Guest Reviews
- Kerstin (2/5): -
- Nunez (10/5): - Friendly staff and clean space
- Gina (8/5): I like the price and the updated rooms - Clean, very courteous Ther were some upset individuals in parking lot. And some commotion was going on in the hallway during the middle of the night. I’m assuming it was customers.
- Jose (10/5): - Very convenient location Hallways smell of cigarettes but rooms are clean
- Pat (8/5): -
- Staton (2/5): - Didn't supply any toiletries. Sold them in a vending machine. The smell of Marijuana filled the halls. Pillows were flat and smelled of body odor.
- Guest (7/5): -
- Jessie (8/5): -
- Emilee (1/5): Terrible - They didnt let me check in marked me as a no show and still charged me I had to find somewhere else to stay
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Phyllis (1/5): Beyond Crappy!, An not a priority to the management and staff. - The location. Upon checking in, I was given a room on the second floor. I hauled my things up only to find the door keys given to me did not work. I had to carry everything back down to the front desk and ask for new keys. The staircase wreaked of human urine, the hallway stunk from a prevalent Marijuana odor that made its way into my room(all night). The nightstand was broken, the TV remote did not work and there was no hot water in the shower or bathroom. Also, no irons or hair dryers in the room(again had to go back to the front desk), no microwave or mini fridge as advertised. The room was advertised on-line as having them and being "smoke-free". The bed covers and pillows also wreaked from the Marijuana smell(in the room mind you). I nor my partner have anything to do with smoking or Marijuana at all! The Friday evening desk clerk was a younger gentleman who was outside (leaving the office unattended) while he was on his phone speaking in a foreign language. He was in long enough to say "check out is at 11 a.m." I left notes written down on a card left in the room. Upon check-out, an older man was working the front desk. I began to tell him and he quickly shut me off and excused me saying "it is what it is". Will NEVER recommend or stat at this location again.

- lillis082000 (6/5): - Not much to like just a simple room No microwave or refrigerator
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Michael (6/5): I would only stay here again if I had to and much cheaper than anything closer - The bed was good enough. The room was adequate. If it had been more like $50 I would have liked it more. Showing age, not the cleanest, toilet seat was loose, I didn’t see any breakfast at all; the coffee didn’t smell good.
- Michelle (7/5): -
- Consuelo (8/5): - The cleanness of my room
- Wacko12 (5/5): - Decent room No refrigerator in the room.just another room
- Dan (5/5): -
- Teresa (7/5): A ckean, comfortable room where we rested well. - There were very few needed amenities. Had to run to Walmart to buy a hair dryer. The hallway to our room smelled so strong if marijuana. But the room was quiet and clean and comfortable. The hall smelled bad.
- Ingrid (8/5): -
- Brown (1/5): -
- Russell (2/5): Very unhappy with our stay. - Price Unclean, loud, staff did not speak English, no breakfast, pool closed
- Olga (9/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay on our long drive with pets. - The motel has a descent size reception hall and a seating area with a hot water tank and a microwave to warm up and to have dinner conveniently at the tables.
The room and the entire building are very clean. The rooms are spacious, have no odour, equipped with well appointed lighting fixtures and a modern, quiet AC unit—a rare feature to find in the motels. Beds are large and comfortable. The motel is very well kept, both on the interior and the exterior. It is also truly pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing to point out.
- Steve (1/5): Will not return - Nothing. No appliances. No microwave no fridge. Least they can do is say that in the description.
- Brandy (10/5): - Price No breakfast
- Bryan (7/5): -
- George (10/5): - Easy check in All good
- Traimayne (4/5): - The price I still was thinking after I paid for 2 nights the 3rd night was free but I'm still paying after 6 nights. I should have already got 2 nights free.
- Traimayne (3/5): - I liked the staff that checked me in and I liked the location The cleaning staff in the morning were rude because I booked a few days and when they were cleaning early in the day I wanted to sleep in a little longer but every room they went in and out to clean they slammed the doors, they were noisy cleaning the hallways and very rude when I told them I would like to sleep in could they please be more quiet.
- Colbert (10/5): - Everything

- Roy (7/5): - Close No issues

- Colbert (10/5): -
- Quesenberry (1/5): They were absolutely rude - The property was nice None
- Eme (6/5): -
- Jacqueline (2/5): Don't Do IT! - I liked that the front desk was able to get us another room because the first night of our 2 night stay, the air conditioner did not work. Our room was almost 80 degrees. The hotel smelled like musty dog and a terrible cleaner smell. The vinyl flooring in the room was so dirty, the bottoms of our feet were brown. There are no tissues or hairdryers in the rooms. The rooms did NOT look like the photos on booking.com. the check in desk is surrounded by bullet proof glass. I will never stay here again. The price I paid was ridiculous.
- Andrew (7/5): -
- Lunsford (8/5): -
- Sonya (10/5): - Had everything I needed great stay
- Joseph (2/5): - I wish I could give this place zero stars. It was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like smoke. It didn’t feel clean. There were dogs barking. People loitering in the parking lot. We ended up leaving and staying someone where because the room was that bad. We asked for a refund and we were denied. We were only jn the room for about 10 minutes before leaving. And they said we were in the room for too long. Or some random excuse. Do not stay here. You’re better off sleeping in your car than this place. Honestly surprised it’s allowed to be open.
