• Mathis Greenwood (2/5): - It was close to the things we needed. The owner was so rude, talked to me very disrespectful on 2 separate times. The beds were so uncomfortable , the pilIows were super thin, and every time someone flushed the toilet, the waste and water would blow back. So gross. will never stay here again and I will not recommend to anyone.
• Tyler (5/5): I got what my money paid for - Staff was friendly and helpful, room rates were decent compared to surrounding hotels The first room had small roaches and the a/c didn’t work, I asked for another room and the staff was very helpful in making that happen

• Sean (1/5): Worst Hotel Ever!!! - I didn't, the staff was rude and unprofessional!!! They said they can't rent to me there and was very unprofessional, by cussing and screaming at me couldn't even figure out what I did!!! So yeah it was an awful experience!!!

• Joseph (1/5): Very bad, nasty. - We didn't see any breakfast food to eat Room 119 had roaches, had a spider, had Roach dead body parts. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush, the bathroom sink area way falling apart. There was several areas on the door frame that had rust on it. The bathroom needs to be painted. The owner on the following Monday told me we live in Texas and they are to be expected. The only offered me a 20% refund. I got very angry with me because I didn't go down but tonight that we stayed and complained. he said since I stayed in the room all night but all should have paid the entire night no matter what. They said he didn't care, that I'm the only one that concerned about roaches. I told him I had pictures but he didn't want to see them. We checked out Sunday morning and Sunday evening he called me pretending that he was booking.com. I know what to put him because of the study outside. I would not recommend Motel 6 Cleburne to anyone.

• Rhoda (1/5): - It was not a good place to stay. Water from the a/c or mini frig all over the floor. Room had a bad odor. People fighting in the hall. Left immediately. Had a feeling it was drug hangout. Very short time there.

• Stephen (1/5): This facility is not up to standard. - Breakfast was not offered. State of the room. The metal door frame going into the bathroom is showing signs of rust and decay. The sill of the window is filthy with paint chipping off and obvious signs of leakage during rain. One pane of the window has failed. During our stay, they had a plumbing failure that excluded 6 rooms causing my daughter and grandson to loose their reservation. Bed linens are thin and worn.
• Richard (8/5): An old budget brand motel that is improving while others just get older. - The hotel has recently come under new management and possibly ownership. I could be wrong but it appears to be a family owned operation that wants to make it as top notch as a Motel 6 can be. I have stayed at this location, at least, on 20 different occasions and since the new people have taken over it is cleaner, better smelling, more quiet, and has better running air conditioners than in all the years past. The pool is always clean. Motel 6 is a budget brand so it will never be extravagant but they have made it better than it has been in approx. 10 years. Considering it is a budget brand motel I cannot really claim any negative issues since the new ownership/management has had a little time to get things in order.

• bruce (10/5): - We are heavy travelers and always avoided the economy hotels for years. This motel six was very clean and the staff were amazing. The only issue was the pillows were like a sleeping on a rock resulting in a tremendous headache. All in all a good stay

• Francesca (8/5): NICE FOR A QUICK TRIP - Great location outside of Cleburne. MEGAN front desk clerk was amazing 1st room not very happy with so she got us in to another room no questions asked. 2nd room very clean. Bathroom towels were old and torn -.Old hotel lots of fixing needed-.staff was very polite and understanding on any issues needed- apologize many times. Like.the saying goes you get what you pay for. But, even with the flaws th staff is what will take you back. HOPEFULLY owners start updating rooms and add few things to the restrooms.
