- Laura (9/5): Will definitely stay again - Clean rooms Outside alittle unkept. Some flooring is old and cracked. Would like a more extensive breakfast
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Hooper (1/5): -
- Marina (5/5): No elevator but a good room. - Close to the airport.
Large mini fridge and microwave in the room. Had a bathtub.
Good value for the price. No elevator. And only 1 ice machine.
- Mary (10/5): -
- Randy (7/5): for the price and location - you cant beat it!!!! - The price and location were amazing. 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and so easy to drive. We had our room cleaned, new towels and toiletries but our beds were not made! This never happened before. We arrived back at the hotel very late and exhausted, bed made up would have been nice to enter the room. instead, the blankets and sheets were bunched up into a ball.
- Christine (4/5): - The room smelled like smoke.
- Robert (10/5): -
- Guest (9/5): -
- Wallace (8/5): Accessible - Affordable & secure N/a

- DAWN (7/5): The hotel was great. Inconsiderate people are not. - Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Except! The main reason for my score is that we stayed on the first level, and doors were open and closed and slammed all night. People were walking up-and-down the hallway, talking loudly late at night. Did not get any rest at all. Stayed to get up @ 3:30 am for a flight out of Pittsburgh. That is the only issue I had with my stay.
- Ramona (7/5): - Shuttle service to airport was very poor. Waited 45 minutes to get to hotel. Ended up getting Lyft to airport next day because shuttle was so late.
- Helio (5/5): Boa - Boa Limpeza
- jennifer (10/5): -
- Benkert (8/5): Very nice workers! - It was clean and workers were friendly. One heard my daughter, who 4, say she was hungry. Breakfast was closed and he went in the back and got her muffins. That was very nice of him. He didn’t have to do that.
- Brandi (4/5): - Room was a decent size The lights would work with the light switch, you couldn’t get a bath because the drain plug and the part that is supposed to be attached to the tub was broken, a lot of rust in the bathroom sink wasn’t properly cleaned. Also my husband forgot his favorite pillow and has slept with it for years it helps his back and shoulders it’s a big thick memory foam one but anyways I called up today because we just checked out today and the manager or owner at the front desk said how the housekeepers were done for the day and no one reported it and I was very polite and said I know it’s there we just checked out and he was nasty and then hung up on me so I called him back and called them thieves and told him I will be canceling our stay that is in 2 wks and another in the end of April
- Cassio Genaino (10/5): -
- Jill (8/5): A happy place for a tired body - It was nice.
I would give my stay 12/10
Thanks for taking care of my needs!! The only problem was the bathroom fan/light combo was extremely loud to the point i thought a plane was taking off. The other thing was the tub didn't plug water so i was forced to yale a shower which the sprayer had a squealing to it.
- Chris (10/5): -
- Rubina (7/5): Quite comfortable - Quick service request Bathroom fan annoyingly loud fan and since the fan and light button are connected every time I had to go had to turn it on
- Rubina (7/5): -
- Eugene (3/5): - Price Room wasn't clean, common areas need maintenance
- Reghan (4/5): - I enjoyed the ease of check in and check out. The staff were polite and swift. Room 116 had a giant water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room door got stuck on the frame when you tried to close it. The side door to the building didn’t lock to the outside properly which was a concern for me traveling with 2 young children.
- Maureene (1/5): Spouse filled in. Husband wasn't satisfied with the location was hard to get to other stores in car - We, wanted our money back ,but too no prevail no body called us back...or never got too talk too a manager either, and never got any money back the Quality inn never didn't honor our requests, we are going too contact the better business bureau, and the Attorney General...You will have a lot of complaints throughout the internet Spouse filled in.

- Chindy (7/5): -
- Pereira (10/5): -
- Terri (8/5): - Breakfast pretty limited
- Fiorella (4/5): -
- Segt (4/5): - Freezing cold room
- Alvin (6/5): Overall, I'd say it was a 6 out of 10. Without the hot water issues it would be higher - Did not try the breakfast and location was ok It took 15 to 20 minutes for the shower to get hot!
- Kurt (4/5): - Close to the airport Could’ve been a lot cleaner. Didn’t seem like too much effort was put into keeping the place clean. More effort gets better scores.
- Brenda (7/5): It was just ok. If they improve on hot water it wil help - Updated. No carpet in rooms which is good No hot water! Our shower didn’t drain. I told the front desk upon checkout
- Justine (8/5): - Convenient & great value for the cost It’s not great
- Kelly (6/5): - No hot water in room. Otherwise, beds were comfy, area seemed okay.
- Shanon (6/5): - Easy to get in and out. employees were nice Building needs some maintenance and updates.
- Slađana (3/5): -
- Kazuo (8/5): -
- Robert (1/5): Stay away - Not needed, but it is near the airport We had 2 rooms and both were not clean. Dust on all edges which must have been there for weeks. On one of the beds the bedlinen was torn in the corner. Stairs in the building were "repaired" with Ducttape.