- Melissa (10/5): - Clean room, staff was kind, air worked perfect and easy parking.
- Eric (2/5): - Found a cockroach in my bed in the middle of the night and had to vacate the property.
- Brian Richard (8/5): - There was some shady characters kind of hanging around the back of the building drinking and being loud. Found a lot of trash and small liquor bottles in the grass area between the two hotels. The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable, so it's not necessarily the hotel's fault they can't control the type of people that happen to stay at this hotel.
- Carrie (2/5): - Where do I begin..pulled up to a sign that said not responsible for stolen items in your vehicle. Went inside to see several signs about reporting human trafficking. Then went to room and the smell of drugs and cigarettes was horrifying!! So strong gave me a headache! Walked down hallways to rom feeling like I was at a dog shelter so many barking! Saw a guy push a lawnmower into his room. Place was so nasty dirty, toilet had hair and headboard had oil hand prints!! Nastiest place I’ve ever seen. Tried to stay but after couple hours I just couldn’t and they wouldn’t refund that day. Stay away!!
- Thomas (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful
- Allen (4/5): Made it through but won’t stay again unless no other option - It was cheap The beds made a lot of noise. The bathroom fan seemed like it was coming out the ceiling. Water pressure was in and out. Could hear the people 3 doors down whisper. It looks nothing like there photos online
- Tracy (1/5): -
- John (7/5): -
- Lori (4/5): Won’t be back there. - Good location The guy who cleans room was rude. I spilled something so cleaned with a washcloth. He got mad that I used washcloth because it turned black because the floors were so so nasty.
- Alyssandra (1/5): The stay wasn’t ideal it was horrible. - Robert at the front desk was kind. The toilet had pubic hairs on the seat, the toilet paper holder was rusty, the floor caving in at certain areas. The staircase was full of dirt, pet hair and reeked of wet dog, one light didn’t work (closest to the window) we stayed in rm 202.
- Cheryl (4/5): - Above all, the price. The location off I75 was very good and we had no problems with finding the motel. Also, places to eat were conveniently located. HOWEVER..the bathroom sink's faucet was loose to the point of almost being able to turn it 90°; the toilet seat was dangerously loose; the right side of the drape frame appeared broken, because it was not fastened at the top; the TV guide wasn't even close to the TV channels; the outer layers of the doors to the bathroom and the inner door were peeling away from the doors themselves, front and back, causing a bit of effort to open and close them. In sum, this Motel 6 is definitely showing its age and could use some serious repairs and some TLC. The staff member at check-in and checkout was in the pool area and kinda did us a favor by coming in to check us in and out; pretty much didn't seem too eager to come in. It was a place to sleep, but that was about all.
- James (3/5): - Close to hwy Very seedy are didn't feel safe at all
- Wade (3/5): It sucked staff is rude doors are warped and drags on floor water leaks smells like cigarettes and mold though out. - Close to my location I needed to be It stinks smells like cigarettes and mold very disgusting smell in the halls rooms have there on problems some doors don’t shut right some pug ins do t work in the rooms leaking plumbing the staff barges in your room without consent very pushy can’t speak English and very rude they don’t keep the pool up it has algae growing in it not enough parking I can go on and on with problems.
- John (5/5): Not a good option. - The br fan was terribly uncomfortable loud. It was direct wired so not able to control on off. Cold floors. No coffee in room. Thin walls. Purple above me were noisy most of the night. Did not sleep well. Bare minimum in room. See above
- Lisa (10/5): - Loved the staff my room was perfect for the price.
- Lisa (6/5): - The ac did not get very cold. Always felt warm
- CESAR (10/5): - Good service
- Dwayne (10/5): - It was nice and felt safe
- Kenney (1/5): - Nothing Everything a lot homeless hanging around bumming, buds were disgusting, fake nails in bed sheets, blood stain sheets, look like mold on both beds on sheets covers hair in bed we never even used ! Hair in bathtub are window was open !! Tampons thrown side building in pool area !! Hallways stunk manger was not friendly never apologized for anything just refunded us are money at 230 am couldn't get another room anywhere else it was horrible never go back ever
- Destenie (10/5): - Really enjoyed our stay guy at front desk was very sweet and funny thank you
- Bill (8/5): - A nice bed to sleep in. Clean and economical. Handicap parking far from the room and no breakfast. But still a good nights rest
- Tristan (2/5): - This place can suffice for sleeping for the night, but it isn't going to be comfortable. It is smelly, dirty, and attracts very strange characters. I think someone had recently pooed in the hallway outside our room, and while our room was non-smoking, it had definitely been smoked in at some point in the recent past. Left feeling kind of grimey.
- Brandon (7/5): - Like the location, was 5 minutes from where I was working at. Wish the room had refrigerator in it. Also bigger/longer towels. I’m 6’7 and 260 and the towels to dry off look like something used for a baby.
