major we did not like during our stay.
• rebecca (2/5): Disappointing - Spacious room , nice bathroom , good breakfast choice . All pillows had hairs on them and one was soiled . The mattress was rock hard , had no sleep . At breakfast a member of staff reached across me to take my plate away, never asked me if that was okay .

• michellem07 (10/5): Comfortable Stay and Hospitable Team - We stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The hotel is under a 10 min walk from the train/tube station so we were able to go directly here after landing at Heathrow. Florin greeted us warmly and we were able to check in right away even though it was 8a. I was so surprised to be the guest of the day which Florin explained gave me a few extras like snacks and drinks that were put in our room. Florin also gave my daughter a stuffed Fox as a welcome gift. We enjoyed the extra space in the room, and the shower, beds, kitchenette were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious everyday - huge spread of fresh fruits, meats/cheeses, croissants and pastries, bread, bagels, cereals, oatmeals, make your own trail mix, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns, British baked beans, bacon, tomatoes and some fresh vegetables and olives. So many grab and go juices, different milks, teas, hot cocoa, coffee machine. Such a nice way to start our day! We were able to do laundry as well (completely free - not coin operated) as we were moving onto Scotland for vacation. I just packed laundry detergent sheets and was easy to travel with. Recommend the tea shop just a block away and the Black Dog pub next door for fish and chips and a pint. Thank you again Florin for your hospitality!

The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and have all the amenities you need, whether you’re booking for a short stay or need to be accommodated for longer. The team at Vauxhall have really thought of everything - you can even have an air fryer brought to your room on request. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in London.

Staff were all going out of their way to help and were extremely polite. Clearly an excellent staff culture has been built here. The rooms were very well maintained and the food was excellent. Highly recommend for business, pleasure, or a getaway. Will be returning again.

• JPRE84 (10/5): Amazing hotel - What a great find for a hotel close to Vauxhall station. I was checked in by Dorin and informed I was ‘guest of the day’. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. The hotel and room is immaculately clean. The room was spacious with lots of extras with a huge comfy bed. Breakfast was a huge selection of quality stuff. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Extrem gutes Frühstück, mit sehr vielen vegetarisch und veganen Optionen. Das Personal ist stets bemüht uns sehr freundlich gewesen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gab nichts zum aussetzen.

• AD011 (10/5): Could not fault this hotel at all! Amazing stay. - Hotel was really clean, had everything we needed, staff were friendly and the location was brilliant. A short walk from the tube which made it easy to get around London. Bed was comfy and room was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. I also asked for a room on the highest floor possible and they were kind enough to grant this request. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room should you need these. The hotel had a calm and relaxed vibe. Would definitely stay here again. You can also get the uber boat across the Thames which is only a short walk from the hotel.
• TheHorseys (10/5): An oasis of peace close to Vauxhall Station - This is a hidden gem of a hotel, close to Vauxhall rail and tube station, but very quiet and very good value. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, the staff are friendly (shout out to Dorin on reception), the kitchenette is convenient and there is even a small gym. Breakfast was tasty, varied and fresh with proper coffee made from beans. The lifts are prompt and there are even newspapers in the lobby! The hotel is a credit to the Staybridge brand and offers a comfortable oasis of calm amid the bustle of the city.