There should have been a complementary breakfast, but there was only some old bagels and waffles. The coffee was cold and 2 juice machines were out of order. When we tried to contact the reception about this, there was no one there. Communication went through a radio system. On our question if we could get some bread, we were laughed at and told they only are supplying bagels. This all made us reluctant to raise any other complaint. This will probably get the standard reply, but should get us a refund as we needed to get breakfast elsewhere
If you can book another hotel near the airport, please do.
- El-Ashram (5/5): - Breakfast was decent and helped me get through each day on a limited budget. Staff was extremely kind and helped when I had a couple of issues. You get what you pay for and it wasn't terrible or that unsafe as a woman traveling on my own. In room: broken light, bathroom door didn't close, bathtub was dirty so I had to clean it before showering and clogged so I was showering in shin-deep water, a man was pacing loudly above me for HOURS but staff quieted him when I called them after I was woken up at 5:30 in the freaking morning, loud people at times and could hear the airplanes departing and arriving and it wasn't terrible but it may not be the best if you're a light sleeper, waffle maker didn't work second day so I had limited breakfast before leaving for my temp. job. Side door was unlocked (I realized after my doordash delivery got sent to the wrong place and I had to go out on my own to get it and come back) so anyone could just waltz right in if they wanted to; unsafe since that door is closer to the rooms than the front desk. To get to rooms, you must go up stairs and carry your luggage.
- Ruperto (3/5): Look elsewhere - Close to airport They must have paid for a really good photographer cause the pictures look so much better than the room. Tub was separating from the wall and in the morning, the water wouldn't get any hotter than just tepid
- Crockett (4/5): - Waited 10-15 min after ringing the service bell for a staff memmber at the front desk to check us in. There was a line of 4 deep and we had no clue where he was. Airport shuttle service.
- Allen (8/5): -
- Aaron (7/5): - Great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Found a disposable razor on a chair in one room and a used washcloth left hanging in the shower of the other. Everything was otherwise clean, but some extra attention would go a long way.
- Fatoumata (9/5): -
- Vincenzo (5/5): -
- Emiliano (5/5): Deludente - Niente Tutto
- sriram (2/5): -
- Dennis (9/5): - The room condition was great, bed was comfortable. Noisy people coming in late. Breakfast was a little sparse, could use some pastries and more verity of cereal. Juice machine was not fully stocked.
- MaryAnn (5/5): - The hallways were clean and well lit. The room was large with a refrigerator and microwave. It was close to the wedding facility we were attending and easy access to the road. A few of the lights a d light switches did not work. In addition the door was warped and very difficult to close. The breakfast selection was minimal.
- Erik (10/5): - Bueno
- Aiyda (4/5): - The bed sheet and cover dirty. We have asked to change room and they changed to be almost the same . Hair on the bed sheet. We used our own sheet. The items in the breakfast were not replaced especially coffee. Staff were reserved to replace items as well as waffle mix.
- Clifford OBier (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (4/5): - Facility needs to have it clean, a thorough cleaning all around
- Michele (2/5): - Got there no one was at the desk. Parked my car and walked around. In the room the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom had a used barstill in the shower.
- Esteban (10/5): - Everything was phenomenal except the tv and wifi it was very hard to stream. Their system wasnt the greatest
- Mirza (9/5): - Very friendly and understanding staff!!
- Karen (6/5): - Wasn’t impressed
- Daniel (2/5): - This Quality Inn lacks in Quality. Bathroom filthy, dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, bathroom bathtub filthy. Will not be coming here again. Worth spending the extra $20 for a clean hotel room. Run from here.
- Jason (8/5): - Just what we needed for a few hours sleep prior to a flight. Rooms are cleaner than the front of the building appears.
- michelle (8/5): - Staff was rude
- Sandra (10/5): - Very clean room. Great place to stay!
- Susan (4/5): - Staff was great. NOT handicapped assessable. I had a boot and had to carry luggage up the steps to the floor.
- Mindy (8/5): - It was close to the airport. The staff was friendly.
- Gregory (8/5): - Parking was good, room was adequate
- murad (10/5): - The best
- Amy (6/5): - There was a mustiness that caused my allergies to get bad. Probably mold in the
ac.
- River (10/5): - Out of all the budget & Quality Inns I like this one best because you can tell the thought and effort made to make things nice. The halls were painted very cool and modern. The light fixtures were modern & pretty. The carpet was in great shape. There was not any moisture problems or bad smells throughout. The gentleman who worked in housekeeping works very hard. In my 3 day stay almost every time I walked in or out of the building I could tell the stairs were freshly mopped. All common spaces were very clean. That gentleman has incredible work ethic.
- Megan (6/5): - Z
- Peggy (8/5): - There was a short in the electricity behind the bed. The lights and outlets wouldn’t stay on. I reported it.