- patti (4/5): Ok but not ok rooms!! - It was an older hotel in updated!! Rooms was not bad just not clean, floor was so nasty our socks were black and my daughter feet was black just pulling off her shoes to get in her bed. The floors were so sticky we mop the floor with wipes we had and it still would not clean it. The beds were ok. No microwave or refrigerator in room. We need a refrigerator for medicine to keep cold. So we did what we could with ice. The hallways smelled bad from cigarettes. The service, they was nice. Just need to clean better and do better.
- Gary (10/5): Plan on going back - Everything about it The rooms were very clean and very friendly people
- Jennifer (6/5): - Great area very quiet but there’s no furniture in the rooms to relax in
- Zachary (8/5): - Staff was very good. Plenty of dogs running around in hallway and constantly barking creating tons of noise. Was working night shift while there so it made sleeping during the day a little bit of a challenge
- Tara (6/5): - Floors are never cleaned. Not every room contains a refrigerator and microwave. All doors creek and walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors getting it on or fighting at all hours.
- AMY (10/5): - Easy to get too clean
- Eric (2/5): STAY AWAY! Rude and no customer service - Worst customer service I have ever had. Asked for an extra pilllow wand was told no.
Change machine for laundry took money and was told sorry. Had to go get clean towels for second night. STAY AWAY!!
- Tara (6/5): - Floors seem to never be mopped. My feet are black 2 minutes after getting out of the shower. The shower head leaked against the wall and onto the floor. I had to rig it with a cup to fix it. There are no fridges or microwaves because “those are amminities that belong to studio 6 and those rooms cost more”
- Janet (8/5): -
- Hope (10/5): - Nice for what I needed
- Hope (10/5): -
- Hope (8/5): Stay here - Good place with a pool
- Murry (6/5): - Air conditioner blowed hot air not cold an staff didn't move me to a new room
- Wade (1/5): It was not a pleasant stay very bad the whole place stunk bad - It was close to work Well let’s see it stunk to high heaven mold and cigarettes people smoked in the rooms and the walls where so thin it would come in on yea it was very load people was fighting in the rooms and hall I think that was a married couple the AC didn’t work marry Jane was everywhere you couldn’t get your breath staff was hateful had people working there that couldn’t speak English dogs barked all night in the next room it was a mad house and no microwave or fridge in the rooms also no elevator and the motel was really run down sorry for the bad comments but just being honest.
- Lori (10/5): Fun - 1 night stopover on way to the Outer banks,NC
- Thom (8/5): - Very nice remodel
- Paula (4/5): Disappointing - The fact that we could have our dog. We didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in our room.
- Jayna (2/5): - First thing walking into the second door - horrible condition. This place is very run down. Paint all over the place, holes in the bathroom door, filthy shower curtain, HORRIBLE air units (our room never cooled off), carpet in the hallways is absolutely disgusting, so much noise … the smell in the hallway reeked of weed, just gross in all the possible ways. I will NEVER stay here. In fact, we checked out 3 hours after showin up. Never. Never. Never again.
- Randall (8/5): - Just needed a place to stay and rest
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Henry Ralph (2/5): - Well I will start off with what ever cleaners there using are incredibly powerful I will have that scent in my nose for weeks the pluming sucks toilet clogged with my ole ladies pee toilet paper staff is totally unprofessional and most of them live at the hotel they charged me 130 and the room was not even worth 50 bucks would have been better off sleeping in my car
- douglas (8/5): - It’s ok for a place to shower, watch tv and sleep. Nothing fancy. What I expected for the price. No frills. It is basic. Appears clean and location is convenient.
- Mike (8/5): - Convenient, clean.
- Awe (8/5): Great for a quick overnight stay. - Clean, comfortable and fairly quiet considering it’s close to I 75. Nothing
- Lezovich (7/5): Ok for price and location was good. Bed was comfy. - Nothing was set up when I left. Not even coffee available. Floors needed mopped in room. Badly. And pillows are cheap and lumpy. Hallway very noisey.
- Bernie (5/5): Not bad. - Nice room. Excellent staff.
I was disappointed to find that the room didn’t have a fridge or coffee maker.
Otherwise good. Supply fridge and coffee maker.
- Riesenberg (8/5): Very good - I liked how the staff really didn't bother us. It was very laid back. Could use a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms.
- Grover (4/5): Disappointing -
- Michael (5/5): Only in emergencies - Location a little Disrespectful housekeeping privacy wise
Harassing desk clarks
, couldn’t walk to the lobby for coffee without getting harassed for the following nights money at 8:30 in the morning!
- Beth (10/5): Motel - This is a nice clean motel. There are no frills, no refrigerator, no microwave, no breakfast. If you are looking for a place to just sleep it works. They were very accommodating with our two cats.
- Christy (8/5): Very good - The early morning desk clerk was great for making my reservation
Great location, large rooms. Allows dogs.
- Misty (2/5): - Gross
- Whetley (2/5): Very poor - Don't have enough handicapped rooms . The outlets between the beds didn't work. The lights by the beds didn't work . The fan in the bathroom so loud woke everyone up at night time. The extra security lock on the main door was broken .
- Torey (1/5): Bad -
