• Barbara (6/5): - Luckily I was able to get a ground floor room and was also able to check in early. When I came back from my visit, I tried to get on to the WiFi and the person on duty was very helpful. By the time I got back to my room, the WiFi was gone and when I tried again there was no such network. The guy who had helped me was already gone so I had no WiFi.
• Michael (4/5): - 7.6 Not as Advertised. .Furnishings in need of replacement i.e. sink cracked, night stand and dresser with cigarette burns. Bed very very hard. People very nice. No way is it worth $190/night
• Jennifer (2/5): - The lady was very nice the out side of the property and the kitchen was the nicest thing there. The beds was outdated and hard. Towels was very dirty. There was spoons in the kitchen use to heat up drugs. I wish I never spent 190 to rent a room for one night. Never again. Holiday in was cheaper but wanted to support a local business. Never again.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Bed bugs - Room looked nice, clean but soon realized bed and couch was Infested in my room BB bites rampant ( urgent care concurred). Apparently Not in other rooms Proprietor unresponsive but other staff ( her family) very nice, but mostly absent. Moved out.
• Guy (10/5): - This apartment was completely furnished. You could cook. The bed very comfortable. Had lots of tv channels. It’s a full sized apartment. For the price great deal. Parking right outside. Caretaker very sweet lady. Loved the courtyard very clean. You can walk to all the stores. I will rent here again.
• Robert (4/5): - Property was convenient however the roaches and ants crawling around made it a difficult stay. AC loud, lampshade broken, bed uncomfortable, nightstand lamp didn’t work. I would rate this facility (from 1-10) a weak 2.

• Kathleen (10/5): Oasis - The courtyard is a wonderful place to drink your morning coffee. Our room was very clean and the one bedroom apartment spacious. We are repeat customers.
• Kathy (10/5): - The one bedroom apartment is large and very clean. The kitchen Is equipped well enough to be able to cook and has a coffee pot and toaster. This was our second weekend stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

There was some confusion because I did not have the credit card with me that I used to pay for the room online. After much attempted discussion, she finally called someone who could speak English and we resolved the situation.
• Zeek (10/5): - You get an apartment, not just a hotel room. The place I rented was bigger than my first apartment. The price was lower than any hotel in the area. Although the beach is nearby, you can’t see it. The facility is well stocked with a full-size refrigerator, all utensils, cookware, and plates, glasses, etc. The facility has a very nice courtyard.I was very pleased with my stay here. It felt like home.

• Debra (10/5): Clean, well-run motel for those on a budget - This a great budget motel 3 blocks from downtown Lake Worth. The owner, Christina, is very helpful and makes sure that you have a comfortable stay. I stayed for 2 weeks. The rooms are very clean, spacious and the beds are firm. There is a full kitchen. The main ocean beach is one mile away and you can safely walk there. This is an economical place to stay. It is not the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn Express so do not expect that. Christina will show you a room before you decide to stay. After you see the room, make your decision. It is a safe neighborhood. Additionally, if you are a smoker, it has a nice outdoor smoking lounge.
• Luis (8/5): Not bad but it could be a lot better. - It’s clean, quiet and pleasant looking. Just little things they should look into updating and correcting, namely - TV in the living room, not the bedroom - no wall AC plugs in the bathroom - towels are of the lowest quality possible,old, thin, small, and only 2. - ugly drip spot on the wall by the electric panel - no AC wall plugs in the bedroom unless you move a heavy cabinet - the phone was dead. - wall AC too noisy The hotel could be much better if these items and probably others reported by customers were to be addressed. We only stayed 1 night. Hope they will take these points into account and make the necessary changes.

It kept kicking on and off all night but it was too hot to shut it off. Also, I didn't realize that this is a motel and Apartments). I was on the first floor this time and there were people in the courtyard till after midnight drinking, smoking, laughing and just being loud. It sucked!

• Kathleen (10/5): Lago Mar - Very clean and well run. Nice size space, pretty outdoor living areas. Convenient to town, dining and beach. Area a little savory, keep your wits about you. All in all a good spot for the price!!
• Jean (8/5): Beautiful plants in common area - Beautiful gardens, room was spacious with living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The mattress should be replaced in the room we were in.
• Kurt (2/5): Its a DUMP - Don't Stay! - Stayed one night (thank goodness, was suppose to be two nights). The place appeared clean but smelled like a urinal and a cleaner - the smell never left even with open windows etc. The AC unit was Extremely loud. AND there was NO HOT water. I had to take cold showers (at 3 AM, that sucks!). The manager spoke very little english and was absolutely no help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND -it a DUMP! although 3 blocks away there are several nice restaurants/bars - just choose another place to stay.
• Alex (10/5): Perfectly fine hotel at a good price - Spacious living area - living room, kitchen and bedroom with bath. Clean, no problems at all. Excellent upkeep on the property. Fairly close to downtown Lake Worth. No complaints at all, and one of the less expensive prices during the tourist season. I was there for a three-night stay.
• Mary (8/5): quaint place. - A women sitting on her walker around 9pm claimed to have reserved a room. She was asking for help. She could not breath. She had been recently discharged from the hospital. The manager came out and said she did not have a reservation then left her to sit out there outside the office. I called 911 and she was taken back to the hospital. Shame on the manager for not caring.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Friendly representative. Very clean facilities. - I didn't catch her name, but the woman who checked us in was an absolute darling of a woman. They had put new a.c. units into the windows that day, as the temperatures were dropping and they did not have a heat feature. She was kind enough to show us the space and make certain the unit was working properly and how the machine worked. Very sweet. The place was cleaner than hotels I have paid outlandish rates to rent. The corners, floors, baseboards, kitchen, everything. Made me wish we weren't just passing through.

• liz (6/5): Cute, funky Florida vibe. L - Good-sized rooms, very clean, and nice outdoor spaces. Would be great, except for Very noisy air conditioner Musty smell in apartment, mostly inside the closed drawers. With a good airing and Febreze, this would be both charming and inviting. Well, the living room furniture in our unit should also be deep cleaned or replaced.
• tired (4/5): I’d like a refund... - I’d like a refund... We ended up leaving. The toilet seat was broken. The sink was clogged. There were holes in the wall made by someone’s (???) fist. The room was musty. The dead bold did not work. The chair in the bedroom was not clean- nasty stains. For the price this was the most disappointing experience we have ever had with Expedia...

• G. G. Oviatt (8/5): Nice motel with a kitchen and living room. - This was just what I needed for a couple of days in Lake Worth in which I wanted to eat some meals at home. My only complaint is the the kitchen wasn't well stocked with things like pans that would go into the oven (why have one if we can't use it or would have to buy pans). Maybe people steal them but haven't some available, even to borrow would be nice. I would stay there again though. It was clean and having a table to use for eating or playing cards (we had some big rains while we were there) was great.