- Swetha (4/5): - What was in hotel pictures and in real are different
Don’t trust
- Thalia (6/5): - There is a lot of noise, you can here other people all the time, there is no elevator and there are no near places to eat. The rooms are good with good beds and pillows. The bathroom was clean and looks good
- Engy (4/5): - Doesn’t smell good and people makes noise at night
- Joseph (10/5): - Everything was very good but we had to leave for the airport by 6:00 AM and the breakfast wasn’t ready until 6:30. Would have liked to had something other than lukewarm coffee.
- John (10/5): Very good would recommend - For what it was I had nothing to complain about super friendly staff and the rooms were pretty decent for what you’re paying so I would definitely stay here again it’s also cheaper than the other ones and I will pay extra to stay in a nicer place but I didn’t have to because this one was just fine Nothing
- Alfredo (10/5): - The facility was nice and had a clean and comfortable room.
- Ralph (9/5): Served our purposes quite well. Only drawback was did not receive wake up. Call as agreed upon. -
- Diana (4/5): Nasty Hotel - The bathroom was dirty and had hairs from prior guests in the tub and around on the floor. The sheets had hair on them as well. The room is so dated and smells old. There was a tissue box with one tissue in it. I asked for another and the attendant said he could move our move, after my stuff was already settled in. He could have went to another room for a box but instead did not get up and said one would be available in the morning. He was on his personal phone and rude.
- ranjit (10/5): - Clean room and service
- Camille (10/5): - Just enough for one night stay
- Abhishek (2/5): - For the full night Air Condi
- Joseph (10/5): Standard issue good stay. - Conveniently located and the room was very clean. Clean sheets, lots of pillows, hot water. Quiet area with most amenities within a mile or two.
- kenneth (10/5): - Close proximity to the airport and the Parkway West to Dahn-tahn nhatt. !ha ha
Go Stillers! Go Buccos! Go Pens!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There was no one to check us in when we arrived, just a sign saying back in 10. Fifteen minutes later, someone did arrive, but he seemed to have a very difficult time figuring out how to check us in. Once we got the room, there was no WiFi as far as we could tell, and the room smelled very musty, almost like old old smoke. Additionally, there was no shampoo left in the bottle in the shower, and one of the towels was completely worn on one side. The only saving grace was that the beds were comfortable.
- Jocelyn (6/5): - Restroom has
- Dip (6/5): - Breakfast is not as advertised. We were told breakfast was till 9:30. Sunday we were out to eat breakfast at 9:15, and waffle mix was taken away, as apparently it was past breakfast time. Not complaining, but making sure that people are aware.
- Alma (8/5): -
- Christopher (6/5): - Hotel was not very nice. Old out dated and not well maintained. Staff unavailable when checking out.
- Wayne (2/5): - When I arrived for check in no one was at the counter. I waited over 30 minutes before someone showed up. There were multiple families waiting. I’ve never experienced anything like it. It smelled horrible nothing but weed that’s all you could smell. I didn’t even check in we left and went somewhere else. Couldn’t even get my money back?? I’ve tried!!
- Louise A (8/5): - Quiet, goid bed and linens.
- Selena (8/5): - We stayed for 4 nights and I will say that we were kinda disappointed upon arrival only because when we entered the lobby, everything was totally "outdated" as far as decor and furniture (so don't be deceived by the photos). The facility had a very unique aroma (likely incense burning) but it was tidy and clean. However, there are NO ELEVATORS and our room was on the 2nd level. Typically this would not be an issue but you're getting this review from someone that was dealing with carpal tunnel during this trip so, hauling luggage up two flights of stairs was excruciating. Nevertheless, when we got into our room, we were pleasantly surprised because the room was nice and very clean. Newly renovated and fully stocked with everything expected. It was giving "safe, cozy and private" and we really liked that. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the fact that we could look right out of our window and have a direct view our vehicle. Oh, I always give credit where it's due... with that being said, leaving out one morning in a hurry, I decided to grab some lobby coffee and I must say, that was the BEST cup of coffee I'd had in a long time. I was like... What's in this Coffee? Which is a great compliment coming from a "coffee drinker". Overall, not only were we NOT disappointed, but we were actually very pleased with our stay. Moral of this story - NEVER judge a book by it's cover. This has become one of our "GO TO spots" whenever we visit Pittsburgh PA.
- Darshan (10/5): - L
- Stacy (4/5): Not the same as our last stay here unfortunately. - TV Remote did not work. The staff said someone was on the way; they never showed. The ice maker did not work. Check out was very slow, there were 3 people waiting when I got there (finally left without check out at the desk. This facility seems to be greatly understaffed.
- Antoinette (8/5): - Very quiet area.
- Hillary (10/5): - Very clean ...
- William (6/5): - Fairly clean room, could use an update. Electrical outlet missing a cover at the head of the bed by the nightstand. Real fire hazard.
- Timothy (4/5): - No functional ice machines, broken chair in room, no early coffee service and unaware of a $10 charge for shuttle ride to airport until check in
- Kyle (6/5): - Easy to get too. No shower curtain.
